For this prophetic message to be kept in the proper perspective and context, it is to your advantage if you first read the preceding two parts. Be prepared; you will want to set aside uninterrupted time because it is a bit of a read, and that is a bit of an understatement.
However, I have a
habit of placing plenty of subtitles in my work, handy and ready for use if a
reader needs to stop reading for a time. Subtitles act as a bookmark of sorts,
to pick up where one left off.
PART ONE (1) -=-=-=-=-=- PART TWO (2)
Prayerfully
Consider the Love and Care of Jesus
Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin
not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like
one of these. [Lk 12:27]
(Jesus presented
parables and stories to reveal the love and care of God in heaven for us.)
The Lord is good
to them that wait for Him,
to the soul that seeks Him. It is good that a man should
both hope and quietly (patiently) wait
for the salvation of the Lord. [Lam 3:26]
Waiting for God to
move is one of the hardest things that any of us are required to do. We are
impatient creatures. There are situations, from relationships to finances to health
[and everything in-between], where fear and dread, stress and
distress, doubt, questions and lack of understanding can bring us extreme frustration
and anxiety, and even desperation.
That is why we are
told to rejoice in the Lord. (This requires shifting the focus
from the turbulent seas of our circumstances, [obvious and temporal] to
Jesus [FAITHful and eternal], He who calms the storms
of life.)
Super-tough call for
everyone! It takes courage and strength that the majority of us lack in such
personal, painful and desperate times. God gives courage and strength liberally
– if we can or will ask Him. Unbelief, pride or even fear will stop the asking.
We may not understand
or like the outcome, and none can explain why God allows what He allows. That
is where we learn to trust. Which is harder, to WAIT or to TRUST?
I daresay that the two go hand in hand, and depending on the situation, both
can seem next to impossible, yet, with the help of the Holy
Spirit, both are possible.
But Jesus,
looking upon them said, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with
God all things are
possible. [Mat 17:20; 19:26; Mk 10:27; Lk 1:37]
But the plain and simple
truth is that we CAN do all things through Christ, who strengthens
us. [Philip4:13] We are counseled, exhorted even, not to let anything cause us
angst, but to bring everything to God in prayer.
We are to be thankful
that we can come to Him about anything and everything (pray
with thanksgiving). Can you imagine what it would be like if we could not
even turn to God? And further proof of His agape love for us is that in return,
God PROMISES the peace that passes ALL
understanding that keeps our hearts and minds (from fear and worry)
through Jesus/Yeshua. [Phil4:6, 7]
In the first two
parts of “2022 – Year of the Giant and Year of the Righteous”, I am
purposely spreading out both sides (that of the ‘giant’ and
that of the ‘righteous’) of what the Lord communicated to me over
the course of two weeks throughout December 2021 (from mid-December
to 31st), but also over the early part of 2022 (first couple
of weeks).
Consider the
Clash
Why? Because 10 years ago, in 2012, the Holy Spirit first impressed upon me a serious reminder of the CLASH of the kingdoms (God’s and Satan’s) and the obvious increase, in both the spiritual and the physical realms, from that point onward.
There has been a clash
since the historical day of Lucifer’s rebellion, along with one-third of the
[then-holy] angels, in heavenly places against the Sovereign God. What few
realize or remember is that the rebellion affects mankind today. We are
involved in a spiritual warfare whether we know it or not, or whether we
believe it or not.
Although Adonai could
have destroyed Lucifer and the other rebels immediately (they being the ‘created’,
and He the CREATOR), He is executing a different plan. Everyone
who hates evil often questions why does God allow them to live and to wreak
havoc both in the heavens and upon all the earth.
In the past I questioned
it myself, yet in my ponderings, I wondered if it is possible that God, in all
of His infinite wisdom, has allowed things to unfold this way so that there
will never be another rebellion. For all of creation, everywhere, will see,
know and understand the horrors, hatred and destruction of evil versus the goodness,
loving wisdom and perfection of God.
Just a thought, but…something
to consider.
I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD:
I will make mention of Your righteousness, [even] of Yours only. O God, You have taught me from my youth: and so far have I declared Your wondrous
works.
Now also when I am old and gray-headed, O God, forsake me not; until I have shown Your strength unto [this] generation, [and] Your power
to everyone [that] is to come. Your righteousness also, O God, [is] very high, who has done great things
(mighty miracles): O God, who [is] like unto You! [Ps 71:16-19]
Only a portion of the
notes have been shared thus far. However, there are a few facets in the
reasoning behind the laying out of these things. Firstly, out of His love for
mankind, the Sovereign God has perfectly prophesied in the Holy Scriptures that
which we can wholly expect to happen.
Even now prophecies
are aligning, and everything is ramping up as it falls into place according to
God’s Word. In fact, Jan Markell, founder and president of Olive
Tree Ministries makes mention
of the way things are going down.
Now, I may not quote
her precisely because I have only heard her speak in a couple of recorded
messages a few times, but she declares: “things are not all
falling apart; they are all falling into place.” Hopefully that
is accurate; nonetheless, the gist of her point is solid.
Jesus (Yeshua)
was very clear in His detailing when He answered the question His disciples
presented about the end times and what signs would precede His return. We can read
the records of Messiah’s prophetic teaching in Matthew 24 and 25, Mark 13 and
Luke 21, which He gave upon the Mount of Olives.
I can hardly wait to
share how the Lord orchestrated the last two years of my life in order to
provide a modern-day example [one of multitudes, I do realize] of how
Satan tempts and uses people to carry out his dastardly deeds; how subtle and
crafty he is in his deceptions (since Eden and still); the reality of
intense spiritual warfare; the compromising of the Word of God being carried
out by many; sin in the camp; double agents, and much more.
On the other side (remember
the increase and more obvious CLASH of the kingdoms the Lord
spoke of back in 2012), Jesus (Yeshua) proves Himself the Victor who
still grants us victories; how His holy angels are at His
command, and how He works everything out as promised in Romans 8 verse 28.
Keep On the
Armour of Light
Look at your own life, in retrospect, and see how He is connecting the dots, weaving that proverbial tapestry of your life that declares His handiwork. You can look to Jesus (Yeshua) with eyes of faith and with a heart strengthened by His love, refreshed with hope.
See yourself clothed
in the armour of light. Christ’s righteousness being the breastplate
guarding your heart, the belt of truth holding it all together,
the helmet of salvation protecting your mind on the battlefield,
whilst standing on solid ground with your battle boots covered
in the good news of the gospel (Yeshua the Christ).
With faith as a shield,
protecting you against the enemy and the sword of the Lord (Word
of God) defeating every foe, you can stand strong against any lie or
accusation, every fiery dart of the enemy. [Eph 6] Be bold, confidently
wielding the sword.
Each piece of armour
is only possible through salvation in Jesus (the ONLY
way back to the heavenly Father). Therefore, the blood of
the Lamb, offered up willingly upon the cross, covers
every piece of our spiritual armour. Furthermore, the glory
of the Father is upon the precious blood of His Son, Yeshua, the perfect,
unblemished (without sin) Lamb of God.
Finally, be
strong in the Lord and in the power of HIS might. [Eph 6:10]
Wait on the Lord. Be of good courage
and He shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on
the Lord. [Ps 27:14]
Battle in strength
not fear, moving in His dunamis power and love, with a disciplined mind.
For God did not
give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. [2Tim 1:7]
Wait in humble
anticipation for Jesus (Yeshua) to rise from the throne of your heart
and minister to others through you. Share His passion and desire to bring
others into the sheepfold.
Call to
Repentance
And to all who do not know the Shepherd, who are lost, who are not ‘ready’ or ‘convinced’ of the importance of salvation. You are not promised the end of today, let alone tomorrow. None of us are.
We all figure we will
be around for some time; we plan on it, but none of us know what each day will
bring. The lake of fire and eternity are real, whether you believe it or not. We
are without excuse.
Your unbelief won’t
change the reality of the lake of fire. It was created for Satan and the fallen
angels in allegiance with him, but now sinful man is doomed to go there if they
have refused the loving sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Yeshua the Messiah).
Every sin, no matter how
wicked, no matter how many, is forgivable, so don’t let lies or pride prevent
you from the truth of Jesus and forgiveness of sins. There IS however ONE
exception, one unforgivable sin. It is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.
We were given fair
warning. Yeshua said: (Emphasis mine)
Wherefore I say
to you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: BUT the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost
shall NOT be forgiven unto men. For whosoever speaks a
word against the Son of man (Jesus), it shall be forgiven him: but
whosoever speaks against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be
forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. [Mat
12:30, 31]
What I pray for the
lost sinner (which I was once myself also) might sound mean, cruel even…but
I can assure you that I say it in the love of God through Jesus.
I pray that He does
for you that which He has done for me, and for everyone else who came to Christ
in brokenness and repented. I pray He shakes you so hard that it turns your
world upside down and inside out, until you have no one and nowhere to turn.
Then, in that moment
of desperation, my prayer is that your blind eyes then SEE the ONE
who you need to turn to, the one who knows your name. I pray you are so overwhelmed
by the truth and purity of His love for you,
that you wholly turn away from your sins (simple repentance), seeing
the wickedness and how it leads to destruction, and it does.
Pray, which simply means honestly talking to him. Hate your
sin. He already knows what sins we have or have not committed. I am not going
to give you the words. Your personality is different than mine; after all, He
is the Creator of all. It is sin that corrupts the original.
But let the words go
forth out from a broken and contrite heart…let them be your
words, from your heart, said in your pain and sorrow, in your
way; pouring it all out to the one who knit you together [wonderfully made]
in your mother’s womb. [Ps 139:13, 14]
He will forgive you
instantly when you sincerely ask.
My eyes are ever
toward the Lord; for He shall pluck my feet out of the net. Turn to me, and
have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted. The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring me out of my distresses.
Look upon my affliction
and my pain; and forgive
all my sins. O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be
ashamed; for I put my trust in You. [Ps 25:15-18; 20]
Cleansed by the
Blood of the Lamb; Clothed in Robes of His Righteousness
You might feel exposed and naked, vulnerable, especially before a holy King, but He will remove the filth of your sins, and take away your shame and guilt. He will cover you in white robes of His righteousness.
I pray pride, or any
other fleshly thing does not stop you. Do not try to rationalize or figure it
out. I rebuke the devourer, the liar, Satan from stopping you. The Lord rebuke him.
For by grace are
you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a gift
of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. [Eph 2:8, 9]
Jesus (Yeshua)
will lift you up from a lowly place (no matter what ‘high position’ you
might have in this life); that is of no consequence to Him (fact).
He sits far above all the earth.
When you are
born-again, may He fill you with His Spirit and His love [Jn3:3], strengthen
you and prepare you for all that lies ahead. All the angels in heaven will be rejoicing
over you.
Now, may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the
power of the Holy Ghost. [Rom15:13]
Likewise, I [Jesus] say unto you, there is joy
in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that
repents. [Lk 15:10]
Meanwhile, Satan and
his legions will be on the warpath, trying to figure out ways to steal, kill
and destroy you. [Jn 10:10]
Watch for that, but
remember, once you hand your life over to Jesus, He will hear you cry out to
Him. Ask Him for help anytime you need it. He is faithful, our Advocate and a
very present help in trouble.
The walk won’t be
easy and Satan will do everything to bring you back into the darkness. He won’t
waste any time. Ask Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, to lead you to and surround
you with the true saints of God, non-compromising, obedient disciples of Jesus.
May He lead you to a godly
teacher(s), who teaches sound doctrine and who will disciple, counsel and teach
you correctly in the Word of God. We hold each other responsible and
accountable, not to judge in condemnation, but to help each other grow; to be
steadfast.
Open the gates,
that the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in. You
will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you: because He trusts in
You. Trust in the Lord forever: for in the Lord Jehovah (Adonai)
is everlasting strength: [Is 26:2-4]
But the
Comforter, which is the Holy
Ghost, whom the Father
will send in My name
[Jesus], He shall teach you all things, and bring all
things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you. [Jn 14:26]

Amazing grace, how
sweet the sound
That saved a wretch
like me
I once was lost but
now am found
Was blind but now I
see
‘Twas grace that
taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears
relieved
How precious did that
grace appear
The hour I first
believed
The Lord has promised
good to me
His word my hope
secures
He will my shield and
portion be
As long as life
endures
When we’ve been there
ten thousand years
Bright shining as the
sun
We’ve no less days to
sing God’s praise
Than when we first begun
(Originally written by John Newton, former slave trader)
He is Lord; He is
Lord
Every knee shall bow
and every tongue confess
That Jesus, Jesus
Christ, Is Lord
It is Not a
Competition
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.
So we, being
many, are ONE body in Christ, and everyone members one of another.
[Rom 12:3, 5]
Falling behind two
weeks is a long time in computer land. The way things move today is so
fast-paced, it is easy to get lost in the digital dust. There was a time that
if a writer took one month to put out a little series, it was considered a
short time, a fine job.
It’s a good thing
that I am not on any other social platforms except the blog, or I would likely
never keep up without help. Today, with all the billions of websites around the
globe, news and social media platforms, radio, vlogs and blogs, news can get
old within hours.
It is akin to buying
a computer and seeing features or apps outdated in a month. So, falling behind
two weeks in my writing like I did then certainly puts me behind the multitudes
speaking in the prophetic as well.
Or does it? Is God in
control of everything? Is He not the very one who gives people (young to
old), prophetic words or anointed messages by His Spirit, if and when He so
chooses? Is not our precious Redeemer/ Saviour, the returning King Yeshua, the
one that we glorify?
The testimony of
Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy, yes? Indeed, it is. [Rev19:10] So when
we speak forth in the name of Jesus, the name above all names, in order to draw
people to Him, then we do so as one body in spirit, in one accord, like-minded,
with the same love. [Philip 2:2]
There is no
competition. Family should not compete against each other, but rather, work together
as one unit, moving in love, and helping each other to reach their potential in
Christ and beyond. Each complements the other; one confirms another.
That is how it should
be. I believe that is God’s plan, which is why Jesus gave the two commandments;
to love God first, others second. [Mat22:40] (22 – good
commandments for the year “2022”)
Ideally, that is how
it should be, to love God first and others second. Realistically, it is not how
it always is, and that grieves the heart of the Father and His Christ.
I remember one time
when I became discouraged because people sent me something another had
prophesied or written. My message was eerily similar, with common threads, but
his message went public the day before mine.
It was mailed to me
after mine was posted, but there it was. In all humility, I sought the Lord,
wondering if I should continue writing. Reminds me of last week, when I was
speaking to a dear sister and jokingly asked why I had to be the echo,
you know the echo that sounds the third or fourth time after the original sound
was made? We laughed, but…
Elijah and 7000
– Gideon and His 300
Two different time periods, two different groups of saints (God’s people) were presented to me in the Word, by the Holy Spirit. The first was Elijah, when he had wearied and was questioning God. The second was Gideon and his army.
I have used this
example often but to make different points. When Elijah went to rest under the
Juniper tree, and groaning, cried out to God, “It’s enough”, he was
weary and depressed because he said the children of Israel had gone after other
gods, killed the prophets and were after him. He felt all hated him and sought
his life (to put an end to him).
God said: Yet I
have left Me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed to
Baal, and every mouth which has not kissed him. [1Kin 19:18]
The 7,000 prophets
must have spoken the same message as Elijah, which is why they had to be hidden
away. Jezebel had already massacred multitudes of God’s prophets. Their message
was not a popular message – repentance – it still is not well-received. God had
to assure Elijah that He always has a remnant that He guards over.
The other saints the Holy Spirit presented were Gideon and his army of 300. From 23,000 warriors down to 10,000, the Lord still brought the number of Gideon’s army down to a mere 300 men in order to accomplish His will and bring victory to Israel.
None could then touch
God’s glory because there was no way 300 could have victory over thousands,
except that God Himself gave them that victory.
And the Lord
said to Gideon, by the three
hundred that lapped [the water] will I save you, and deliver the
Midianites into your hand: and let all the [other] people go, every man
to his place. [Judg 7:7]
These 300 were not
competing with each other to prove who was mightier, or who was closer to God.
Neither did Gideon present himself as God’s favourite and therefore much more
important, simply because he communicated directly with God and chosen as
leader.
Rather, leader and small
army alike, ALL worked together as one unit, with one mission, and
ALL for the glory of God.
Those of us who have
been walking with the Lord for any quantity of time can differentiate between a
spiritual battle versus suffering from something (sin) due to what we
have done or are doing, whether physical, mental/emotional or spiritual (body,
soul, spirit).
If it is so hidden
that we ourselves are unaware of it, trust that God will reveal it in His good
timing and His way, for only He can see the thoughts and intents of the heart,
and judge accordingly (rightly). [Heb 4:12]
Power in Prayer
When we fast and pray, seeking God, as our forerunners did in mysterious or difficult circumstances and situations, they were never disappointed. When we wait upon the omnipresent Lord, He will lead those who humbly seek Him for direction.
Lead me in Your truth and teach me: for You are the God of my salvation; on You do I wait all the day. [Ps 25:5]
There are many voices
that can come at us when we are in a spiritual. If we do not seek the Lord and
cling to Him, allowing HIM to tell us what is what, and allowing HIM to
guide us, we can begin to lose strength and hope if we pay heed. Those voices
can come from within, the world or the dark side. If we have a spirit of fear,
the Lord says with it comes torment.
That is why we must
not only read the Holy Scriptures, and speak them forth, but we have to put His
Word into practice (we actually have to DO). We can and do
learn from each other; I treasure that. I think it is beautiful.
We keep away from
those who twist the Word of God, false teachers, false prophets, wolves in
sheep’s clothing, tares, double agents, those under demonic influence, those
who compromise and follow a Jesus made in their own image.
The Holy Spirit will
help us. We need to keep the newly converted in prayer, asking Jesus/Yeshua to
lead them to solid teachers, to good churches or solid and dedicated groups of saints.
Pray that He would
protect the lambs from the wolves and from wayward sheep on the road to
destruction (apostate, compromisers, seducers etc) in these treacherous
and dark days. I have often said that there are good churches and solid
preachers out there (globally), but sadly they are few and far between these
days.
May God help all who
continually seek truth. Yes, it starts with Jesus, the (only) way, TRUTH
and life, but we must continue to seek truth, hold fast our cross, daily die to
self (not an easy task), and walk in God’s Word, putting it into action (faith
with works).
Without going down a
rabbit trail, I will post the scriptures I believe and stand on. We should know
and tell others that our works (good deeds, charitable work) will not save us.
Christ alone and what He accomplished with his death, burial, resurrection and
ascension covered it all. But we do have our part to do. It is our reasonable
service.
On this, my Rock, I stand:
Even so faith,
if it has not works, is
dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, You have faith, and I have works: show
me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by
my works.
You believe that
there is one God; you do well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But will
you know, O vain man, that faith
without works is dead? [Jam 2:17-20]
(James chapter two is
not a long chapter, and it is a great read!)
The Word of God (the
Holy Bible) directs and teaches us, but we who are born-again have the Holy
Spirit, the Comforter and Teacher that Jesus promised to send us. He is the one
who will lead us; He is the one who glorifies Yeshua (Jesus).
Behold Our God (sung by Sounds Like Reign)
A Masterpiece
As the Lord placed things within my spirit, it reminded me of the few times throughout my life that I have heard people compare the plan of God to a tapestry. Yet, the example of comparing God’s work to a tapestry goes back to times long before any of us were born.
My days are
swifter than a weaver’s shuttle, and are spent without hope. [Job 7:6]
It really is an
appropriate and fitting metaphor. We tend to look at our lives from the underside
of the tapestry, complete with knots, tangles and a mess of threads. On the
flip side, God sees the tapestry from above, and sees a magnificent, finished
masterpiece.
Now Job was not
comparing his life to a tapestry per say. He was in the throes of heavy
suffering, and as so many who suffer with what seems like endless pain, with no
cure or hope in sight, bitter words of deep sorrow were upon Job’s lips.
Yet, he must have
observed a skilled weaver at some point and watched the speed of the shuttle in
amazement. He was comparing how fast the days of his life were flying by to the
speed of the weaver’s shuttle.
Originally, tapestries
were mostly woven from wool (how appropriate – wool from sheep;
perfect detail when comparing God’s work to tapestry). Cotton and linen were
also used, but eloquent pieces ordered by the wealthy often included silk
intertwined with gold and/or silver threads.
More intricate work
involved several skilled weavers laboring steadily over a period of numerous months
to complete an extravagant, precise work. I had considered how God weaves
things together even when it does not make sense, or understanding eludes me.
At those times I
always recall the first Bible verse I learned, which was Romans 8:28. The verse
speaks of God “working” all things together for good, according to His
purpose. There are times that things happen in life that make Romans 8 a very
challenging verse to accept, but that is where we must trust God.
Sometimes, trusting
God is not so cut and dry, not so easy to do because we do not understand the “why”
of a thing. Jesus gets it. He totally and completely understands.
The Son of God, our
example, in the intense, agonizing last moments of his excruciating pain and suffering
upon the rugged wooden cross, cried out LOUDLY, “why?” He
could not bear any more and yearned for the suffering to be finished.
We often hear that
Jesus/Yeshua was fully God and He was fully man, in every way. It is true, but
in his humanness, with all the strength He could muster in that weakened near-death
state, He cried out as loudly as He could. He desperately wanted God to hear
Him.
Why? The
Unanswered Question Down through The Ages
And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? That is to say, My God, My God, WHY have you forsaken Me? [Mat 27:46]
He does understand
when we too cry out, “WHY?” Isaiah called the Messiah a “man of
sorrows”, who “bore our griefs and carried our sorrows”. [Isaiah
53:3, 4] What kind of love is that? We can be sure that when no one else
understands us, even those who love us dearly, we can be confident that our
Creator fully understands.
God is no fool, or
any pushover. However, He sees deep within, where no other person can hope to
see. In our suffering, you will never hear Him say, “It’s not about you.”
Instead, He will draw you close to His bosom, “Be still, My beloved. Fear
not! I am right here with you.”
He will strengthen us
to endure. We can rest in His love, knowing He is tender-hearted and kind. In
eternity, we will see the work extraordinaire that the Lord has
completed in the lives of His remnant and the astounding ways that He has woven
it all together, from even before the beginning of time as we
know it.
Not knowing much
about the art of tapestry, I broadened my horizon by searching it out. In doing
so, I stumbled across a poem that Corrie ten Boom (a holocaust survivor born
in Baarn, Holland) apparently quoted in her book, The Hiding Place.
The author of the
poem remained unknown to her. I think most of us can relate to the poet’s
words, including Ms. Boom, which is likely why she used it in her writing.
God’s Tapestry
My life is but a
weaving
Between my Lord and
me:
I cannot choose the
colors
He worketh steadily.
Ofttimes He weaveth
sorrow
And I, in foolish
pride,
Forget He sees the
upper, and I the underside.
Not till the loom is
silent
And the shuttles
cease to fly,
Shall God unroll the
canvas
And explain the
reason why.
The dark threads are
as needful
In the Weaver’s
skillful hand,
As the threads of
gold and silver
In the pattern He has planned.
He knows, He loves,
He cares,
Nothing this truth
can dim.
He gives His very
best to those
Who leave the choice
with Him.
(Unsure of original
author)
Is that not
absolutely beautiful? In a nutshell, it shows how none of us understand the
mess of life at times because we cannot see it from the proper perspective. We
all have things happen in life where we cry out, “why”? It is usually asked in
frustration, tears, anger, pain, sorrow, unquenchable grief…
We see life from
beneath (underside). Our struggles to see what God is doing lead to frustrations
(when logic escapes us, and understanding accompanies it). That
is where TRUST comes in, especially when all we have in a painful and
difficult situation is faith the size of a mustard seed, and we are barely
hanging onto that an edge.
It means our shield
is small and ‘might’ only handle one fiery dart, but certainly not an onslaught,
not without help. That is good enough to Jesus. He said faith the size of a
tiny seed could move mountains (metaphorically). And we have a God who
understands and can empathize with everything we are going through. He has gone through; He has been there.
Mighty through
God
GOD is our STRENGTH through it all. JESUS is our HOPE. The precious and HOLY SPIRIT is our HELPER. We are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. [2Cor10:3, 4]
Behold, God is
my salvation; I will trust, and not be
afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song: He also is become my salvation.
But they that
wait (hope) upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with
wings as eagles; they run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint. [Is 12:2; 40:31]
The past two years have included the most fierce and persistent battles I have ever faced, and that is saying a lot because there have been many battles throughout this faith walk.
Yet what I find ironic is the fact that scores of other people have mentioned
facing some of their hardest battles in the past couple of
years as well and, like me, they are not even speaking about Covid-19. These
battles were aside of that.
Life in general (everyday
life) can be troublesome or a tribulation. That is a given [fact].
Tribulation: burden, ordeal, trouble, affliction – great trial or
distress, suffering, misery as from oppression, deep sorrow; a bad event
causing deep sorrow, distress or suffering, time of great poverty, trial
At the Passover
supper, after washing the feet of His apostles, and after Judas had departed to
betray Him, Jesus the Messiah had his last intimate talk with His men before He
left with them to go and pray in the Garden of Gethsemane, the night of His
arrest.
Nearing the end of
the private talk, He said:
These things I
have spoken unto you, that in Me you might have peace. In the world you will
have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. [Jn 16:33]
The cross was yet
before Him. Yet He knew that after His death Satan’s power would be broken.
Christ knew that He would rise again (be resurrected) from the grave in
victory, with the keys of hell and death in His hand and Satan and his armies,
defeated foes
.
Therefore, Messiah (Christ)
spoke prophetically. He was informing His beloved disciples that despite the
tribulation (hardships, suffering, trials) that the world brought, they
(we) too would overcome through Him.
Tribulation (Trials) versus Spiritual Warfare
So, others who have shared about facing some of their hardest battles in the past two years, also spoke of having to fight not just a strong temptation (some are stronger than others), but a seemingly even more aggressive temptation to “give up” – to give up on themselves, on their faith, on Jesus – on God! A most aggressive temptation!
These believers are
miles apart, some in other countries, and not acquainted with each other in any
way. Who is the author of temptation? AND who is the author of confusion?
[1Cor 14:33] It is not God.
Body, Soul and
Spirit – Every Area Under Fire
• fierce personal conflicts due to
the works of the flesh (sins) of others
• fierce and extreme spiritual attacks
• physical ailments (tendency to compare to Job, re: onslaught, pain, magnitude
of trial and its length, soul searching, lack of understanding, even accusatory
explanations from others)
• fighting fiery darts aimed at the mind (condemnation, fear, doubts,
confusion, depression, struggle to refocus – to stay positive)
• betrayal and
persecution (fraud, false accusations, lies, rejection, slander etc)
• constant soul-searching, brokenness and repentance
• learning and practicing how: I must decrease, He must increase
(as John the Baptist taught)
But at the same time,
step by slow step, with time seeming to be in slow-motion for the miraculous,
there have been: VICTORIES (all to the glory of God)…we
are not done yet!
When these things
come fast-paced and heavy-handed as an onslaught, we will go through a gamut of
emotions. Fear would taunt me, especially with the laboured breathing. I strived
to encourage myself to calm down, to speak God’s Word. The Holy Spirit
faithfully helped.
For example, I would
quote: – For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we
die unto the Lord: whether we live or die, therefore, we are the Lord’s.
[Rom 14:8]
(Then I would back-paddle and quote): I
shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord. [Ps118:17]
(The Hebraic meaning
of number 17 is “VICTORY”, something the Lord has promised more than
once, with two coins that unexplainably appeared being an undeniable
confirmation.)
Tossed like the waves
on the sea where we try to walk the water with Jesus, or sifted as wheat as the
enemy tosses up to and fro; either way, the upheavals in the test of faith and
the shaking that happens in every trial, the way to victory is through the
never-changing Jesus the Messiah.
Fiery Trials
We will all face hardships in life, believer and unbeliever alike. When the faith of a believer is tried in the furnace of fiery trials or in the raging waters of personal tribulation, we need to hold fast to the strong arm of our God.
Behold, the
Lord’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy, that
it cannot hear: [Is 59:1]
Come, and let us
return unto the LORD: for He has torn, and He will heal us; He has smitten, and He will bind us up. After two days He will revive us: in the third
day, He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. [Hosea 6:1, 2]
We may go through hell and
back, and there may be naysayers accusing us, or on the other hand, there may
be well-meaning Christians trying to bring us to repentance for some
unconfessed sin. But not every hardship, not every trial, not every tribulation
is because of a lack of faith or because of some ‘hidden’ or ‘unconfessed’
thing we have done.
However, we need to pray for
truth and balance in every matter. We have a carnal nature and we live in a
fallen world. On the other hand, we are born-again, children of light who
strive
If we confess
our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we
say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us. [1Jn 1:9, 10]
For a just man falls seven times, and rises up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief. Rejoice not when your enemy falls, and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles: [Prov 24:16, 17]
We are in a war. Yes, we war
against the carnal nature (our fleshly, temporal, worldly body) and its
appetites, needs and desires. We are at war against the seductions of the
world, or to state it more plainly; to avoid the pleasures and enticements of
the world that would draw us away from Jesus (Yeshua).
Last and definitely not
least, we war against Satan and his demonic armies.
For you war not
against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against
rulers of the darkness of this world and against spiritual wickedness in high
places. [Eph 6:12]
We remain in an intimate
place with our Saviour, the only one who has all the answers: our refuge and
strength, a very present help in trouble. [Ps 46:1] And we pray one for
another, [Jam 5:17] (there is 17 again, number for victory);
bearing each others burdens [Gal 6:2] Therein, we comfort (encourage)
one another and edify (lift up) one another, even as you do [in love and faith].
[1Thess 5:11]
When Shall These
Things Be? What Does it Mean?
What inspired the title for the prophetic word 2022? The Holy Spirit did. He brought back to remembrance a dream I had early in May 2020, not quite two years ago (one year and eight months) and revealed the profound connection.
I had a dream that I spent a long time off and on
trying to figure out the meaning before I finally just put it on the back
burner. I knew it was from the Lord, every detail remembered perfectly, but I
lacked full understanding for awhile. Now it falls into place.
That is how God most often works. He gives us a
dream, a vision or a prophetic word, and then just makes us…wait.
I have learned it is best to wait upon the Lord; that is always
the hard part – always. These things are often expected to
come to fruition soon.
We get a dream, a vision, a word, and we start
looking for it to happen. Depending on what it is, we might wait a week, a
month, even a year. But then, when we do not see it come to pass, or if things
seem to go in an opposite direction, then doubt sets in.
We may begin to think the messenger was either
mistaken or …false. Yet, how many times throughout the Word of God do we see
that more often than not, the fulfillment of prophecies involve “time”?
Some prophecies are only beginning to unfold now.
There are times a gentle reminder is needed for myself
as well. How many of us wearied from hearing ‘soon’, ‘soon’…but it has
not yet manifested in the natural? I know I have, and ofttimes, I am the one
whom the Lord has moved to post that very word, “soon”.
To be real, I too become discouraged in a long
wait, undoubtedly. If we are in pain in any way, whether body, soul or spirit (or
all three), or if we feel we “need” something to come to pass quickly, it
is bloody hard to stand strong at times.
When it comes to impatience, we tend to be in sync with
multitudes of saints…but, we wait. The frustration comes when the
wait seems indefinite or still afar off with no end in sight. God knows…
In such times, we seek God and He hears us as we reason
with Him. Look at others who did the same, some of the mightiest servants of
God: Job, Noah, Hezekiah, Isaiah, David, Jesus (Gethsemane, the cross).
The need to understand is part of our frailty…our
humanness. When things bring us to our own cross, it sometimes seems like
punishment, but it is not. It seems like forever, but it will not be. It seems
we are alone and forsaken, but we are not. Things are not always as they seem…so,
we wait.
Appointed Time
It is written that the Alpha and Omega has an appointed time for all things; indeed, a time and a season for everything under the sun. [Eccl 3:1] In the spiritual realm, where time does not exist, things we wait for are already done.
I don’t know about you, but for me, not only is it really
hard to imagine, but it does not seem like any consolation. In the physical
realm where we live, we are constantly aware of the space/time continuum, and we
weary in the waiting.
Limits are difficult to accept and in the temporal
world, we are limited; we prefer the unlimited. Eternity is unlimited. We all
long for eternity…
How many of the ancient prophets or the apostles
passed on without seeing their prophecies come to fruition? We who are alive
now have our faith strengthened as we study and learn which prophecies have
already come to pass.
We stand in awe as we observe other prophecies
coming to pass this very day, God’s Word coming alive before our very eyes.
Hope surges! Our God reigns, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – the very
bloodline of our Messiah, Jesus/Yeshua.
We stand in eager anticipation as we become keenly
aware of the end time prophecies speedily coming into alignment, on the brink
of fruition, just as it was written long ago by those same ancient prophets. And
as it does, the whole earth is travailing…maranatha!
The Unseen Giant - What Big Feet You Have!
In the dream I had in [early] May 2020, there were people who were trying to get in the front door of my house, but I refused to open to them. Even though some were smiling, I got the impression something was awry (amiss). A quick check to see that the door was locked and I walked away, their determined voices and pounding faded.
I moved to the side of the house in the dream. I
recognized the thick steel door. It still bore the dents from bullets that had long
ago been fired upon it during a raid (before I had moved in), but due to
the thickness of the steel, no bullet had penetrated the door [fact].
There was no concern of the door being broken into.
In the dream, it was more a security check to see if it was locked, which it
was. Oddly, in the dream, the front and side doors were identical to a house I
had once lived in, out in a rural countryside, over 20 years ago.
The back door resembled that of the last house I
had lived in when I was in the States. In reality, the back door had come off
its frame at one time and had to be fixed. In the dream, it was easy to tell
that it was the identical door, which had also been repaired. The concern was
in whether the repair was strong enough to keep out forceful intruders.
I was headed for the back door to make sure it was
secure, but abruptly stopped dead in my tracks along the way when I noticed two
shoes lying haphazardly by the door. In the dream I immediately knew it was size
22. I do not know how, but the size was impressed heavily upon my mind.
Horrified, I realized that whoever the person was that
owned those shoes must be a giant! My heart pounded; in the dream, I felt fear.
Who was there? Where was he hiding? What did he want with me?
Something banged at the front of the house. I could
not see immediately see anything, so whatever it was remained in the dark. The
banging noise got my attention, but it seemed more like a distraction at the
time. Where did the people go?
I quickly returned to check and see if the back
door was locked. I suddenly noticed that one shoe had disappeared, but that
someone had moved the other shoe. A couple of pieces of furniture were quickly
pulled into the pathway to the door.
Whoever the giant was wanted me to know they were
not far away. The size 22 shoe had been placed in ‘front’ of the back door in a
ploy to frighten me. It worked. I knew this giant was messing with me, which
made me more fearful.
What was the meaning of this in the dream? Who was
the giant? Why was that huge shoe moved so that I would know that someone was
around? Could it be that giant wanted me to know that he was in control? He
could remain unseen.
Why was furniture strategically placed in the way
to the back door in order to hinder me or to slow me down? Why was the size of
the shoe, size 22, purposely emphasized, not once, but twice in the dream?
Why did the giant have to hide? Why did he not just
‘overtake’ me? Obviously, I was no challenge for someone his size, or was I?
[...] greater is he that is in me than he that is in the
world. [1Jn 4:4]
If God be for me, who can be against? [Rom 8:31]
Where Fear Ruled
In May 2020 I had been seeking my Lord constantly to help me to overcome in what seemed like a losing battle. I cried out to be set free from bondage, from the prison that I had been held captive in for over five decades.
I had tried everything I knew to do on my own, to
get out from under the hand of a cruel taskmaster. Nothing worked. For years, each
time the Lord made mention, time after time, I obediently responded, but I
could not succeed.
What a wretched soul I am, Lord. Who can save me
from myself?
How often people will throw out the words, “it’s
not about you”. But at times, those words do not fit. Be assured, when you
are in the throes of physical addiction, it is about you. It is about your
dying to the need for the thing; overcoming the desire…
It is about humbly repenting before your holy Lord,
and even more humbly admitting that all you had tried failed, and that unless
He helped you, you were never going to succeed. Pride is quenched
like a fire is with sufficient water.
The cry for help is genuine; the Lord lifts up the
humble. He gives hope to the hopeless. However, before the Lord set me free, He
wanted me to know who my captor was. He wanted me to know who had held me in
bondage (prison) for so many decades.
The Key to Opening the Prison Door
He sent me a dream in the beginning of May 2020. Why
were the three doors in my dream a combination of two homes that I had actually
lived in? Why was only the back door (that had once fallen apart, but had
been repaired) a safety concern regarding a break-in?
My prayer for understanding was answered by the
Holy Spirit. In both houses, even though there was (at that time) a
14-year spread between the time I lived in each, there was one common
denominator. Fear!
The first house had already been a house of the
dramatic. There was a thick steel door that had been painted white. But two
years before I had moved in, there had been a police raid and a shootout. The house was situated on 100 acres out in the rural countryside.
The house had remained empty for nearly three years before it was rented out to me.
The Power of Fear
In that house I had fled in fear
to the United States with my children due to a death threat. We were involved
in a criminal court case, where my children were victim witnesses. The front
and side door of that country house were the first two doors in the dream.
In the second house, fear had consumed me
when a “friend” I had known for several years, a “Christian” man drove to my
house, unlocked the door through an open window near the handle and entered my
house.
He had come violently against me once before, so I
had told him he was no longer welcome in my home. He lived an hour away, but as
a friend, he had visited several times over the last two years of my three-year
stay, which is why he knew the house.
When he had unlocked the ‘repaired’ door, he had come
in reality to try and restore the friendship. So, the last time he came to my
house, he had come through the back door. The trespass he committed against me
had been a few months before his last visit.
It was at that time that the Lord had let me know
that I was to return home to Canada (2014). Yet, the fear I felt in that house
near the end (I lived there three and a half years also), as I prepared
for my return, was likely the reason the house was in my dream.
The Interpretation
• Three doors – lived in each place three years; three plus three equals six. Six is the number for man; man was the instrument used to keep me in fear; to keep me in prison.
• Why those two houses?
In the
first house I had made a vow to God to come out from the bondage (prison)
that I was trapped in. It was about five months later that I fled due to death
threats. I fled to the United States.
In the
second house, I had repented of all wrongdoing and asked Jesus to forgive me
and purge me. It was three months later that the violent visit occurred. I
returned home to Canada.
At the time
of repentance, the Holy Spirit instructed me to prepare for a move. I did not
know yet that the move would be back home. I just knew I would be leaving that
house, so I began to sell things.
• Two countries, two houses, two
different men (six, the number of man) - one spirit of fear
In the
first house, when I fled to the United States, I did not want to go, but fear
overwhelmed me and was dominant (noticeable). I stayed six months in Arizona. The
people were amazingly good to us.
In the
second house, when I was returning to Canada, I was happy to be returning to my
homeland. The unexpected violence of a friend likely drove that happiness.
Four days
after my friend unlocked the back door through an open window, and came in, I
left to return home. He left about half an hour later, thinking all would be
okay. I did not tell him I had a bus ticket and was leaving the United States. As
soon as I left the property, fear was not seen (but it hid deep within).
Some people
who do not know all the details judged what happened – as people, we only see
the underside of the tapestry that God is working on. He sees it
all.
• The repaired back door – broken trust;
friendship seemingly repaired but the door had to be locked to be secure
(friendship was locked down, not open as before damage was done)
• The giant was the “spirit of fear” –
he made his presence known to cause torment - yet he hid, causing confusion, as
he lurked in the background.
• size 22 shoe – I did not know why 22 except that
it was unusually large shoe and obviously belonged to a giant person
Fear is the Captor, The Prison Guard
Little did I know that a spirit of fear controlled
me for some years, but God knew. No matter what ‘spirit’ we face in the demonic
realm, Christ Jesus made an open show of them. In Christ we are complete. He rules
over all principality and power: [Col 2:20]
Now, in truth, that spirit did not have full power
over me, but when it came to my addiction, he was indeed a tormenter. Why?
Because I was not perfected in love, meaning I had a hard time believing that
Jesus actually loved me.
I am no theologian or philosopher, but merely a
simple woman who loves the Lord. He taught me what love is and what it is like
to be loved. More importantly, He taught me to truly love others, to put them
above myself (to esteem others more highly). [Philip 2:3]
Sometimes I don’t do well in that department – my
flesh can raise its head at the most inconvenient times. I have to subdue it,
and with God’s help, I overcome. But one thing I do know, is that God is doing
a work in all of us, but we have to be willing to change and allow Him to work.
It will get very uncomfortable at times because the
flesh loves its comforts. I have many flaws, and I fall short in areas where I
would prefer to stand tall, but I can see a difference in the way I am today
from the way I was even a year ago.
And THAT is all the Lord’s doing, with
thanksgiving, I give Him all the glory. It begins with humility, and
repentance. Read 2 Chronicles 7:14, 15 for instruction. Abba does this in all
who love Him and allow the changes to continue until the day of Jesus Christ.
[Phil 1:6]
Set Free from the Captor
To proclaim the acceptable year
of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of
our God; to comfort all that mourn; [Is 61:1, 2]
I grieved, and mourned. I had done everything I
knew how to obey Jesus and to do all that He was asking me to do, for years I
tried. I yearned to become all that He would have me to be, to walk in that
state of perfect obedience.
But alas, it took me so long to realize that there
is not one Christian, not one beloved saint on this earth that will ever
accomplish that perfection. There is only one person who ever did. He was
without sin, perfect in every way, and that man was/is Jesus/Yeshua.
When we are told to be perfect [Mat 5:48], it does
not mean without flaw, it means: whole, complete, mature. These earthen vessels
are flawed and will not attain faultless perfection. That is not to be used as
an excuse to continue sinning, but rather the reality that no matter how hard
we try, our thoughts, words and deeds will not be perfect.
Yet, because of the dream, things began making
sense and I could hear the Holy Spirit clearer regarding the habit that had me
imprisoned for most of my life. The spirit of fear was holding me captive. He made
himself appear as a giant, someone that could not be overcome, but Satan is the
father of lies; the truth is not in him.
He likes to hide in the shadows, unseen, so that
people never understand that this hidden ‘spirit’ is pulling us around like a
puppet master. Even when Jesus cuts the strings the ‘puppeteer’ uses (disconnects
the devil’s power over us), the ‘giant’ will give the illusion that you
cannot possibly be free.
Not only would a giant not need to hide; a giant could
not possibly hide. So the master illusion has to present convincing lies, keep
one in the bondage of fear, afraid to move out of the ‘control area’ (comfort
zone) of the giant.
If a giant were as big as his shoe size suggested, one
would not have to guess his whereabouts, or come out from his power or
strength.
You are of God little children, and have overcome them: because greater
is He that is in you than he that is in the world. [1Jn 4:4]
On May 25, 2020, after 50 years of captivity, I had my own personal Jubilee and walked out of the prison doors. To this day I am set free. For 50 years I was caught in the prison of addiction to cigarettes. Hallelujah, glory to God in the highest!
Spirit of Fear Lost
Every time the Lord asked me to quit, I immediately
obeyed. Cigarettes were up to $15 a package back then. A person does not waste
something so costly, but in order to obey the Lord, I would break them in half
and throw them in the garbage.
Or I would break them and flush them down the
toilet. Or I would break them, put them in a garbage bag and go to a bin to be
rid of them. Or I would drive to the local mission where the homeless hung out
and give them away.
I tried every different way to be rid of the
cigarettes. Each time I was sure that the “waste” of such costly things would
make me stay in obedience to the Lord, but the pull of addiction was strong
because FEAR controlled me.
The thought of withdrawals made me afraid. Thoughts
like, ‘I can’t do it’; ‘it’s hopeless; I have smoked too long’; ‘what will I do
with my hands’; ‘I like cigarettes, how can I really quit?’ and on and on the
thoughts came.
What would I do without my lifelong crutch? A
thousand reasons and excuses kept me captive (Satan speaks in the first
person), but my heart was aching, longing to obey. Yet, God tries the
heart. Even when others think you are making excuses, or you are weak, God sees
the true war going on in your heart, if there truly is one.
He hears the secret prayers that no one else hears.
He sees the brokenness when one realizes they cannot do a thing on their own,
without the intervention of Jesus. For years (off and on), I sincerely tried
to quit.
Yet, so many stressful things kept presenting
themselves, things that could not be ignored. Divorce, threats, court appearances,
police, hospitalizations…yes, serious and stressful things that made the quitting
a hardship that I thought was impossible to overcome.
But Satan is a liar. It came to the point where
finally – FINALLY – I fasted and prayed, and humbly confessed that I
could not do it. I confessed to the Lord that I had tried everything (as if
He could not see that), and that I had failed every way and every time (of
course, He already knew).
The exact words escape me, but in a nutshell, I cried
out to the Lord that unless He took it away from me, I was going to continue to
fail Him…I could not do it unless He helped me. I was ashamed and undone, my
obedience was not fulfilled. I kept failing; it broke me.
To this day, friend, I cannot tell you how Jesus did
it. All I know is that three weeks had passed before I realized that I had not
had a cigarette; then three months, then a year. In just four more months, but on
May 25, 2022, it will be two years since I was set free.
Hallelujah!
(shout it out) All glory to God; it does not even bother me. That too IS the
Lord’s mercy.
Strong Temptation
I will share though that there were three times that the spirit of fear brought temptation that was so strong, I thought I might fail. The first time was shortly after the three-month mark of quitting cold turkey.
At that time, the landlady of my apartment (where
I had happily lived for five years), was putting undue stress and pressure upon
me because she wanted my apartment. She was doing all she could to force a move
without serving notice.
Since she had a place, she had no legal reason to
put me out, so she manipulated circumstances around repairs, knowing what it
was putting me through. Covetousness was a strong, unrestrained desire, almost desperation.
She wanted the apartment that I had fixed up
beautifully, and she wanted to live in the same building as her close friends,
the Wiccans and sell the acreage she lived on for a very sizable profit. It
would make things much easier for her. Her husband had passed three years
earlier. She had wanted to downsize for well over a year.
There was truly a spiritual battle going on because
Satan did not want to see me set free. The pressure was hard to handle at
times. I knew the wiccans were praying against me on behalf of their friend.
In my 17-year walk (as of now, January
2022), I still have only heard the shofar (ram’s horn) in the
spiritual realm approximately eight times. However, back in October 2019,
before the mountaintop vision and the Israeli vision, around the sixth time in
my life, I had heard a shofar (spiritually).
There had been a warning by the Holy Spirit to pray
against witchcraft. A day was spent fasting and in prayer, and the burden
lifted. However, I knew that I was to be vigilant. In the message given to me
in December 2019, and posted in Pivotal
Year 2020, I wrote:
EXCERPT:
What I did want to establish is that after I heard the
shofar in my spirit, and the Lord impressed upon me “witchcraft”, by the ways
He led me, He confirmed the message by connecting the dots. He instructed me to
pray against it and to share the message with brethren. I did pass the
information along; the rest remained between them and the Lord.
I do know that we will see increased Satanic activity in
2020 and onward, as the world is prepped to receive the Antichrist along with
the beast system. 2020 will be a pivotal year, and not necessarily a good one
for the most part, although I do believe miracles will happen as well. The
allures of witchcraft are seducing the multitudes, which is becoming more
enhanced and powerful through drugs and technologies in these end times.
We need to pray YHWH (God)
brings deliverance to those held captive by demonic forces, heal their blind
eyes and deaf ears, so that they can see the danger behind the seduction, and
turn from their wicked, lost ways . Let not those of us who are in Christ think
more highly of ourselves than we ought, and carelessly let our guard down. [Mat
24:24]
[End except]
Little did I know that I was one of those very ones
that the prayers went up for, for those who needed deliverance, held captive by
demonic forces (such as the spirit of fear). A prime example of why we
are urged not to think more highly of ourselves than we ought. [Rom12:3] - (1.2.3.
– all lining up for the glory of God through Jesus!)
When I was having to put up with “looks” and obvious
gossip from the landlady and the wiccans as they sat outside in the good
weather, the warning of the Holy Spirit eight months earlier came to remembrance.
Gossip and looks were something that had not
happened in all the time I lived there. It was difficult to experience. We all
had gotten along so well all those years. Even when the father of the female
wiccan committed suicide, she had come to me for prayer.
Demons had been tormenting her (her words).
I did pray, and the Lord, in His mercy (and likely as an opportunity for her
to see His goodness and a chance to repent), the torment stopped – for a
season.
The spirit of fear was operating in full force, working
every detail to try and draw me back into my addiction due to the pressure and
stress. The temptation that presented itself at the three-month mark was so
strong that I had literally put money in my pocket, along with a lighter, ready
to get a pack of cigarettes.
But the Lord said He would give a way out if temptation
was more than we could bear. I cried out to God and prayed. By the time I had
finished the sincere, tearful prayer, the craving had passed. Jesus overpowered
Satan, and always will. When I was weak, He was strong, and helped me through
that first strong enticement.
Supernatural strength was given to me to overcome
the addiction. Fifty years is a long time.
Prayer, praise and trust – success was given to me
because Jesus had shown me the banner flying that indicated victory.
On January 20, 2020, I had written about the Elisha-type vision of the warring
angels I had seen on
the mountaintop (November 29, 2019), when I looked out my kitchen
window.
I had also seen the Messiah standing either outside
or inside a chariot (too far away to tell which), where a lion guarded
in front. The VICTORY banner was waving – glory to the LION
of the tribe of Judah, Jesus (Yeshua) the Messiah!
A month later, I had seen a silhouette (dark gray,
not black) of a man that appeared to be an Israeli man with a robe and prayer
shawl (covering) over his head. He blew a shofar but at the time I did not hear
(spiritually) the blast. I only ‘saw’ the vision, the man faced S-SE.
A little later (same day as the silhouette vision,
which was Dec. 29, 2019), I heard in the spiritual realm the blast of a shofar…followed
by the Holy Spirit’s words: “It’s time.”
In that same article, (from Jan 2020) I had written, under the
subtitle of:
Pulling It All Together:
[Excerpt]:
The devil wants to steal hope, kill faith and destroy the destinies of all of God’s people, but Jesus came that we might have life, and have it abundantly (in Him). [Jn 10:10] Satan and his legions do everything they can to hinder the salvation of those yet unsaved, to stop the prodigals from humbly returning and to keep captives shackled in prisons of bondages.
The adversary seeks to divide and conquer friends and families (both physical and spiritual), causing spiritual blindness and deafness to souls, he will harden the heart if he manages to lure people away from the truth with seducing temptations, to deceive beyond comprehension, murder the innocent, the author of confusion…he carries out a covert campaign to accomplish every destructive evil that he can.
He is the master of illusion, father of lies, accuser, slanderer, prince of darkness, prince of the power of the air, murderer from beginning, ancient serpent, dragon – he comes to steal, kill and destroy. [Jn10:10] His hatred is as dark and evil as his very presence.
He can make a lie look like truth, and make truth look like a lie. He works to deceive people so that in the end they will call good evil and evil good. He will do all he can to have the children of God turn on each other and walk divided, in unforgiveness (because if we do not forgive, we will not be forgiven). A house divided against itself cannot stand. [Mk 3:25]

Appointed Time
For two long years, I
could not figure out why the giant’s (spirit of fear) shoe size was 22,
except that it was an exceptionally big foot. After awhile, I did not pay much
attention to the number, not as much as to the entire dream and the meaning of it, and who the
giant represented.
It was when I was
taking notes in December 2021, that the Holy Spirit opened the eyes of my
understanding. 22 represents the year 2022.
2022 – The Year of
the Giant and Year of the Righteous
Above - amazing how this article lined up. I just happened to see how many pages were showing in my Microsoft program when I was typing about my note taking for the year 2022. The above is a screenshot.
2022 – Year of the Giant
• the “spirit of fear” will increase over the lands (globally) in giant proportions this year, holding people captive in many ways, especially amongst the unsaved...but also amongst the certain saved who have not fully received or believed God's love for them.
• Deception in ’22 in
giant measures; alien deception, new diseases, the civil unrest ripples across
the globe in giant waves –
• the Beast
outside the United Nations building, which has now been removed, as well as the
statue literally called “The Giant” (toured 21 cities in 2021) were
strategically planned by the dark side.
• part of ‘programming’,
preparing people to accept things. Giants (Nephilim) were in the land in Noah’s
day [Gen 6:4], and afterwards.
• How will giants
present themselves in 2022? People are purposely being prepared to accept “odd-looking
beasts” and “moving, talking, changing giants that can do “wonders”
(such as changing into YOU or anyone, celebrity, royalty, political
figure – anyone) Are people being "prepped" (prepared) to see giants, aliens, beasts - as in programming via technology?
• (one wonder) – giant
presented as the world’s biggest “selfie”- it can change into YOU or a LOVED one
• Signs and wonders
are beginning to unfold, done so subtly and craftily, people are accepting
these things as a ‘marvel’, a ‘delight’, a ‘wonder’ – it has only begun
• witchcraft
continues to glory, being embraced by the secular world
I hold here for now
until further on in the series.
2022 Year of the Righteous
• hearts have been tried (and it shall continue in diverse areas/trials)
• year of the
righteous – in the darkness watch for answered prayers to shine through; trust
and waiting brings blessings
• year of hope and
strength
• year of deliverances
(from many things, for multitudes who love Christ, and prayed for grace, mercy,
intervention, the help of Jesus
• many who were imprisoned
by the “spirit of fear” shall be set free
• many will come out
of a variety of bondages this year (the inside of the cup is being cleansed
by those who allow(ed) the Lord to take them through the waters) [Is 43:2]
• the countdown to victory
is on – see above Isaiah 43:2 – 432
• many will see victories
in areas where it seemed impossible – power of prayer
• the power of
witchcraft will be rendered null and void over many by the BLOOD of the
Lamb, Jesus/Yeshua
• visions, dreams
will begin to come to pass
• the sifting, the
shaking continues – to separate the clean from the unclean, the precious from
the vile, the holy from the unholy, the true from the counterfeit
I will hold here for
now until further on in the series
The Lord had me post from 2012:
If your world is being
greatly shaken, and you feel at the point of discouragement or hopelessness,
even though you belong to the Lord, don’t give up. The Lord is with you,
even if He is silent.
A time of encouragement and hope...the Lord of the battle, our holy and
righteous King Jesus (Y'shua) is soon returning! Look up, look up - our
redemption draws nigh. Hallelujah - maranatha
(End excerpt)
Those who are His need not
fear this time. The wheat will be known; the house built upon the Rock (the
house God built) will stand. These things must be – they will pass at the time
He has appointed. We can trust Him. BP
The Lord
is high above all nations, and His glory above the heavens. [Ps113:4]
Let them praise the name of
the Lord, for His name alone is exalted; His splendor is above
the earth and the heavens. [Ps 148:13]
for His glory alone

Loved this article Bonita! So much truth revealed here. I agree one of the hardest things to do is wait on the Lord. So weary of this dark and evil world where good is called evil and evil is called good.
ReplyDeleteFear is such a motivator behind what many "christians" are doing. Many ran to get the vaccine out of fear of the virus or the fear of losing their job because of mandates. I sincerely believe this was a testing of hearts. But I also believe that if a believer has failed this test, there will be an opportunity for repentance when their eyes are opened. Fear is a very nasty enemy.
I also really like this part on giving your life to the Lord. "But let the words go forth out from a broken and contrite heart…let them be your words, from your heart, said in your pain and sorrow, in your way; pouring it all out to the one who knit you together [wonderfully made] in your mother’s womb." [Ps 139:13, 14]
I've always disliked the common 'sinners prayer' that people always say to recite. So cold and lifeless and doesn't really call for actual repentance. I got saved like you wrote, by talking to Jesus one on one from my heart.
I also agree about the year 2022. When I first read your account of the size 22 shoes, I immediately thought about this year of 2022. Great confirmation here from you my sister. Good stuff....God bless and keep you.
Thank you, Donna. Yes, that dream troubled me for a time...who was the giant, and what on earth did size 22 shoes mean, outside of the fact that those mean very big feet! lol
ReplyDeleteIt means a lot that you take the time to comment, and it warms my heart. Sincerest thanks, mi'kola and sister in Christ.
meant* - not mean...although the spirit of fear (giant) IS mean
