The true
Christians have heard the call and have been doing their best to spend more
quality time with the Lord. ‘Weary’ is the word that echoes throughout the
Christian kingdom. I have written about this for nearly a decade, but in the
last few years, the spiritual warfare has accelerated. Things continue to
escalate.
Many times,
I have put out the gentle reminder that the prophet Daniel warned us about. A
few years back, it seemed to me that we were in what I called the ‘precursor’
to that warning. However now, the wearing down is steady.
The enemies
of the cross have ramped up their attacks. Typically, at this time of year, the
Lord would move on me to warn about witchcraft and increased spiritual warfare
and attacks. Many pagans and Wiccans celebrate Samhain, some with blood sacrifices.
Although
many deny it, it is a time of year that is considered ‘holy’ to those who
worship Lucifer or Satan. Not all Satanists believe in a deity, but I speak of
the ones that do. In recent years, the time of warning got stretched to two or
three months before the feast or the new year’ as it was considered by the
ancient Irish.
In earlier
times, Samhain was a time of gathering, assemblies, and feasts. The Celtic
neopagans, along with the Wiccans classified Samhain as a sacred holiday – a Sabbat.
The Lord has been leading me to scriptures about witchcraft, about divination, about the harlot and the dragon. He is so good because He consistently leads me to the "Fear not's..." as well as reminding me that He will never leave or forsake, never.
For example:
Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the well-favoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that sells nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts
Behold, I AM against you, says the Lord of hosts; and I will discover your skirts upon your face, and I will show the nations your wickedness, and the kingdoms your shame. [Nahum 3:4, 5]
Even when He is silent, He is with us. It would be us that would have to walk away or turn back to sin and purposely separate ourselves from God. Let us not fall into such folly. Trust - and allow love to produce the fruit of obedience. It is with great joy and so gloriously 'natural' to obey the one we love. It is no burden or chore, yet some cringe at the word.
Paradigm Shift

The year
2020 was a pivotal year; a paradigm shift occurred. Since that time, like a
dripping tap that worsens over time, so has the spiritual battle been ramped up
by the dark side. Satan and his legions, and the enemies of the cross, both
spiritual and in the world have been so active against God’s people that the
word “weary” has been on the lips of multitudes for years.
As AI (Artificial Intelligence) gets bolder and is put to more and more use, paradigm shifts may become difficult to keep up with. But to those who stay 'grounded' in Jesus, there is nothing to fear
However,
the wearing down feels like it is climaxing. Many claim they find it hard to
bear up. Years ago, the Lord had highlighted Daniel’s words to me. I mentioned
it to friends, and I kept it close to my heart as the Lord’s reminder.
At that
time, I felt that what the adversary was doing was a precursor to what will be
taking place. Daniel prophesied:
And he shall
speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints
of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given
into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. [Dan 7:25]
Daniel is
speaking of the lawless one, the Antichrist of all antichrist. He warned that
he would wear out the saints of God. For a few years I have said that I believe
the lawless one is already born, and already walks among us. Do I know who it
is? Not at this time. Any one of us can speculate, and many have, several
times.
I don’t
know how many presidents have been called the Antichrist, including Trump, but
not of it came to pass. I believe with my whole heart that El Shaddai, sweet Adonai
(do not mind me, I love the names of the Lord. I also enjoy the names of
people), but I believe that the good Lord will let us know.
Weary? Fear Not, God Has Us
Even the youth shall faint and be weary
but Jesus our Saviour has us~
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint. [Is 40:30-31]
So, if you
are feeling that you are at the end of your rope, you are not alone. If you
wonder if God hears and why He is taking so long, I can assure you, He hears.
To us this has all been a long wait (so did Job, Moses, Abraham and Sarah,
David, and many others of God’s people). Waiting is tough. But we cannot comprehend
Yahweh’s wisdom.
I have
(sadly) gotten frustrated…why, why, why can it not be over? Be careful,
friends. Satan is able to inject nasty thoughts (fiery darts) and do it in such
a way that we think it is our thoughts; he does it in the first person.
We would
quickly pick up on who is talking if we heard (spiritually), “You call yourself
a Christian, yet let cuss words come out your mouth. You took the Lord’s name
in vain. What kind of Christian are you?” Most of us would recognize that as
the voice of the enemy.
It is true
that our flesh can sound like that, but again, we would dismiss it. But if the
enemy puts thoughts in our mind, perverse thoughts and gross images, and say, “I
am so corrupted; I am so perverted”, we would think it is our thoughts and that
we are judging ourselves.
First
person. Satan will speak in the first person, then he will jumble it, causing
confusion, just to mess us up. Or he will go the other way and work on our
pride, tempting us to think more highly of ourselves that we ought.
Fear, he
will bring about situation where you will be stressed about a loved one. When you
try to pray about it, interruptions and distractions occur. He will divert our
attention away from Jesus, away from the cross we are to pick up daily.
His tactics
and strategies are numerous…and all of it is to wear you down, dear saint. Shields up against the fiery darts of the enemy!

Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you
[Jam4:7]
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion walks about, seeking whom he may devour: [1Pet5:8]
What shall we then say to these things. If God be for us, who can be against us? [Rom 8:31]
There is
much more I want to share, but let this hold you for now. I too have been
getting major interruptions and distractions, but I have been pushing to spend
that time with Jesus. He will help. Just do not give up or be discouraged. I
have some good reports I would like to share. Please stand by, hold fast to
your faith (your shield).
This is a
time that you must purposely speak out the putting on of armor. It is not foolish
to speak it out, Ephesian six. The Lord will assign angels. Do not be afraid to
ask for His intervention. He wants to be involved. That is why mankind was
created. Read Genesis if you doubt. We do not command angels, but we can boldly
ask the Father, not a worry.

Jesus is still Head…we all function as one to the glory of God through Messiah
