Direction in Dark Days

Seek the LORD and His strength: seek His face evermore. [Ps 105:4]

Many never seek His face [presence, to know and love Him], but only seek His hand [to receive, to get a blessing].They do not look to become more intimate and form a tighter bond, but rather look to see what He can give them or bless them with. To be

O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon His name: make known His deeds among the people. [Ps 105:4] (respectively)

Why am I repeating myself? Why is Adonai repeating Himself?

It is the lateness of the hour. It is the seriousness of the time. It does not require a rocket scientist to understand. As we seek El Shaddai (the Lord God Almighty / Adonai), as the Holy Spirit has been urging us to, our Maker will speak to us.

Yahweh has always spoken to His people. It began in the Garden of Eden, continued on to Abraham, and continues on to Jesus/Yeshua and to today.

Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father), full of grace and truth. [Jn1:14]

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. [Heb 13:8]

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning was God. [Jn 1:1-2]

Yes, the Lord has always spoken to His people – and yes, there are times of silence, but that is the way with us as well. Sometimes we do not care to speak. Other times, it is not wise to speak.

The opposite is true as well. There are times that if you hold your tongue, your silence appears to condone a wrong, whereas you may not be afraid to speak. It is wise to have a close, intimate relationship with our Sovereign God, our Creator.

Jesus (Yeshua) has been urging people off and on for years to seek Him, to ‘abide’, to come closer. But these past few months, there is an urgency in His calling. Abba will never force us to obey or to come close to Him. He wants voluntary love, the same as we do.

There are times I have been deceived in the past. It was before I was saved, but the consequences of a decision had to be. Rebellion, idolatry, emotional instability (fear, insecurity, unforgiveness, to name a few), disobedience (not reading the Bible, or obeying the Word) – there are several reasons why a person can be deceived.

Deception is involved in sin, or if we do not want to know or hear the truth. There are seducing spirits and doctrines of devils that can deceive a person, especially those who are newly seeking Jesus.

1Chronicles 28:9 says that the Lord searches all hearts, and understands the imaginations of the thoughts. But it goes on to say that if we seek Him, we will find Him,

The new do not know the Word of God; therefore, they have nothing to compare the counterfeit to. We are in turbulent, unpredictable times. Yet, the Word of God does mention these days. I do not Scriptures precious Spirit of God led me to

March 29, 2026

I am in tears (gratitude and awe) as I write this, but this morning I opened up a little red Bible (one of two small ones bought in Georgia between 2008-2009). Today scriptures began with:

And when they came close to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, He sent forth two of His disciples, And said to them, Go your way into the village directly opposite (ahead of) you: and as soon as you have entered into it, you shall find a colt tied upon which no man has ridden before; untie him, and bring him.

And if any man says unto you, Why are you doing this? say that the Lord has need of him; and right away he will send him here.

And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door outside in where the two streets meet; and they untied him. And some of them that stood there said unto them, What are you doing untying the colt? And they said to them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.

And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and He sat upon him. And many spread their garments in the way [upon the ground]: and others cut down branches off the trees, and spread them on the road.

And they that went ahead, and they that followed cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord: Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that comes in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest. [Mk 11:1-10]

I scrolled to the next page and began to where Jesus was talking:

And Jesus answering saying to them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says.

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them. And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses [sins].  [Mk 11:22-26]

Forgive = 4Xs = restoration

Then, for unknown reasons except to hear from God alone, Jesus spoke to me through the orthodox Jerusalem Bible, transcribed or translated from Hebrew language. I turned immediately to Tobit (a book not found in the KJV)

I did not know this following part until I decided to look up Tobit (since he is only mentioned in the Catholic bible and the Jerusalem (translated from Hebrew) Bible.

Tobit was a righteous man who had gone blind after a series of hardships. He was experiencing great and deep depression (a spirit of heaviness) and pain. He even welcomed death – he felt he had no purpose and no reason to live.

Raphael, an angel came disguised as a man named Azariah. He spoke comforting words to Tobit before he left to accompany Tobit’s son Tobias, on a journey. He left Tobit with a hopeful promise – that God was going to heal him soon.

Tobit had comforted his wife about their son’s journey:
May God in heaven protect you on the way and bring you back tome safe and sound; may His angel accompany you for your safety. [Tobit 5;16-17]

When Tobias returned, he used a fish’s gall to cure his father’s blindness.

The angel then said to them to not fear, and to be at peace. He assured them that he was there by the will of God; therefore they should bless Adonai and sing praises to Him. Raphael then instructed them (after the healing) to again, bless Yahweh and give thanks.

He advised keeping the king’s secret, but to tell everyone everywhere what God had done, so that He would be praised and honoured.

The words that I opened to, which brought choked me up were:

Take comfort; the time is near for God to heal you; take courage! [Tobit 5:10/11]

Jews considered Passover the time of redemption and deliverance. They remember their history, when the sea split and an entire nation walked from slavery in Egypt to freedom. God was with them before, during and after Exodus.

Message Begins

Before it comes to pass, I tell you so that you cannot say, I knew.

Though you were stubborn and stiff-necked [Deut 10:16; Acts 7:51], I have broken you and formed you according to My will [Is 64:8], and put within you a pure (circumcised, clean) heart [Rom 2:29] and made your hands clean by and with My Spirit. [Jam 4:8]

Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiff-necked. [Deut 10:16]

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our unrighteousness is as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

But now, O LORD, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You our potter; and we all are the work of Your hand. [Is 64:6;8]

(Note: It is understood that at one time, we are as above (stubborn, stiff-necked, broken, uncircumcised, impure). He has broken and formed us: He is the potter, we are the clay, and the work of His hands.

And when we repent, Christ forgives, and He does a work in us by His Spirit because of our Saviour Jesus. End note – BP)

I Am He that guides you along the right path, and leads you in the way that you should go. Thus says the Lord, keep judgment and do justice; for My salvation is near to come and My righteousness to be revealed. [Is 56:1]

Great trouble is coming, the likes which have not been seen before, as I forewarned through My prophets, and through My Son.

[Note: The Lord is speaking of the forewarnings written in is Word End BP]

Do not join the world in fear and panic. Watch and pray. Have I not always instructed My people to do so?

Seek Me whilst I may be found; call upon Me whilst I AM near. Go forth in My name, doing My will and led by My Spirit. Stay in My written Word and in prayer (in spirit and in truth), and I shall direct you. Speak forth as I instruct.

Let them laugh, but be encouraged, they laughed at Me. On the third day, the of resurrection, their laughter stopped. So shall the laughter stop yet again. You shall not be put to shame.

Those who wait upon Me, and trust in Me, doing My will, shall not be put to shame. The laughter is only for a season, beloved. The time has come to shut the mouth of the enemy and his cohorts.

Do not be afraid of their faces, or the words that they speak [Jer 1:8], for I alone know the thoughts and intents of the heart, and shall reward to each one accordingly (in My time, and in My way).

(Note: The above was God’s divine command to Jeremiah [1:8], where Yahweh promises protection amidst all the negativity surrounding believers. We still go through hardships, but we must be strong in remembering He is with us.

Through the Holy Spirit, we overcome fear of man (just like the apostle Peter did, and the other apostles). Fear can be paralyzing; I know, it has happened to me – and it is regretful. But if we remember God is with us, we overcome that spirit of fear with power (Jesus’), love, and a sound mind. [2Tim 1:7] End BP)

Love the Lord your God and walk in all His ways, and keep His ways and commandments, and cleave Him. Serve Him with all your heart, all your mind, all your soul, and all your strength.

Now, will you be strong and full of faith (although he too doubted and asked of me signs)? Or will you be fearful and afraid as the 22,000 men (full of fear) that left Gideon and returned home?

Choose this day. Choose wisely.

Lay down fear and replace it with faith.  Many are on a precipice. Do not give up in this last half hour. As you honour Me and walk obediently, watch as My promises unfold before your very eyes. This is to further the kingdom; this is for the gospel of Christ; this is for the salvation of souls.

Things are moving fast. Soon things take place like a domino effect. Many have sounded warnings over the years, just as the prophets of old did.

I see the end from the beginning. I have been revealing (exposing), dividing – separating. It is the time of separating sheep from sheep (cattle from cattle), just as there was a separating in Gideon’s army. Indeed, it shall all be for My glory, but for the sake of My Word, for it shall not return void. It shall accomplish that which I please and prosper in the thing where I sent it. [Is 55:11]

I AM uniting My true people, the remnant (global) in this time of increasing apostasy. That which was foretold long ago is now coming to pass. Continue in My Word. Continue to watch and pray.

Pray for all I am put on your heart, for I am putting different things on the hearts of My people, so that as ‘one body’ the prayers cover all, for one or two alone cannot cover all things in prayer.

Rejoice, for I am in control. Did I not often tell you that the obedience of one affects many, just as the disobedience of one can have the same affect? Rejoice (think of it as the time that Pharaoh was about to call Joseph out of prison.

I am positioning My people. Things are escalating – great troubles are coming upon the world. My people have long waited and hoped. Famine and hunger are coming to places that have not seen it for decades. The dominoes are in place and ‘the push’ is coming.

Fear not. This is the hour to be humble and seek My face.

I am calling My people to repentance, to holiness (set apart), to righteousness (right standing with God). How often have I instructed people to return to the old paths?

(Note: Searching it out seems to stress abandoning modern, destructive ways for the precious principles of righteousness, obedience and truth, to keep a repentant heart (like David, instead of presumptuous and disobedient like Saul).

Instead of following after ‘man’, or seeking the popular (or even to BE popular or ‘trendy’). Instead of constantly ‘tuning in’ to one of the ‘social platforms’ you might find yourself scrolling on, return to the quiet path of reading the Bible or watching a good, spiritual show.  End- BP)

A drought and famine is coming upon the lands of My people, yea – it has begun (spiritually and physically). Keep strong in Me. Stay prepared in heart, mind and soul by seeking Me, and I shall direct your steps.

[End message]

There is more to this message, but there have been so many interruptions, and hindrances that it is now 1:30 AM. I am tired and there is another full day tomorrow. Idolatry is something He is saying many are caught up in, whether it is a celebrity, social media and all its influencers and participants, a ‘prophetic’ person or religious leader (like the Moon cult).

Adonai is calling people to repent, to turn away from idols in humility and brokenness. He will forgive through Jesus – who is the ONLY way back to the Father.

However, I will publish the rest of this tomorrow, Lord willing.

Now is the Time to Seek Him

For God speaks once, yea, twice, but man perceives it not. [Job 33:14]

El Shaddai, Yahweh of Israel, the one true, living God is moving across the lands. Exalt Jesus, not man, not any person. His message is clear – SEEK ME…pray. Some are called to fast…pray.

If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Now My eyes shall be open, and My ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified [consecrated] this house, that My name may be there forever: and My eyes and My heart shall be there perpetually [for all time]. [2Chron 7:14-15]

Seek! There it is again in these scriptures. How many times over the years have the saints been drawn to pay attention to these scriptures? There it is there… the Shepherd’s persistent call. Seek Me. And what do we do when we find the Lord? (He is omnipresent, everywhere…we do not have far to search). Then, we simply abide…wait in His presence.

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in Me. [Jn 15:4]

Sprinkled throughout the past two decades (since May 2008 when I first blogged on this site), the Lord has called out to people to ‘seek’ Him, to come closer [abide, cleave], to pray, to ask (make your requests known). [Phil 4:6]

However, for the past two months (give or take), it has been so consistent that I myself have made a more concerted effort to diligently obey [Heb 11:6] - - a more focused, more disciplined effort. It is a gentle nudging of the Lord that strongly suggests that prompt attention is needed. Sometimes, I pondered whether it was a time-sensitive matter.

The urgency, the intensity (strong, forceful); Jesus has been adamant and consistent. I have shared the message to all who may listen on the physical side (in person, on phone), but not so much digitally, as I have been greatly hindered, to which the absence of posts attest to.

Yet as determined as I am to start every day immediately with the Lord, there are days that I simply cannot due to appointments, or sometimes just that I rise up and go about the day. When I reflect upon the written Word of God, what I see are godly people that also had full lives they were living, whether kings, priests, shepherds, commoners, or slaves; everyone went about their business.

There are those who might say it is only those with a ‘religious spirit’ who would want to discipline themselves to start every day with the Lord. I could scream for all the times I’ve heard, “God sees the heart”. Yes, He sure does!

My days have started both ways. There have been days when I get up and rush to go about my business for the day, and many times, there just never seems to be enough hours in the day, or else things get backlogged (on hold, wrong numbers), interruptions, hindrances and distractions galore.

Normal life is full of interruptions, hindrances and distractions.  That has been since time began; it’s normal, a given. However, there are times that it is NOT the norm. If it can go wrong. It does not take a rocket scientist to discern times that an unusual and overwhelming onslaught of such things are orchestrated and carried out by the dark side.

Satan is on a mission to wear down the saints of God. Daniel the prophet forewarned God’s people that it would be so in the latter times, that the “little horn” [lawless one] would oppress Yahweh’s people (holy saints/Christians).

And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. [Dan 7:25] KJV

What we are experiencing now is nothing compared to what will be. That is speculation on my part, but the lawless one has not yet been revealed, yet we know he will be known when the restrainer (the precious and Holy Spirit) is taken away.

Our strength comes from the Lord Jesus (Yeshua). Yet realistically speaking, if all be true, even though our strength is from our glorious King, every one of us still go through times of great weariness. I truly believe we are very close to the great Tribulation happening, which is why the Lord has been calling His people to seek Him and pray. Ask, seek, knock’ [Lk 11:9]

Evil has increased exponentially globally. I do not even recognize this world anymore. Off and on for the past couple of months, I kept coming across scriptures that said “seek”. I sent a screenshot of one scripture to a close friend and sister in Christ.

click any pic to enlarge

I have several Bibles; however, an old, small one was randomly chosen. Where opened to after prayer was last read in 2018, almost eight years to the same time. I often date scriptures to bring back to remembrance what was going on in life during the time of the reading. The Word of God is alive and speaks to us to this every day.

Clearly the Lord has consistently been pointing out seeking Him, and healing these past couple of months.

Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger. [Zeph 2:3]

Message Begins

How heavy is your heart, My child, for the battle has been hard and long. Hold fast to Me, for awhile longer and you shall see the victory. The time of sealing, the test of endurance belongs to the remnant who are Mine and shall endure to the end, coming through victoriously, having been well-trained by previous tests and tribulations, having been purged and purified, in the fires and through the waters.

Yea, hold fast to Me, for I AM your refuge and your strong tower. Yea, the cross is heavy when it is being carried, and excruciatingly hard to the flesh to stay upon, dying to self and all that is in the world.

Yet only after death can My resurrection power go forth to raise you up to a place where the enemy cannot touch you. Healing and restoration are in My hand. Look up, look up for your redemption draws nigh. Chaos and destruction are coming upon mankind and the world, yet I AM the one who shall create the new when all is said and done.

Keep on your armor; pray without ceasing, abide in Me and do that which I ask of you to do.

(*Note* 0bedience is the word that came to mind as I wrote this, and keeping a repentant heart.  [<= crucial BP) If we seek Him (long to be with Him), we are being obedient to His call. We are in serious times. He ants us aware but unafraid. That will not be easy when some of the reports come in, yet we must remember, God has us.

He was with all His apostles, with Stephen, Abraham, Joseph, Joshua, Esther, Moses, Daniel, John the Baptist. No matter which way it turned out (we all have an appointed time), the Creator was with each one.

All were aware  of Christ with them. Stephen's last words:

(NOTE*: I interrupt here because apparently I posted this and neglected to include Stephen's words. Many thanks [DL-to a close friend for the heads up - BP)

Stephen called upon Yahweh first, asking Him to receive his spirit. but then:

And he knelt down and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep. [Acts 7:59-60]

Forgiveness - that was KEY. It was important to Stephen that the men responsible for his death would be forgiven. He echoed the words of his Messiah.

Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.[Lk 23:34]

Forgiveness - it was KEY with Jesus/Yeshua also. This fulfills the two commandments upon which all of them hang.

Love the Lord our God with all your heart, soul, mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, You shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. [Mat22:37-40]

Great blessing is about to fall upon My obedient children; but great judgment also is falling upon all nations and all peoples of the earth. Yes, and the wrath of the devil, the prince of this world is coming, but he has nothing on Me.

[Note*: (What I understood) Some people can get carried away when they see the word ‘great’. My cautionary reminder is to always remember this world is not our home.

A “great blessing” can be a restored relationship that someone has prayed about for decades, perhaps even the prayer of someone for their family who did not live to see the answer come to fruition, but a great reconciliation came through the hands of the Sovereign God.

Another great blessing could be a healing of something serious, or a much-needed job. For others, it could be a pregnancy or acceptance to a certain university or college. Think upon these things. BP End note]

Do not fear Satan, despite all the evil you see unleashed upon the earth. Yes, it is intensifying and shall continue. My will shall be accomplished.

So shall My Word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing where I sent it. [Is 55:11]

Satan's wrath has been loosed for a time, yea, but he knows that his time is short. [Rev 12:12]

Look to Me and abide, for I AM your strength, your wisdom, your discernment; your all in all.  obedience, My peace I give you, not as the world gives, but the peace I give passes all understanding. [Phil 4:7]

Let not your heart be troubled [Jn 14:1]; neither be afraid.

 [End Message]

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. [Mat 28:20]
