I could use a hand over here...

I have spent two nights up doing researching, mingled with sincere prayers, and yes, tears. Sleep has been a distant stranger, although I have caught myself snapping out of a 'nod-out' (oh no, a Biden moment?!) Squeaks out a 'help'...

For someone who went through their street life and countless years through young adulthood NOT crying because I was told 'strong girls don't cry', and other times being called a coward if I did cry, it seems like these past dozen years [especially past seven, give or take], some hidden reservoir has been emptying out of me. It is a good thing - a healing thing.

A pressure cooker can only take so much pressure before it blows! The blowout can hurt, and may require healing time, depending on the damage done, and the reason behind the 'blowout'. Blockage to the 'vent' was my reason. Washing with pure water (the WORD of God) began the healing. 

How the true living God puts up with everything happening is beyond me; I cannot fathom it. The world's condition, the hearts of so many—the rage, hatred, cruelties—the list is too long.

Yet the astounding reality of God's love in that He has not wiped out the entire race is even more mind-boggling. It is a very good thing that we were made in HIS image and not the other way around. Thank You Yeshua!

For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.  [Is 55:8-9]

My deep and sincere prayers have led to much in-depth research, and I am blown away. Back in 2009, which was posted, the Lord (not me) said, "That which you see is not as it appears to be."

The reminder was needed - I remember that I used to overhear my stepfather saying things like: Don't believe everything you  hear, and only half of what you see." I did not understand it then, and it took decades before I did, and I give the Lord much thanks for that. (He has been most patient with me...)

What my heart desires now is to be and to do what He told me through scripture. When I saw the 33 (the number) that a news site had put up regarding the hostages, and the thought to fast and pray, I did ask the Lord about it.

It is important, crucially important now more than ever before in my life, and I say it without reserve and without shame. I pray that whatever I hear I would not be deceived [but able to discern]; that I would know if it comes from flesh, the world, or the enemy...His voice must be clear, and never do I want a 'copy' or 'imitation' to be mistakenly accepted.

With that being said, after the prayer, I opened a new Bible that I have rarely read. It opened immediately to 33 Ezekiel. I broke in tears at God's goodness, wisdom and omnipresence. It was last week, but I marked the [previously] unmarked Bible; I was so amazed.

More pictures next time, but it is after 6:00 am and I need to lie down for a few...but what I have researched is heartbreaking. I ask every person who may read this to please pray about seeing clearly through any veil the enemy may have placed before the eyes - that it be removed - no deception.

Then, please pray that the Lord guide you regarding Trump. Do you remember about two or so weeks ago, prayer about Trump had gone up and a question as to why? If he is a deceiver, why?

First of all, the Bible is clear that the Lord takes no joy over the death of a sinner. His desire is that ALL should repent (we ALL have fallen short of His glory). No, I am not saying he is the antichrist. There are multitudes of antichrists today, just as there were in the Apostle Paul's and Apostle John's day [the time of Jesus].

But his agenda is not the one most people think it is. "O," the people say, "Look at all the executive orders. He is getting 'order' back. He is keeping his promises." 

Do you mean he is 'making order out of chaos'?

Those words will draw enemies, but God is revealing hard truths, but for those who do not want truth, (and HE is truth, so take ALL to Him, or the consequence) He will send strong delusion [2Thes 2:10-12]

He is a friend of Israel. Is he? I will leave it at that. I can already see the steam rising out of the ears of certain people. Please...all I ask is that you pray about it. I have been searching long and hard two nights...and days. I am fatigued, plus my grandson (7 years old) has been here.

God is so good. He is the one who keeps His promises. With the way things are going, we have MUCH to look forward to with great HOPE and GLADNESS.

Ezekiel 33 was very important to me. The Bible I opened was a gift. The translation is New Living Translation. It had been unused. I have about 6 Bibles, some very old (well 1971 -- there is a story behind that one, which was originally a gift that was stolen - but recently replaced).

Ezekiel 33: 1-3 speaks of the watchman.

So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing where I sent it. [Is 55:11]

AI Points the Way -- Unexpectedly

End to End

For thus has the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman; let him declare what he sees. [Is 21:6]

I disclosed to a close friend recently that I believe all the Creator’s children (children of light) are called to be watchmen, globally. People dedicated to the living God through His precious and only begotten Son, Jesus/Yeshua [the Body of Christ/brethren], are scattered throughout the nations upon this earth.

It is with that knowledge that I have come to the conclusion that all of us have a responsibility to ‘watch’ and ‘warn others’ if we see an enemy, or some grave danger approaching; in essence, to be a watchman. We are all at different vantage points (what we see, hear, and experience), as well as having different cultures, traditions, language, cuisine, etc.

There can be a semantic barrier, which has brought confusion and sometimes anger, due to the misunderstanding of a word that may have a completely different meaning in each of two separate languages.  What may be a friendly, harmless word in one language could be a harsh insult in another.

The [cultural] meaning of a word or phrases, or pronunciation, sometimes hindered by a thick accent can present language barriers. People who know more than one language are greatly appreciated when they can break down and do away with language barriers through proper understanding and interpretation.

God Speaks to Those of All Nations

In the Bible, God appointed watchmen over Israel to warn of impending or approaching danger, typically warning of an advancing enemy army, but who could also warn of natural calamities such as volcanic activity, earthquakes, locusts, flooding, great and diverse windstorms, etc.

Today, the Lord appoints watchmen globally; each place has troubles of its own.

So you, O son of man, I have set (appointed) you a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear the word at My mouth, and warn them from Me. [Ezek 33:7]

The verses prior to verse seven in Ezekiel 33 describe the duty of the watchman: - he sees the sword coming upon the land (approaching enemy), blows the trumpet, warns the people: also, consequences that occur if the watchman fails to sound a warning

The numbers 3, 33 and 333 are numbers that have flashed before my eyes for a few years, even when I tried to avoid it. At first, I did not understand; it simply made me uncomfortable because I do not go looking for numbers per say (yes, I realize that is part of life itself, and the Creator uses the numbers He created - yes, I get that).

There are many examples, but here is a shot from my computer clock nearly two years ago (February 2022). 

Then, a scripture referral kept coming to mind, but I could not think of the scripture off-hand, so I looked it up.

Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not. [Jer 33:3]

A piece of paper was randomly placed as a bookmark in one of my Bibles. Upon it was written Jeremiah 33:3, but also verse six.

Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. [33:6]

However, when numbers present themselves in random and unexpected places, such as a lonely, yet noticeable sign standing out in a forest along a barren stretch of highway, it gets one's attention, wanted or not.

God’s will WILL be done, with or without us, but He certainly gives us all fair opportunity to be His faithful child, a vessel unto honour. Or one can rebel and prove to be a child of the devil, thus, a vessel unto dishonour. Choices are important.

Jeremiah 33 continues on about cleansing (in that particular case, it pertained to Judah and Israel), forgiveness of iniquities and transgressions. It speaks of how the land will be blessed once again.

Is that not what the Lord does for all who come to repentance? He cleanses [purifies] (by the precious Blood of Jesus); forgives, restores - blesses. A broken spirit, and a broken and contrite heart, Jesus does not despise. [Ps 51:17]

I once wrote about giving the Lord glory for all He is, all He does (and has done), and for granting strength to all of us who call upon Him humbly, admitting our weakness and NEED for Him, and for His strength.

It was further written that even when He gives us hard assignments, He goes ahead of us, yet stands with us, and is our rear guard as well. (We see this example with His beloved Abraham, and further on with Israel, when they were leaving Egypt.)

Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever. [Heb 13:8]

As a watchman, it was last year (2022) that the Lord had me warn people of increased witchcraft around the times of the celebrated occult festivities (Halloween/Samhain). 

The forewarning was not only to caution about warlocks and female witches beginning rituals, ceremonies, spells, etc. earlier than usual (even a month or so sooner) but also attacks against believers intensifying.

[NOTE: Update - The above statement is not accurate. My apologies. What a male practitioner calls himself fluctuates. Many simply call themselves witches or Wiccans. The title 'warlock' is said to mean 'breaker of oaths', 'covenant breaker', and/or 'traitor'. 

Some articles claim that 'traitor' refers to a male who abandoned Christianity to practice witchcraft or paganism. Others state that it speaks of someone who steals the 'power' and spells from other witches. 

In the 70s, a television program called "Bewitched" popularized the title. Wizards was made popular by the Harry Potter series in the 90s, with the last book released in 2008.

When my son was in grade seven [7] in school, reading and studying the book Harry Potter was mandatory. Refusal to participate, whether the choice was that of the parents or the student, resulted in a failing grade.

One school in Ontario began to purge its libraries of all books published in 2008 and before, with the Harry Potter series, Hunger Games, et al. included. Other schools followed suit. SOURCE: cbc.ca/news

Sorcerer, shaman, caster, necromancer, [as the name suggests, they cast things such as circles, spells, etc.], spiritualist, enchanter, and magician [illusion, magic, deception, etc.]. These are well-known, even though there are some other titles or labels - (End note) - BP2024]

We have witnessed this as persecution has increased globally. Yes, persecution has always existed to varying degrees, but it is much closer to home now for those of us in the West. In the last thirteen years, there have been reports of preachers being stabbed or shot when evangelizing on the street, with some even being inside the church, in the sanctuary but it is noticeably escalating in a land where Christianity was once revered.

This series took the entire year, something that has never happened in 18, almost 19 years of online sharing. It seems to be God’s season for the ‘unexpected’ and the ‘never before and never again’ happenings. He is the Sovereign, Omnipotent (all-wise, all-powerful) living God.

Therefore, I can safely say it is the ‘end’ of this series taking place in the ‘end times’ – end to end.

Authority of God

The Creator of all things is the only one who knows the beginning from the end, and the ONLY One who can speak such things with confidence. We can be assured it is true. So, when I speak it forth, it is not as any prophet (or anyone else speaking similarly), but rather, it is the echoing or repeating the words that are clearly written in scripture.

We often hear people quote from Ecclesiastes that “nothing is new under the sun” [Eccl 1:9], but do we fail to see the kind of things that the ‘preacher’ who wrote the book (some scholars credit Solomon [along with Song of Songs and Proverbs], others dispute it, claiming the author remains unknown) is referring to?

I do not believe the author meant it as a sweeping statement that covered all eternity (past, present, and future), but rather human nature and the way nature itself (God’s creation) is obedient to how the Lord said it would function, reproduce, etc.

There are things that have already occurred, and will yet occur, that have never happened before [just as it is written in the Word of God].

Examples:

Old Testament (OT):

There has been no day like it before or since, when the Lord heeded the voice of a man, for the Lord fought for Israel. [Josh 10:14]

New Testament (NT):

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. [Mat 24:21]

We are to watch and be the responsible watchman. We watch and pray, looking out for each other. We have been reminded of spiritual warfare and enemies whose desire is to steal, kill and destroy. We remember that this life is temporal, yet our desire should be to be with our Creator forever.

As things have taken longer than anticipated, this entry was mostly to offer thanksgiving to God for the privilege of witnessing a new year begin – 2024, a year of the unexpected.

I also pray for every person who reads this entry that the Lord would save them if they are not saved; heal them if they need healing; deliver them if they need deliverance. Make them whole, purified and cleansed by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus/Yeshua. May they do justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God - and through it all, may God be glorified through Jesus the Christ/Messiah.

Show Your marvelous lovingkindness, O You that saves by Your right hand them which put their trust in You, from those that rise up against them. [Ps 17:7]

Watchman, Sound the Warning

Watchman, Sound the Warning

So you, O son of man, I have set you as a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear the word at My mouth, and warn them from Me. 

When I say to the wicked, O wicked man, you shall surely die; if you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity (sin); but his blood will I require at your hand. [Ezek 33:7, 8]

The Lord goes on to say in His Word that if the watchman warns the wicked, but he chooses not to listen or turn from his sins, he will die in his sin, but the watchman will have delivered his soul.

Yet, what is the heart of the Creator? What is His desire?

Say to them, As I live, says the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn, turn from your evil ways; for why will you die, O house of Israel? [vs 11] (emphasis mine)

The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever. In this particular situation, the Lord was speaking to Israel through His prophet Ezekiel. Nevertheless, the Lord is consistent and steadfast. The Creator does not delight in the death of sinners; He would prefer they change their heart (mind), and turn away from their iniquities.

Speaking through the apostle Peter, Jesus made it clear what the will of God Almighty is. People, even today, think that the Lord tarries (is too slow) in His returning, but in reality, He is patient. Something that most of us lack and must practice often - patience. Not an easy call!

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise (to return), as some men count slackness, but is longsuffering (patient), not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. [2Pet 3:9]

No matter what one has done, including witchcraft or sorcery (occult), Jesus willingly shed His precious blood to pave the way to be forgiven of sins, and reconciled back to the [heavenly] Father.

Christ is the ONLY way back. Yeshua (Jesus) is ready and willing to forgive if one repents and changes their mind, forsaking their sin. If you confess Jesus is Lord, and believe He was resurrected from the dead, you will be saved. [Rom 10:9-11]

The only sin that is unforgiveable is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. 

Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. [Mat 12:31]

This last section of the series is a watchman's warning about witchcraft and the necessity to cleave to God through Yeshua (Jesus), and overcome the enemy and his legions.

However, the strong undercurrent is the hope that the sinner changes his/her mind and heart, repents, and submits wholly to the Saviour and Redeemer, Jesus.

Spiritual Warfare and Witchcraft

Back in early October, when it was mentioned that the Lord had impressed upon me to alert people with a stern warning regarding ‘witchcraft/sorcery’, I made mention of something else that may need to be done, along with spiritual warfare, IF one was personally instructed by Yeshua/Jesus, through the Holy Spirit [and/or the written Word].

Late September, early October, many, but not all, covens or individuals globally begin early on with rituals, sacrifices, spells, etc. in preparation for one of their highest regarded religious celebrations, Halloween/Samhain. To others, it is more of a tradition, a ritualistic ceremony, and still to others, it is a non-religious festival. Other pagan holidays celebrated these days may also invoke earlier preparation by occult practitioners than in bygone days.

Undoubtedly, no one needs me to announce that times have drastically changed. We are in a time like no other that we know of. Violence, murder, chaos, corruption, deception, rejection of God and Jesus, and an exaltation of evil – certainly none of that is new, as history records crusades, genocides, and other horrific acts of sin and wickedness.

What does differ is the volume (global, nearly every country) and intensity (almost daily, the majority of scenarios extreme). Throw in the increased number of mankind (billions), the acceptance of things once considered abnormal and perverse, the celebrating of evil as good, and good as evil (a gross flip).

What is new is the introduction and the acceleration of AI [Artificial Intelligence] and various technologies (including digital [holograms, 3D printing [even of food such as meat], teleporting] et al), all moving forward at an immeasurable and exponential growth rate (soon to be beyond mankind’s control, if it is not already), and we find ourselves in unknown, foreboding times.

Those who know their Creator do understand the times we are in, and cleave to Him steadfastly, for the Bible has made it clear, and the Holy Spirit warns and guides us of our desperate need for God. Jesus/Yeshua was succinct in describing these days, yet thorough enough for us to recognize that time when we see it, if we discern and not go into denial.

We must not shut our eyes to the reality of the time out of fear and unbelief. We do not have to like it, but we do have to accept that which is written, for the logos Word of God will ‘not’ be changed. Yet, when we ‘trust’ our God, we will not walk in perpetual, unhealthy fear, nor will we fall into the quicksand of unbelief or apostasy.

Open communication and honesty with the Lord are crucial, as it is (or should be) in any close and genuine relationship. Obedience is not a heavy weight. It flows freely from the heart saturated in humility and full of love for God through the Messiah.

If one has been familiar with my writings over the years [decades], they know that writing about witchcraft, sorcery, the occult is not something that has consumed me. However, on the other hand, it is not something I avoid simply because it is not a popular topic.

The enemy is not exalted, but he is not ignored either. Our Creator does not avoid the matter, but  alerts us to an enemy, his legions of demons, and spiritual warfare – a harsh reality. God provides all we need to be equipped for battle, such as armour and weapons (see Ephesians 6, 1 Peter 5:8, 9, John 10:10 for examples).

Yeshua (Jesus) exposed darkness and the evil hidden within it. He did not sidestep it. He warned us that we would have trouble in this world, but He comforts us with the reminder that He has overcome the world. [Jn 16:33] We are advised that our weapons are not of the flesh (not carnal), and therefore spiritual.

Certain prophets and apostles spoke of the adversary, but also about a Messiah, sent by Almighty God. The book of Revelation clears up more of the mystery of the adversary and how it will end, but keep in mind that God was quick to warn mankind right from the beginning, in the Garden of Eden [Genesis].

There are multitudes of pastors and teachers in the church who mostly avoid the topic, as if it were wrong to discuss spiritual warfare, the devil and demons, and witchcraft/sorcery. But God would not have us ignorant or in denial in days as dark and evil as these days now.

He made us aware of these things through His written Word by the prophets and the apostles, as well as through miraculous things that Jesus/Yeshua accomplished when He walked amongst us, such as deliverance from demons.

I am convinced that the purpose or reason that I was so led to end the series on warfare and the increase of witchcraft/sorcery/occult these days is due to the closeness of the appearance of the Lawless one (the Antichrist of all antichrists) and the beast system that God allows Satan to temporarily bring in.

None of us want to hear about the evil that will flood the world for a season as the devil’s wrath comes to fruition. However, God warned us about His judgment. We know it begins in His own house (the church, the house of God). There will be those who confuse the devil's wrath with God's.

Here is a hint. Satan cannot roll the skies up like a scroll, or remove mountains and islands. [Rev 6:14] Neither can the devil cause the stars to fall like figs from a tree. [Rev v 13] Even the purpose of the great tribulation is so people finally realize their need for God. Hopefully, they run TO Jesus/Yeshua, and not FROM.

This should prove the love of Christ Jesus (not that He has to prove anything). The reasoning is not for sensationalism or fearmongering, but for a positive purpose, which is to prepare people for that which is already evident before our eyes (escalating and accelerating evil), but also to confirm the closeness of the Lawless one. I do believe he is waiting for the ‘green light’.

Ultimately, that ‘go’ can only come from God, and in the way that it is written in the holy Bible. When the restrainer is removed, then, the appearance of the wicked one that the prophets of old, and John the Revelator clearly foretold of, shall be made manifest.

Revelation tells us how it all ends, and Christ (Messiah) is the Victor. If only the great tribulation, and the 1,000-year reign, and the short time that the devil is loosed afterwards was over. How we yearn to be with our Creator, Saviour, Redeemer, the living God, into eternity.

Ah, but for now, we practice patience (there is that frustratingly challenging word again). And we can gladly give thanks now and always and forever. We can praise Him for the final, glorious and victorious outcome. Selah

Know that the Lord is God: it is He that has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise:

Be thankful unto Him, and bless His [holy] name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endures to all generations. [Ps 100:3-5]

In the Heat and the Heart of the Battle

It had been mentioned in the previous article about prayer and fasting. Christians globally are praying for loved ones who are caught in the snares of the enemy. Others still are praying for themselves, needing God’s help to deliver them from some addiction or besetting sin.

Multitudes are suffering division within the family, heaviness, addictions, infidelities, suicidal tendencies, mental illnesses, financial ruin, and a plethora of devastating circumstances, and they do not understand why.

Then we have those who are compromising; those who are leading a great number of people astray with false doctrines, New Age practices, witchcraft, and other forms of idolatry, and open acceptance of abominations – compromising with the world, the flesh and Satan, making church a mockery.

 

It is the first time in my 17 years of posting articles online on this particular website [blog] that one series monopolized the entire year, but that is how this played out – completely unplanned, wholly unexpected. Be that as it may, it seems an appropriate happenstance orchestrated by the Lord (in a concatenation of articles all relating to the ‘Season of Consequences’ [2023]), to end the series on spiritual warfare in these ‘end times’ (last days).

There are some who prophesy that all the evil plans that the devil and his barbaric armies have and are plotting and plundering, both in the physical and the spiritual realms, will never know the climax of victory, or the successful campaign of torturous persecution and slaughter.

But what does the Bible say? Satan/Lucifer does have power (or no one would pay him any mind), and he has been tragically successful in countless campaigns since the beginning of mankind’s creation, allowed by God, of course. Again, read about his rampages and deceptions throughout the holy Bible.

Abortions, genocides, poverty, torture, disease, and every abomination that has ever taken place has been allowed by God, but it is a combination of sins, provoked and assisted by Satan; the devil’s work. Since our creation, we ask ‘why’.

It is conjecture [speculation] on my part, but I have often wondered if all the evil that has taken place on earth since the fall of mankind in Eden is allowed so that another rebellion never again takes place, as all of creation in the heavenlies and in earth witnessed the destruction, horror and brutalities of evil.

El Shaddai, the living God, weeps with us, and His holy angels gather our tears in sacred vials. The precious prayers of the saints will be mingled with incense and offered upon a golden altar before God’s throne. [Rev 8:3]

No matter how hard we try, we will find that we cannot be all we are meant to be on our own, or in our own strength, nor can we ‘will’ it. That is okay. That is how God intended it. He wants us dependent upon Him. He is not just our Creator, but to those who love Him, He is our heavenly Father.

The Messiah Yeshua (our Jesus) accomplished everything necessary when He willingly became a living sacrifice, and poured out His precious blood upon a rugged cross, died, was buried and resurrected again, on the third day after His death. Because of Him, and Him only, and through Jesus only, there is a way back to God – to our magnificent heavenly Father.

That reality is our victory; it is the peace that passes all understanding; it is the joy unquenchable (even in the midst of fiery furnaces [excruciating trials/tribulations]). Christ/Messiah is our everything!

God alone changes us. Even the godliest person we can think of has been corrupted and tainted by this world and the devil. It is good that this life is temporal because we face a lifetime of battles, wrestling[s] (struggles), trials, disappointments, sorrows, pain and tears.

That is not a defeatist attitude because we do have victory in Christ, but we will also still have failures. We are imperfect creatures and will still fall short at times, in thought, word or deed, even when unintentional, but we do not give up. We keep a genuine, repentant heart and rise again.

Humbly grab hold of the strong hand of God. Pray for brethren [true body of Christ] because we are one in the Spirit, and in His love. It is why we need one another, but more importantly, why ALL of us need the LORD! We cannot even hope to make it through without Christ Yeshua.

 It is a process we all go through. Not one of us has all the answers, all the explanations, all the love, all the patience, all the knowledge, all the wisdom – only God does.

There is so much that we, as humankind, do not understand about God, the ‘how’s and the ‘why’s’ that frustrate us in the lack of understanding or knowledge. To me, it is akin to an ant trying to understand the ‘how’s and why’s’ of our doings – or not doing. Wisdom of the ant is limited, as is ours. We are the created, not the Creator.

To say a Christian never fails, or has victory 100% of the time, in everything, all the time, is inaccurate. Quite the high standard for this sinful flesh – quite the pressure! To suggest that a child of God can go through life without depression, pain, sorrow, financial troubles, health issues, or any significant loss is not a realistic or true statement.

Twisted truth is still a crooked lie; it turns one in a direction away from the core truth.  We live in a fallen, corrupted, sinful world. It is a true saying that bad things happen to good people. Bad things can happen to anyone.

Name me one person who ever walked this earth that did not taste of or experience tears, pain, sickness, and any number of bitter, unexpected sorrows. Yeshua/Jesus, the patriarchs, the prophets, the apostles, and Christians before our time all suffered when on earth, but their victory is now as they rest in Messiah.  

They are all awaiting the first resurrection except Jesus, who was resurrected by the power of the Spirit of God (the firstfruits – first to be resurrected from the dead).

But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. [1Cor 15:20]

Jesus/Yeshua even warned us that in this world we would have tribulation. But He does not want that fact to defeat us because He continues by telling us to be strong, to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world. [Jn 16:33] (So, hang on and stick close to the Lord – abide in Him. He has us in the palm of His competent hand.)

Not everything that happens to us is good; some things are tragic and horrific. Yet, eternity is forever – something that is hard for us who live in a ‘temporal’ world to get our head around (to fully understand), but we hold fast to hope.

For we know that all things work together for good, to those who love God and are the called, according to His purpose. [Rom 8:28]

So, I end this entry by mentioning that in the previous article a scripture was posted that was meant as a ‘hint’ if my next post seemed delayed. I shared about how multitudes have been interceding in prayer for various people – family, friends, co-workers, pastors, ministries, countries, hostages, and the list and reasons are endless.

The scripture posted [Mk 9:29]:

And when He was come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, Why could we not cast him out? And He said to them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

I urged readers that if they were praying to seek the Lord about fasting, and to do so, if so led. There are things that I myself have been praying earnestly about, and fasting was indeed mingled in with it. I had clear instruction from the Lord, as He impressed it upon my spirit, and through His Word.

Three days of fluids only, then a break (a weekend). In that time, I managed to get an article was written, where I included scripture about the soldier who refrains from entangling himself in the business of the world (affairs of life), so that he may please the one who called him to be a soldier. [2Tim 2:4] –(paraphrased)

Another three days followed after the break, with the day spent fasting, but one meal refreshed me at day end. Then, a visit was extended from two days to five (grandson). So, my apologies for delay, but in these days and in this time, we should expect the unexpected, trusting God is ordering our steps and guiding us through life.

Never have I felt so close to God, and yet, I hunger to go deeper and deeper, closer and closer still. I am confident that all His children who love Him first are at the same place in their heart.

All of us beloved, are in God's competent hands; under His watchful eye, whether we are aware of that or not, whether we believe or not.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. [Eph 6:10]

Running Out of Time

An email was sent to me by a sister in Christ (thank you D.P. in LONDON) that contained a small voice clip. The message comes from a brother in Christ who lives in South Africa, who felt impressed by the Holy Spirit to pass along an urgent message from the Lord. The clip is approximately three minutes in duration.

Unfortunately, the name of the brother was not known by D.P.  However, the man has done his part in obeying the Lord to “tell the people” and has urged all who hear the message to pass it along.

As I listened to it, there was a quickening in my spirit.  Forgive the expression (you will understand shortly), but the “timing” is impeccable.  Below is a transcript of the voice clip. Emphasis is mine.

 (Message from a brother in South Africa)

“Brothers and sisters in Christ, I just want to tell you what happened to me yesterday morning, and I’ve got word for all of you, and for your family and for your friends. And please share this with whoever, whoever you go, wherever you go, whatever you do, share this because time is running out.

While we were praying yesterday morning; while we were worshipping in church, I said a thing out last week where a woman, uh, where God showed her how people were worshipping Him…where she could see their thoughts, and not one of their thoughts or their mind was on Christ, but it was all on their own things.

And I said, ‘Holy Spirit, I want you to take my thoughts, take it into captive…I want to concentrate only on God.’  As I said that, as I was praying that, I said, ‘God, I want to concentrate on You.’ And suddenly, I was gone.  (Note* - “gone” in a spiritual context, as if in an open vision – BP)

The Holy Spirit took me and I was in a place where it had so much peace.  And as I was standing there, I saw Jesus on a cloud, and the angels were standing around Him.  And they all had their shofars by their mouth, ready to blow it…and I was crying and I said, ‘’Jesus, what are You doing?”

And He said, “I’m on My way. I am coming!  I am coming…time is over!”  I said, “But Lord, You can’t. The people are not ready yet. What’s going to happen to my brothers and sisters?  What’s going to happen with my neighbours? What’s going to happen….?”

He said to me, “Look at your watch. “  I looked at my watch and it was blank. It was completely blank; there was no numbers on it. It was blank.  He said, “Time is past; time is over.  There’s no more time. My mercy has ended.”

I was crying and I said, “Lord, no, You can’t.”  I saw myself running to my car to get my cell phone, to look at my cell phone, but it’s blank, there’s no time, it’s blank.  It’s time of “no time” and it’s scary, people because there’s lots of people that are not ready yet.

And…I got…I was snapped out of it and I was crying. I was just explaining to my wife what had just happened.  As we got in the car, her father phoned and he was hysterical.  He said, “Son, put the phone on speaker.”  I said, “Dad, but it is on speaker.”

He said, “I had a dream. God showed me a dream last night.”  I said, “What is it?” because it sounded like my dad was on… (unclear).  He said, “God showed me a watch, and He showed me there’s no time on the watch.  I ran to get my watch and there’s no time on it, and I asked your mom for the time and there was no time on her watch.”

I said, “God, what does it mean?”  He said, “My time is finished. I am coming.”  He (his dad) was grabbing people by their necks and throwing them into the church and saying, “Repent now, or forever rot in hell”…and people just laughing at him; they think he’s a joke.

People, this is real.  God showed me this…and I must say… since I’ve been coming to this church, God has been showing revealing things to me, in big ways, in small ways…but…God said, ‘Don’t keep quiet. Tell the people I am coming. The time is over.”

Please get it out there.  Spread it because…people, if you know someone who is not ready, get them ready (the man’s voice breaks at this point)…because time’s over (you can sense he is holding back strong emotion).  He regains his composure and humbly says, “Thank you.”

I would like to share two confirmations. Firstly, D.P. in London, (sender of email) shared that her sister had a dream four months ago, in which she saw a digital clock in the sky with only “seconds” left.  When her sister turned to believers and unbelievers alike, they turned away from her stating, “We’ve heard it all before.”

On September 25 this year (2015), I was led to write Window of Time.  You have to scroll down about halfway on the page to find the subtitle as above (WoT).  The message was about the “window of time” that the Lord was extending to us to prepare for that which is coming. Our King is concerned about our spiritual condition. He is coming for a Bride without spot or blemish.

That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

[Eph 5:27; 32]

The Lord has been alerting His people to the time we are in. The watchmen have been sounding the alarm. His concern is for our spiritual condition; we must be ready.  We know that Christ Jesus is returning, but be aware, be very careful. Know the Word, where Jesus/Yeshua warned us about the “order of things”, how they will occur before His return.

The apostle John spoke of many antichrists (in opposition to, or in place of (against) Christ) being around and living in his lifetime. Antichrists have existed down through the centuries.

However, there is one who is described in a few places in the Bible that shall rise up in the latter days, the end of this age of all ages. Although he has been called many different names in the Bible, he is generally referred to as “the” Antichrist – the kingpin, the Antichrist of all antichrists, the “Beast”.

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that Antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.  [1Jn 2:18, 19]

We are not told who it is, nor are we told where he will first make his presence known. However, the clues we are given can be found in such books as Daniel 7; Revelation 13; 1 John 2.  

I will not delve into it right now, but suffice it to say that he will operate under a cloak of deception that will be so convincing that (as Jesus forewarned), if it were possible, even the elect would be deceived if times were no shortened. 

He will wear down the saints, and I am convinced that has already begun, but the weariness which the most believers have felt is only a precursor of that which is to come; that which is upon us – right at the door.

That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, shows himself that he is God.

Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?  [2Thes 2:2-5] (Emphasis is mine – BP)

Two points I would like to quickly make. First, the great tribulation and the “day of the Lord” are not the same thing. Both are about judgment, but the latter, the day of the Lord is about God’s wrath, which will not be poured out upon His people.

Judgment (tribulation) has been, is and WILL be experienced by believers.  Peter told us that the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God. [see 1Pet 4:17]

Matthew 24 records the words of Jesus/Yeshua, where He describes the proper order of things.  Again, this is not the time or place to get into it in depth, but I do not see a pre-trib rapture. Please read all the chapter to keep it all in context (which is crucial when quoting scriptures), so as not to go into pretext.

However, in verses 29 and 30 of Matthew 24, it is clear to me that believers will go through tribulation.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Window of Time Smaller

Last week, or perhaps about a week and a half ago, I heard five words clearly in my spirit, spoken by that still, small voice. “Get your house in order.”  Even though my housework had fallen behind at that time, my first thought was, “Is the Lord telling me I’m going to die?” 

But no sooner than I thought that than it was impressed upon me to get prepared spiritually; in other words, make sure I’m in right standing with God in all things – prepare – even make sure there is enough oil in my lamp. 

I cannot say exactly how long after, but some days after I heard those words, I was sitting in my car praying.  Glancing up at the sky, I saw a small opening in the clouds.  I understood that it was a “window of time” and that it had gotten smaller than the last time I had seen it.

That had been at the end of September, when I wrote about the “Window of Time” mentioned above (see link at top of article).  I understood that the window (of time) was closing – we were running out of time.

Yet the Lord is faithful.  His people are scattered throughout the nations globally. As is the way of our King, two vessels in the hands of the Lord brought forth confirmation, in obedience to the Holy Spirit’s leading – a sister in London England sent forth a message from a brother in South Africa to here in Canada.  It makes me think of a three-fold cord (it cannot be broken).

If a deaf ear is turned to the message, as it was in the days of Noah, none can say that they were not forewarned.  Although we speculate on how long it took Noah and his co-labourers to build that boat (ark), but we do know it took some time.

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.  [Mat 24:38, 39]

It was as if every day was a visual warning to the people. I am sure they were as tired of “seeing” the warning as people today are tired of “hearing” the warning. The choice, dear readers, is ultimately up to you.

Also, in between distractions, interruptions and important occurrences, I have been working on the another article which hopefully will be up in the next day or two. Never do I want to be an instrument in the devil's hand to lead anyone into deception, nor do I want to be deceived.
