A Ready Pen

If any come to read this site after all this time, I humbly ask the Father to move on the hearts of readers to return here, or if it is His will, to lead those that the message is for back to the site when the testimony and message is complete. The whole purpose is firstly that Christ Jesus (Messiah Yeshua) is glorified through it all, and secondly, to encourage God's people.

A quick note here...

I have a ready pen, but sure enough, as I endeavour to finish an article I began a couple of weeks ago to post here, a small editing job just came in today. The portion of the manuscript I received has a deadline (Tuesday), but it is not the whole work...only a portion. It is simply a booklet (interestingly about prayer), but even editing a booklet requires time and care.

Other things that cannot be ignored have cropped up as well. You have to understand the irony of that. With programs such as "Dragon", which is speech recognition software that types out the words you speak, as well as carries out the speaker's commands, and the app called "Grammarly" (which "automatically corrects spelling, punctuation, word choice and style mistakes, plagiarism" (and more)), according to the developer of the app, it has been an extremely long time since I have had an editing project to do.

God's people, who have endured a long wilderness experience, full of trials and tribulations, are at a crucial time in the walk. Having lost track of time with all that has been going on, I cannot say whether it has been a month or two or how long, but a beloved friend and sister in Christ and I were speaking of the wilderness experience of the saints and how so many are being hit with giant-sized situations like never before (and God's people have been hit hard before).
Both of us agreed that we are indeed so very close to the miraculous time the prophets of old and Jesus himself, spoke of. Mention was made of Joshua and Caleb, the only two out of ten spies that brought Moses and the people of Israel back a good report because they had faith in and trusted the God of Israel, despite the outward appearances.

As Joshua and Caleb and the younger generation crossed over Jordan and into the promised land, they were well aware that they still had to face giants. But they trusted God, followed his instructions and were victorious time after time. There is much to it...see the book of Numbers 13 and 14 in the Word of God.
Many of us have come out of the wilderness and into the promised land, but find ourselves facing giants. Do not give up! Jesus (Yeshua) our Messiah, Saviour and King leads us. We can confidently wave the blood-stained victory flag (precious blood of the Lamb slain, who is returning as the Lion of Judah, the King of kings and Lord of lords), as we keep our eyes upon Jesus/Yeshua and remain willing and obedient.

Lord willing, by early evening Tuesday, may the article be ready and posted. Since I began it already, perhaps I may do it in segments. It has been an incredulous time, yet I must...I absolutely must exhort brethren NOT to give up at this point (and oh yes! I am speaking to myself as well). We are so close to fruition. I realize that many have wearied of hearing how "close" we are, but so many times I have written that our "soon" is not God's "soon", but I boldly state that God's "soon" is upon us.

Until then, keep holding fast. We have endured long - it has not been in vain. All glory to Jesus Christ who sent us the wonderful Holy Spirit. Our God is exalted!

For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end; While it is said, Today if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.  [Heb 3:14, 15]

for His glory

  2. Diane, thank you for taking a moment to comment...a pleasant surprise as well as a blessing. Will be posting a quick word from the Lord soon. The distractions and hindrances have been astounding. May the Lord orchestrate the timing, as only He can do.

Diane, thank you for your loyalty all these years, and for allowing the Lord to lead you. Blessings to you and husband. Bonita
