No Time For Patience - Part 1

No Time for Patience

 Random Files Fit Together

There is much that I am going to share here, not only with recent words given, but messages I came across when going through files that have been stored on my external hard drives. Yes, it has been a long process.

There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of files on three out of four externals (HDD) that are now corrupted, unreadable files damaged by the virus RansomWare, which likely has new variants by now.

The loss of files will remain undetermined, as I have not and never will pay a ransom to get files back. Who has the kind of money they ask for to get the decryption key?

The only thing I cared to salvage were the nine years worth of writings that had been stored on the drives, along with perhaps some irreplaceable pictures. It has already taken a year to go through files, but only as time allowed.

It simply is not priority or something that can be done daily by one person. At first, losing all that work greatly grieved me. However, Ecclesiastes 1: 2 was brought to remembrance: Vanity of vanities, said the preacher, vanity of vanities, all is vanity.

How important is it anyway? Any writing that was lost served its purpose at the time. It is released into God’s hands now. Whatever is salvaged is salvaged. What is gone is gone.

My words are merely letters written on a page, shared from my heart, with the intention to help and bless others, but what God speaks is all-powerful, alive, Spirit and Truth. Only God’s Word truly matters because they are the words that speak life!

Yes, countless articles contained prophetic word given to me by the Holy Spirit, but they were not scripture.  The Holy Scriptures are the living (KJV says “quick”) word of God.

For the word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
[Heb 4:12]

Opening every file individually is the only way to tell if it is corrupted or unreadable. Order to the filing system was also lost, so I no longer know what the date or content is in a written article unless I can open it.

I am grateful to the Lord for the articles that were regained.  Files are randomly opened since no system that organized them is in place now. Recently I came across some good files that contain prophetic words from God. I have always felt that when the Lord speaks it is timeless.

Words He spoke thousands of years ago still are powerful and pertain to today and this generation, just as much as it did then.  God can speak to one at a time (such as Balaam), or He can speak to multitudes at once (as Jesus did).

He is God and a marvel beyond comprehension or my vocabulary! He also leads people in ways that some folks consider coincidence or happenstance. Still others say that they stumbled onto something that was just what they needed to hear, right at a time when they needed to be heard.

That is something that only God himself can accomplish and not any person. He is the one who orchestrates everything perfectly. In the reading of a number of files regained so far, I am astounded at how God does repeat things, as any good teacher does.

God speaks once, yea twice, but man perceives it not.  [Job 33:14]

He really does still warn people, including His own, far in advance of His judgment coming, desiring that we will recognize, confess and turn away from our sins. It is true that judgment begins in the house of God and it began some years ago.

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God, and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?  [1Pet 4:17]

Every single one of us ever born upon this earth has fallen short of the glory of God; every single person is in need of a loving Saviour, who is Jesus the Christ (Yeshua the Messiah).

No Whitewashing

When God’s messages are repetitive, pay attention, for He instructs, convicts, warns, exhorts or rebukes. It is His goodness that draws people to repentance. [Rom 2:4] He also encourages and builds character with His loving wisdom.

The Lord does not sugarcoat or whitewash what He has to say, but there would be those in the updated, user-friendly, “cool” churches who would not preach on certain subjects (homosexuality, abortion, the cross, the Blood of Jesus, repentance, lake of fire, second death).

There are those who say that God is only love, and to rebuke, warn or exhort is fearmongering and not “walking in love, but flesh” because we are “not to judge” or “play God”.

To the believers who compromise, when a disciple of Jesus Christ speaks truth (yes, in love), we are suddenly considered “self-righteous” (holier-than-thou) even if we admit that we too once walked in darkness and can still be tempted.

What deceptive days we live in. When Jesus was asked about the last days just before His return, the first thing He uttered was a warning about deception!

And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name saying, I am Christ and shall deceive many.
[Mat 24:4, 5]

In His two opening statements, Jesus warned of deception.  Many churches will come in His name, admitting Jesus is Christ, but they present false doctrines and preach a different Jesus than the one spoken of in the gospel.

It is amazing to be alive in these last of the last days, which are quickly climaxing, fulfilling biblical prophecies at an alarming rate.  Some say that the Illuminati, or Luciferians, occultists or Jesuits are manipulating events in order to make Bible prophecies come true, in an effort to hurry the arrival of the Antichrist.

Others insist we are gods or “little Jesus’”.  We are not gods. Man was made in God’s image, but man is not a god! It matters not what technology we develop, including the technologies that are kept hidden and are decades ahead of what the general populace has now.

The most powerful technology, whether holograms, stealth aircraft that radar cannot detect, zero gravity, GMO food, hybrids, transhumanism, morphing, weather manipulation, rocket science and everything else in-between, will never make man God or even god-like.

Such lies Satan has fed mankind, beginning in Eden and continuing on right to this day!  Mankind, in all his wisdom, technology or witchcraft cannot outsmart or outdo God, or force the Biblical prophecies to come true. God is Sovereign.

If the proud puppets of Satan try to do what only God can do, they will soon experience firsthand what Pharaoh’s sorcerers, magicians and wise men found out back in the days of the pharaohs in ancient Egypt.

They could mock God by producing counterfeit miracles with their witchcraft (otherwise called enchantments or secret /occult arts) to please the pharaoh and to awe the people, but they could only go so far. [Ex 7:22] The time came when it was proven that their power was no match to God’s power. [Ex 8:18,19]

Even today, there are those who may be able to duplicate certain miracles, or perform astounding and convincing signs and wonders, in order to deceive IF possible, even the elect [Mat 24:24] but they too will only be able to go so far.

All of Egypt found out the power of God when the ten plagues fell upon the people, ending with the firstborn of every man and beast dying of a mysterious plague, including Pharaoh’s son.

People tend to think that meant all the deaths involved only babies (newborns), but people were all ages in Egypt, some were old and their firstborn were middle-aged.

You Shall Be as Gods

One consensus states that kids are smarter today than the generations before them. Yes and no. It “appears” as though they are wiser because they have tools and technology at their fingertips that previous generations did not have.

Knowledge is power, so it is said. However, due to the increased availability of ‘knowledge’ via the internet and various forms of media, pride is married to the wisdom gained.

Interestingly enough, Daniel forewarned that in the latter days, people would go “to and fro” and “knowledge will increase”.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die.

And the serpent said to the woman, You shall not surely die: For God does know that in the day you eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened and you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.  [Gen 2:17; Gen 3:4, 5]

The subtle serpent implied that God had lied to them, especially after Eve partook of the fruit and still lived. What she did not yet realize was that it was not instant death physically, howbeit eternal life was lost.

Now that sin had entered the world, God’s judgment was punishment by death. It can be said that a spiritual death did instantly take place because sin separated them from God.

From truth to lies, from innocence to sin, from obedience to disobedience, from fellowship with God to separation from Him, from life with health, happiness and life to disease, suffering and death; such was the curse that came upon the whole earth and mankind because of one act of disobedience.

That is why Jesus Christ came into the world, to sacrifice His life, pouring out His precious blood as the Lamb slain, to take the penalty of judgment, the punishment, for the sins of the world, providing a way to reconcile us back to God and be granted eternal life through Him.

For He has made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. [2Cor 5:21]

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.  [Rom 6:23]

And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  [Rom 8:10]

God’s Work is Akin to a Tapestry
It astounded me how several of the prophetic words contained within the files I randomly opened wove together splendidly, even dating back to eight years ago.
One or two of the messages were spoken through other voices (but no donkeys, I promise).
The Lord speaks through many vessels.  When and through whosoever He speaks is God’s choice. I must still say though that if you ever DO hear a donkey speak in your own language, pay very close attention to what that creature tells you. Just saying…

Not every single message may speak to every person in all fullness of the message. Perhaps only parts will, but I am sure that if a reader is led here, there is a reason, even if it was an “accidental” click.

Great is God’s love for His creation. Love speaks truth. He continues to draw people to repent and forsake sin, even those who call themselves by His name but make excuses to continue in sin.

The day will come when the warnings will stop and judgment will fall, unless the body dies first. Even then, one will make an account to a holy and just God.

May God be gracious in opening the eyes and ears of every reader, and may each reader glean from the messages, for their good, but to God’s glory. May the heart of any unbeliever be troubled and may good seed be sown on fertile ground, so that they will turn from sin and be deeply and firmly planted in Jesus Christ.

May those who know Jesus take every message to Him in prayer. Why?  We are cautioned, even admonished strongly to not believe every spirit, but to try (test) every spirit to see if it is of God because many false prophets have gone out into the world. [1 John 4:1]

All the messages will not fit on one page, but I will put a link to the next page(s). The writings are broken up (as always) under titles and subtitles to be used as markers in case someone needs to stop reading. Stopping at a title or subtitle makes it easy to continue on where one left off should they want to do so.

One may have to read a message more than once, but guaranteed that there will be something for everyone, whether a believer or not. I think you will be amazed at how all the messages come together like a great tapestry.

I know that I was surprised. Only God can perform something like that. All glory is His alone.

Satan’s Mirrors are Illusion
God knows how two of Satan's most powerful weapons in his arsenal are deceptions and lies, with the purpose of seducing you with temptation(s) to separate you from God (or to keep you from acknowledging Jesus the Christ as Saviour and Lord). There is no love or truth in him.  He is the father of lies, a murderer, a roaring lion who seeks to devour...

What counters these things? TRUTH

Satan mirrors what God is doing. Yet despite the master of illusion’s best endeavors to reflect the real thing, a mirror never reflects the exact measure of light (100%) that is directed at it.

He also deflects (bends/twists) the light (truth) in order to turn people away from God with doubt and confusion, to accomplish his own deceptive purpose. Mirrors can deceive someone into thinking they are seeing the real thing, instead of a reflection of reality.
Strategically placed, mirrors can be used to create an illusion and make a counterfeit object appear as the real.  Satan’s mirrors are constructed of lies and deceptions that reflect light in a way that creates illusions akin to mirrored walls in the mazes sprinkled throughout life. He seeks to cause confusion as to which path to take, presenting one dead end after another.

Only those who are prepared and girded with truth can find the right way through the maze that leads to eternal life, past the enemy’s maze of deceptions and lies. Satan will finally lead you along a counterfeit (substitute) path that leads to the lake of fire known as the second death.

Some will become frustrated, angry and/or fearful if they keep hitting the counterfeit.  It will take them longer to exit the deception and some will never escape without the help of one who knows the way. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life.

Satan reflects God’s word and His works to make it ‘appear’ as the real thing, but he deflects it (causes it to deviate [depart] from its intended or original path) via deception, lies, illusions.

In the Garden, the serpent reflected the light of God’s word [he repeated what God said], but deflected it ([bent/twisted] departed from the truth), speaking illusive words instead to thereby tempt Eve into partaking of the forbidden fruit.

The serpent convinced Eve that he only wanted good for her and Adam, but God wanted to keep the best from them. A blatant lie! Satan was cunning and subtle, making it “appear as” though it was God who had lied and deceived Adam and Eve, instead of him.

For God does know that in the day you eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

He planted seeds of doubt Has God said…?  Through strong temptations he deceived the woman. He watered the seeds by appealing to her senses.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food (lust of the flesh/appetite), and that it was pleasant to the eyes (lust of the eyes), and a tree to be desired to make one wise (pride of life), she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.  [Gen 3:6]
Believing the fruit kept them from good, she decided to eat thereof, even sharing it with Adam. Why did Adam not intervene?  After all, he was the one that God gave the commandment to.

Seeds of doubt harvested unbelief in God’s spoken word (truth) to Adam (commandment). It caused the woman to be deceived, who in turn convinced her husband Adam, who was with her, to disobey.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. [1Jn 2:16]

This is why we must put on the whole armour of God so that we may be able to stand against the wiles (devious cunning stratagems/schemes/enticements) of the devil. [Ephesians 6]

It is no game. We are in a bloody war with an enemy who is battling for our souls, for great is his hatred.

Write On
All right; let us begin. I will be sure to include the dates of the articles where written that I post in the following pages, along with who penned it, if I have that information.

The portion posted immediately below was written by me: February 25, 2017.  [Note* - Due to an unexpected delay, the posting is now; mid-March 2017BP]

The Lord told me that he has heard our prayers (His people, His children who are clinging to Jesus)... and that we are to keep in mind that He is Sovereign.  We are not to think He is slow in answering prayers, as there is an appointed time [Hab 2:3], but also that He does all things perfectly, decently and in order. [1Cor 14:40

He knows how difficult, frustrating and challenging waiting can be. He knows how hard trials and tests can be when our faith and obedience is tried, and how at times the tests seem like more than we can bear, with no end in sight.

But either we trust our God in all things or we do not, including His timing. He is doing a good work. We do well to know and remember that when we are feeling weary and battle fatigued, we may tend to think the Lord God is ignoring us or worse. Yet, He is very close to us, always ministering and giving us the strength to continue when we are weak.

We need only to humbly cry out to Him, asking for help. He is not ignoring us, He allows us to choose. There are times He is silent; that is true. But as any good father, He listens and watches His child, even when he struggles and tries to work things out on his own. He does this not cruelly, but in order for the child to learn, to grow in wisdom and understanding.

Satan and our fallen nature, our flesh, can lie to us; they work hand in hand. I have come to learn (and recently been reminded) that if I faithfully trust God, I will not panic or be fearful, despite Satan’s lies and despite how things appear to be.

The Lord, in His merciful love and wisdom has continually taught me by His Spirit and His word, through Christ Jesus. I will continue to obey and wait patiently, no how turbulent the outward appearances or circumstances may get.

It is God who builds the house (upon the rock). [Ps 127:1; Mat 7:24-27] What shall we say then to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? [Rom 8:31] (Note* - Romans 8 is wonderful chapter to read through for encouragement - BP/2017]
Tears will no longer wet my bed and Satan’s tormenting vultures of doubt and fear will no longer circle my mind, or perch nearby, watching closely. The time comes when we must mature in Christ and set our face as flint, allowing Him to lead us.

Few teach that in order to resist the devil, we must first submit to God [Jam 4:7] and second, to humbly obey. Is God Sovereign or not? He is indeed!

Hold fast to faith in whatever God has promised you (both in His written Word and personally), obediently and patiently waiting, for it will be rewarded. I have been reminded also to speak life.

Some “Christians” do this in order to manipulate God or other fellow Christians or unbelievers, to get what they want. (1Jn 2:16] No, that is nothing but witchcraft. God abhors witchcraft and He cannot be controlled or manipulated.

We must first discern between that which is God (His voice) and that which is counterfeit, Satan’s voice. God’s promises will not stray from His written Word or from His character.

Beloved, do not believe every spirit to see if it is of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world
That is obedience to God’s Word. Jesus Christ came in the flesh and He will abide in those who receive Him and believe in His name to become the children of God. [1Jn 4:1; Jn 15:4-7; Jn 1:12]

How Long O Lord?
For a time, I was guilty of laying down my sword (not speaking the Word of God, even lazy in reading the Bible), being just too weary from many battles. Many believers, if truth be told, go through times of weakness and discouragement.

I was thinking “It’s enough!” and even begging to be taken out of here (die)!  But after I had vented (poured out my heart to God in honesty and transparency), I felt ashamed. But glory to God who loves truth because He is truth and who wisely turns a deaf ear!

God knows the heart anyway. He searches it and then tries it. [Jer 17:10]
We may be able to fool others, but we most certainly cannot fool God. He honours truth; He expects us to be sincere, genuine.

Search the Bible and see how many of His people, our brethren before us, cried out in truth to God. They did not hold back.

Many of them wanted to die. At times, we may welcome death, but we say these things due to pain (physical, mental or spiritual) or hopelessness (hope deferred makes the heart sick - [Prov 13:12]).

We may speak hastily due to fatigue or weariness (battles in the physical and spiritual), or from fear, discouragement or grief.  Sometimes it seems as trouble will never end or hope and joy ever return.

But no matter how desperate we may feel, we must remember that these emotions will pass. We must leave that matter of how long we live up to the Creator, the giver of breath and life.

Sometimes we speak foolishly in haste and in exasperation due to pain, fatigue or whatever. We vent our anguish.

A great number of our forerunners also came to points of weariness, anger, pain, sorrow, frustration and discouragement, for various reasons. Moses at one point said, “kill me” [Num 11:15], Elijah cried out, “it is enough.”
[1King 19:4]

Job asked, “…what is my end that I should prolong my life?” [Job 6:11] Jonah stated, “I do well to be angry, even unto death.” [Jonah 4:9]

At one point, even David, a man who knew and loved God asked Him if He would forget him forever and continue to hide His face from him. [Ps 13]

There are plenty of examples in the Bible of believers who spoke all that was in their heart when they were worn down from carrying heavy burdens.  Even still, not once did God ever forsake one of them. We can rest confidently in God’s love.

We know we must not give up. We know that the race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong […], but time and chance happens to them all. [Eccl 9:11]

Hurry Up and Wait
Been waiting for a little while...yes!

We need to learn patience. We learn it through trials and waiting, and waiting and waiting for God to move on our behalf to end the trial. Patience is one of the hardest, toughest lessons to learn.  More tests always come to test our patience. We keep learning and growing until the day we leave these bodies.

It seems in this fast-paced world we are always pulling at the bit to make things happen NOW, or even yesterday, especially if we have been waiting a long time. Again, we are in good company.

Job, Abraham and Sarah, Joseph, Moses and the Israelites in the wilderness, Joshua, Rahab, Gideon, Ruth and David, to name a few, all had to wait on God.  Shall I continue?

I have had a difficult time awaiting a promise of God myself, but in my impatience, I was not seeing what the Lord wanted me to learn in order to pass the test. It just seemed too hard, too long, one with no end in sight.
How long, o Lord?  How long shall my enemy be exalted over me? Consider and hear me, O Lord my God: […] [Ps 13]

Yes, we are in good company. The teacher is patient and the students are not!  The lessons are often the very ones we need to learn before we can properly fulfill our destiny.
One example is Joseph. He only knew how to tend sheep when he was first sold as a slave in the land of Egypt. Yet, Joseph was honorable and trustworthy.

As a result, Potiphar came to trust Joseph and gave him a high position and great responsibility within his own house.

When Potiphar’s wife hoodwinked her husband with lies, saying that Joseph tried to seduce her, Potiphar threw him in prison, where again Joseph was given great responsibility.

According to Psalm 105, at one point Joseph had fetters (shackles or handcuffs) so tight on him that they hurt him. His very soul was greatly grieved.  Were not his two dreams from God?  What happened? Had he believed a lie? Had his mind been tricked or was he deceived?
Joseph chose to trust God, but his thirteen year wait was not an easy one. Yet after his incredibly long wait, he was raised to a high position, second only to Pharaoh. He was overseer for the handling of the sale of food in Egypt in the time of the seven year famine.
That is only one example found in the Bible.  I like what Matthew Henry said about afflictions.  He wrote:  They (afflictions) prove our faith and love, they humble our pride, they wean us from the world, and quicken our prayers.

(Note* - As always in my writings, any emphasis in scripture is mine BP)

Deep within, I heard the Lord say:
Few understand My timing, but I say that my timing is perfect. ALL things are done decently and in order. For you know that all things (no matter how painful or chaotic at the time) all things WORK TOGETHER for good to those who are the called, according to My purpose. [Rom 8:28]
Do not be moved by outward appearances, because as I have shown you, outward appearances are often deceptive.  Seek ye first the kingdom of God (continue to seek Me) and all these things shall be added unto you.

I AM God, He who speaks to you, He who speaks to My people, and to all those who have an ear to hear and are willing to listen.

For I have told you not to fear [Is 41:10] and to cast down imaginations [2Cor 10:5] and to simply trust Me. [Prov 3:5]
.
Fear not, for I am with you: be not dismayed; for I am your God: I will strengthen you; I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Casting down imagination, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding; [Note* - These are the three scriptures referenced above. BP/2017]

Fear lurks in the shadows waiting to overcome you, for at times you think I move too slowly; that I tarry too long, or that I have changed My mind without revealing it to you.
Repent of this and rest in Me.  A good soldier, a true warrior, will WAIT for the orders of the Commander that he has confidence in and then quickly obey without hesitation when that soldier trusts the wisdom of his commander.

I will tell you what you need to know in due season so that you know that no other has spoken, when there was no strange god amongst you.  I am faithful to lead you in the way that you should go.  There is much to do.  Yea, the harvest is indeed ripe but the laborers are few.

I have heard your prayers; I am well pleased with your faith.  Even if at times your faith has been little, as that of grain of a mustard seed of faith, I say to you that a grain of a mustard seed of faith is still enough to move mountains. [Mat 17:20]

Nothing is impossible with Me. [Mat 19:26] It is faith that pleases Me for without it, it is impossible to please Me. [Heb 11:6]

I have chosen you and you must not only believe (faith), but you must trust.  Obedience is the work of faith. You must learn to be patient (endure; wait). Did you think these things (love, faith, obedience, trust) would not be tried?
What is proven in the furnace of affliction is the depth and sincerity of your faith, the steadfastness of your trust, and the proof of your love. Do you not know that I am with you through the fiery trials, even if I am silent?

Will you obey Me and wait for Me to move on your behalf? To all people, one of the hardest tests is the proving of your patience (endurance; longsuffering), which causes you to wait.

Am I truly your first love?  Is love not worthy of waiting for? Shall you not be perfected in My love, covered (protected) by Me?

Your prayers have not fallen upon deaf ears, yet I say to you:  Remember Daniel.  While he was yet praying, I sent forth the answer.
Yet Satan came and warred against Gabriel who was sent with the answer, and Michael joined the battle and did contend with the prince of the power of the air. [Eph 2:2]

It is a war with many battles, with confused noise and garments rolled in blood. [Is 9:5] Yea, you know this for I have taught your hands to war and your fingers to fight.  [Ps 144:1]

Do not doubt; only believe that your prayers have not gone unheard.  Instead, give thanks that I have carefully guarded over your life to keep that which would destroy you...far from you.

If you do not understand a thing, enquire of Me and I will show you.  Do not grieve in your heart, but rather be strengthened, knowing deep within and confident that the plans I have for you are about to reach fruition.  Selah

Continue to trust and do (obey), as you have now made up your mind to do, which is to wait upon My timing.  Rejoice that I considered you worthy enough to handle this trial. Be ever aware of the enemy, but focus on Me.  Continue to allow your faith to DO that which you know to do. Obey as I lead you.

Be at peace in Me.  Be still and wait upon Me for I shall not fail you nor forsake you.  [
Deu 31:6; Heb 13:5]

Wait upon My timing, even though I seem slow to you. [Is 40:31] You do not know what work I do in the background to prepare all things, including you yourself, for the destiny I have planned for you.

Be obedient in all that I lead you in so that your reward will be full and not lean.  Now, be strengthened.

{End of this particular message}

A Time to Every Purpose
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: [Eccl 3:1]

There must be many people who have been waiting a long time for a promise God made to them, but who have held onto hope and faith and walked in trust and obedience. We have not let go or given up, despite the strong temptation to do so.

God’s timing is not our timing.  Even though most of us have heard that adage often, it does not bring comfort to us when the waiting season has been long.  Like it or not, it is true. His wisdom far surpasses ours – His timing always impeccable.

It is my strong belief that the “soon” (even though for many the ‘soon’ has meant years of waiting) is upon us. Promises are about to manifest.  What is it the Lord wants us to do or learn?  Patience – learn perseverance and how to endure. [Rom 5:4; Jam 1:3]

The Lord has spoken often through more than one vessel that many blessings are coming this year (2017), but also great troubles.

One only has to look and listen to see and hear the chaos, madness, rebellion, hatred and evil that is in the world all around us, in every nation and among all people of the earth.

The Lord’s people are scattered amongst the nations around the globe, scattered amongst the tribes and clans of the world. With the love of Christ in our hearts, we ought to pray for brethren; pray for one another.

May God mercifully protect and graciously help those His people who trust in Christ Jesus and obey His leading and commandments. May God send labourers to the lost and those held captive with His goodness, to reveal Christ and the way unto salvation.

Down through the years, or during the time of our wait, God has taught us much and then tested that which we have learned. Hang onto hope and keep the faith, trusting enough to obediently wait just a little longer.

Do not be as Saul who failed more than one test, but God gave him more chances.

Finally, when once again tested, Saul allowed fear and impatience to lead him to disobey God’s commandment to him. Where was his fear of the Lord, his trust in God, his willingness to obey, his love for his Creator?  Saul’s choice to disobey yet again ultimately led to his ruin, thus ending the destiny God had planned for him.

As if Saul’s repeated disobedience was not enough, the time came when Saul was so desperate to hear God’s voice again that he went to a woman who had a spirit of divination, a witch who had such powerful witchcraft that she could summon the spirit of the dead. [1Samuel 28:7]
Although she recognized him as the king who swore to kill anyone who practiced witchcraft, in his desperation to get an answer from God regarding an upcoming battle, Saul promised her that her life would not be in danger. Then he commanded her to bring forth the spirit of Samuel.

The apparition of Samuel prophesied and told Saul that the battle would be lost, as well as his life and the lives of his sons.

Do not turn to anyone or anything but God Himself to get sure direction. Then, when He gives it, heed what He instructs or suffer the consequences.

Let us not be as Adam and Eve, enjoying fellowship with God and His provision and goodness, but then ignore His commandments to us and give into the lies, deception and temptations of Satan, causing us to disobey and fall into sin.

Let us tremble before the Almighty God, with the proper fear of the Lord, gladly obeying, knowing that He has only our good in mind. Let us not end up like Saul and ruin the destiny God desired to grant us.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.  Then shall you call upon Me, and you shall go and pray unto Me and I will listen to you.  And you shall seek Me and find Me, when you shall search for me with all your heart.
[Jer 29:11-13]

Now therefore hearken (listen) unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep My ways. Hear instruction and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed is the man that hears me, watching daily at My gates, waiting at the posts of My doors. For whoso finds Me finds life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord.
[Prov 8:32-35]

He speaks more than once so that we get it. I speak once, yea twice, but men perceive it not. [Job 33:14]

Great and horrific times are coming upon the earth, yet so are miracles. The clash of the kingdoms – miracles from the false prophets shall come (and are happening), but miracles are coming by My hand as well. Those who walk with me in faith love and obedience shall clearly discern.

Listen to My still small voice and be obedient, full of trust and faith. Selah
