I think I did, but cannot say 100% for sure. I appreciate your responses Mia.

Strange thing is that I have been posting since 2008 and the problem only began presenting itself (off and on) late last year and steadily (yet slowly) increased.

Thank you for your prayer at the end also...in agreement. Just know that if you used the same post you were trying to copy in when you decided to type directly, it could still have had the unintended HTML there even if you don't "see" anything and think you have erased it all. I have noticed for example that if I import an image and then select to delete that image, there is still HTML in the post from that deleted image that I have to go and clean up. If you look at the "HTML" tab when composing a post vs. the "compose" tab, you will see what I mean. But either way, God knows. :-) I know you won't be deterred by the enemy trying to stir up frustration. May the Lord give you the peace to push through with what He has for you to do and may the enemy seeking to cause confusion to your efforts be bound in Jesus' name.Latter Days Ministryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15405696673350225699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-803235763348782566.post-41695139316088361062013-06-14T08:52:52.963-04:002013-06-14T08:52:52.963-04:00lol Mia, it doesn't sound like gobbledygook, b...lol Mia, it doesn't sound like gobbledygook, but the thing is...I finally DID type it directly into blog editor, and as you can see above, sentences are broken up, a couple of links don't work and there is white text which refuses to change color.

This is why I have hit a brick wall, as someone else had suggested to try a different browser (which I did...tried two, not counting the one I was already using, thus three), plus posting right into blog editor.

Blogger hates me now lol ... that's my only conclusion. I'm teasing, but in all seriousness, I'm praying to figure it out. I am unable to read this all now, ...Sister Bonita,

I am unable to read this all now, but I did scan the initial part. I will visit back for the rest, but I wanted to share something about posting.

Word processing systems (such as Microsoft Word) often incorporate hidden HTML language when you try to copy and paste it on to the Internet. This language does not often read well by different browsers.

I type directly into the blog posts, but if you want to copy and paste, you should first paste what you copied from the word processing system into a program such as Notepad. Then, hit "Ctrl" and the letter "A" to select everything in Notepad and hit "Ctrl" and the letter "C" to copy it. This strips away all of the unwelcome HTML inserted by your word processing software. You can then paste what you copied from Notepad into a Blogger post and it should display fine.

One thing to know though is that Notepad will not retain any special characters (i.e. bold, italics, underline, etc.). Therefore, I would save that type of formatting until after you have pasted it in Blogger.

If this all sounds like gobbledygook, just give me a call and I will walk you through it. :-)

Chat with you soon!
Latter Days Ministryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15405696673350225699noreply@blogger.com
