Again He Says, Do Not Give Up in Testing Times

I realize I had put a Question and Answer blog entry in and fully plan to answer questions, yet there is a theme running through the emails I am receiving… a common thread. There are far too many questions in the correspondence and simply addressing it all as a ‘Question and Answer’ scenario will not suffice.

Rather, I am led to share what I am about to share, so that through this, the Lord is glorified. Through this, we look to Y’shua/Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Through this, may we all be strengthened and hopeful, expectant, as we wait upon and wait for our Lord.

People are still going through hardships and trials that are like nothing they have experienced before. They know the Lord is with them, but the trying of their faith is stretching them to such a degree that they wonder if they shall make it through. Often I hear, ‘I feel like Job’... I have felt that way before myself.

They are hurting either in body, soul or spirit (physically, psychologically and spiritually), or in all three areas, as the Lord allows this trial to be upon them. This is nothing to be ashamed of. Look at our forerunners who went through suffering and hardships. It seemed at the time that Yhvh God had forsaken them.

We are blessed in the way that we have the holy scriptures as a reference, as a hope, as an encouragement. Our forerunners did not; it was their very life, which we now read about. However, in no way am I diminishing the horrific trials that many are facing and going through. Not by a long shot!

Truly, I understand. It is with no flippant attitude that I say this. In fact, I am right there with the rest of you. It is my desire that you are encouraged and strengthened because it is the LORD (Elohim) who encourages and strengthens us. Bless His holy name!

The trying of our faith pertains to me as well, as everything in my life seems to be hanging on the edge of a precipice, as I face possible eviction due to rent being unpaid. Work as a ghostwriter/editor has been tremendously slow.

For now though, I will continue to do this service to the Lord, in putting out these articles, as led by Him. I can say with all confidence that although it appears that I may soon be homeless, I am not afraid. Even if I do not always understand the Lord’s ways, I have learned to trust Him, and even that is His doing.

The first time I was ever homeless was when I was 16 and four other times after that in my life. I’m grateful for the lessons. There are those who may say, ‘Well, confess your secret sins and God will let you keep your home.’ I would call this the ‘Job syndrome’. I know that we all have fallen short of the glory of God, but my heart of hearts is to be obedient and walk the highway of holiness.

This is not meant to sound self-righteous or holier than thou. I have likely committed more sins in the past than most of you would even dream of, but after genuine repentance, I have been forgiven and the blood of the Lamb has washed me clean. No, I say that I have learned (and continue to learn) obedience through the things I suffer. I am not greater than my Master, my Teacher, my King. What does scripture tells us about our Savior and Lord?

Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered [Heb 5:8]

People have shared about the onslaught of adversities they are facing, the challenges of obedience that God is allowing them to be tried with, the persecution and cruelty of those around them, the years of trials that they have had to endure and worse of all, the silence of God in these times.

Think about Job, Abraham, the Israelites, Joseph and David. The entire word of Yhvh is filled with examples of His people who went through and overcame horrific situations, as they obeyed, trusting God, as well as waiting on the Lord.

Onslaught of Adversities

Let’s look at Job’s situation. Scripture does not tell us how long Job went through his trial. As we read it, there is a tendency to think that it happened quickly and was over quickly. Although it does not specify it in the word, I strongly doubt that it was over expeditiously. Like many others, I think it happened over a few years.

We do know that when adversities struck Job, they occurred like a domino effect and the scenarios were horrific. He had barely heard about one adversity striking, when yet another messenger came, announcing a gruesome event. Now we know what was going on, but Job did not. It is the same for us when adversities strike our lives, we do not understand it at the time, but in retrospect, we do understand.

Satan had gone before the Almighty Yhvh God, into His courts. Yes, the Almighty has a government and court was in session. Satan reports in to the Most High and Holy, with a plan against a faithful man. The holy and Sovereign God asks Satan if he has considered Job.

The Lord already knows the hatred in the heart of Satan against His people and against all of His creation. Satan stands before Yhvh and speaks about Job, with his speech filled with accusations.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour: [1Pet 5:8]

To paraphrase satan’s words > ‘Sure he praises you because you have a hedge (of protection) around him and have blessed him, but take it all away and he will curse you to your face.’

In Job 1: 10, 11, we read: Have You not made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. But put forth Your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse You to Your face.

The Most High allowed Satan to bring an onslaught of adversities upon Job, but he was not allowed to touch his body – not yet.

So, the domino effect began. It begins in Job 1:14 –

‘And there came a messenger unto Job…’ (All of Job’s oxen and asses were stolen by the Sabeans; the servants were killed. Only the messenger escaped alive.)

[v.16] ‘And while he was yet speaking, there came also another (messenger)…’ (Fire from heaven (volcano eruption?) fell and killed all the sheep and Job’s servants. Only the messenger escaped alive.)

[v.17] ‘While he was yet speaking, there came also another (messenger)…’ (Three divisions of the Chaldean armies stole Job’s camels and killed his servants. Only the messenger escaped alive.)

[v.18] ‘While he was yet speaking, there came also another (messenger)…’ (A great wind (hurricane, tornado?) came. The roof of the house Job’s children were feasting in collapsed inwardly and killed all of Job’s ten children, sons [7]and daughters [3]. Only the messenger escaped alive.)

Job was understandably undone! According to scripture, he was extremely wealthy and he just lost it all, including his beloved children. Indeed, it was the domino effect, one thing after another after another…it was an onslaught of adversities. Job ripped his cloak, shaved his head (to indicate mourning) …

And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there: the LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD. [v.20]

I believe that in his heart, Job’s desire was to submit to the will of God, but since he was as human as we are, I bet a million thoughts raced through his mind and a rollercoaster of emotions assailed his soul.

Scripture does not detail Job’s thoughts. Satan was obviously disappointed because Job did not sin and curse God. So, he went back before the presence of the Lord, into Yhvh’s dominion, into His courts. God speaks about Job’s fear of him, as well as Job’s integrity.

Greater Tribulation Comes

Paraphrased, Satan says > ‘If you afflict his flesh (skin covering), he will curse You.’ (God/Yhvh’s covering).

And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man has will he give for his life.

But put forth Your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face. [Job 2:4, 5]

Job was not being rejected or punished by Yhvh; in fact, the Lord believed in Job and praised his faith, integrity and his fear (reverence, love, respect, honor) of Him. Job knew Yhwh is all-powerful and Sovereign. God is not cruel or capricious, but as in Rom 8:28, He had a divine purpose in mind.

Yhvh is the Alpha and Omega; He knows the end result from the beginning. This life is a War Over Mankind and the Earth, from the beginning, due to the rebellion of Lucifer, who still plans to exalt himself above God. We have a hard time accepting or understanding our Creator when trials (tribulation) hit and we hear the still, small voice deep within, ‘This is My Will for You’.

The Lord granted Satan permission, but warned him to spare Job’s life. As we know, Satan covered Job’s skin (covering, flesh) with gross boils from the top of his head to the soles of his feet, where Job took a potsherd (a fragment of pottery, archeological relic) to scrape his boils. [v.7, 8]

Instead of standing by her husband, encouraging him and being his help mate, Job’s wife was angry (remember not to judge her, as she was likely grieving over the loss of her 10 children also); ‘Do you still retain your integrity (honesty, moral character)? Curse God and die.’ [v.9]

Great! On top of everything else, now his grieving wife had turned on him. She was embittered, hurt, devastated by the loss. Who would blame her? All of their children…gone, in one fell swoop, including all of their possessions!

(meaning of fell: adjective: all at once; single, concentrated effort; very destructive - fierce, cruel, terrible, evil, ominous, sinister, malevolent)

Job understood her grief and told her that she was speaking as a foolish woman (was not in her right mind). He asked her if they should only receive good from the hand of God, and not evil. The Lord did not consider this statement of Job’s a sin. [v.10, 11]

Word got around (it took much longer than today, with our phones and the internet) because bad news is known to travel fast. The story mentions that three of Job’s friends went to mourn with him and comfort him. It is not until later in the book of Job that we learn that four actually went; the fourth being Elihu.

When they were still a distance away and his friends saw Job, they did not even recognize him (likely due to the presence of so many boils covering his entire body). They tore their clothes, sprinkled dust on their head (outward sign of grief/mourning) and wept. They were in such a state of shock that they could not find any words to speak to him for seven days, a whole week! [v.13]

The conversations between Job and his friends are carried out for most of the 42 chapters of Job. His friends were no real comfort whatsoever, as their statements were full of piety and self-righteousness. Elihu (the youngest and the one who stayed silent until the end) came forth with the words of God.

We know this because Job was told at the end of it all to pray for his friends and only the three were mentioned. The Lord told the three men to offer up a burnt offering, which He would accept… ‘lest I deal with you after your folly (foolishness), in that you have not spoken of Me the thing which is right, like My servant Job. [v.42.9]

Greater Blessings

Job’s losses not only pertained to his possessions, but it included the death of all his children. He suffered disease in his body, rejection and ridicule by his wife, and persecution and accusations by his friends.

Job became slightly indignant in his lack of understanding, as well as somewhat self-righteous, justifying himself, but he never cursed God. However, the Lord pointed out Job’s error to him through the mouth of Elihu.

Elihu was angry at Job because he justified himself, rather than justifying God. He was also angry towards Job’s three friends because they gave Job no real answers and in fact, condemned Job. [chap 32:v.2, 3]

Job immediately repented after Elihu had finished speaking. Had God forsaken Job? Hardly!

We know that Job was healed and made whole in an amazing way because we see the prophecy of it in a previous text. His flesh shall be fresher than a child's: he shall return to the days of his youth: he shall pray unto God and He will be favourable unto him: and He shall see his face with joy: for He will render unto man His righteousness.

[Job 33:25, 26]

The Lord turned it all around. Yhvh/God completely healed and restored Job, after he prayed for his friends. He also gave him a double portion of all he had before. Job went on to have children, seven sons and three daughters, the exact number of children that he had lost. (This fact alone shows that this story takes place over a period of years, due to the fact that he had 10 more children and each pregnancy lasts 9-9 ½ months.) The latter end of Job was more blessed than his beginning. [v.10, 12]

How often do we relate to Job? Have we faced the loss of all that we own, death of our loved ones, rejection and ridicule of a spouse and persecution and accusations by our friends? Many today can answer yes to that question, but many also have spoken of God’s blessings after their great suffering. Invaluable lessons are gleaned from great hardships, as well as increased faith, trust and strength.

Hold fast to your faith and do not give up in testing times! Yes, it hurts! Yes, it is hard! Yes, we feel undone, but if our faith must be proved (tried), know that we are in the hands of a loving God.

If some of you think that I do not understand or know what I am speaking of, I can assure you that I have suffered these very things as well. Please hold fast, beloved brethren, as you go through great suffering. The Lord is Sovereign and will perform Romans 8:28 in your life, if you will but cleave (cling) to Him.

Obey, trust and wait! He has not forsaken you!

You Wanted to Know

There are some questions that have come to me via email that I would like to take the time to address. Forgive me for being behind in my emails. I do take the time to read them all, but sometimes I am behind on the reading; other times I am behind on answering, but I will answer.

There are also times that I feel led to stay off the computer, to pray, spend time with the Lord or just to rest. Other times, I’ve been blessed with work to do writing or small (article) editing jobs. I’m sure all who read this can understand that.

It is important to me to protect the identity of those who take the time to write to me via email versus an open question or statement in the comment section of the blog, unless I have their permission to do otherwise.

For lack of time, I have not made such a request for permission to individuals; however, I have written individuals briefly to explain what I intend to do. If someone takes the time to write, it is only proper to take the time to answer (even if a bit of time has elapsed until I am able to do so).

Below I have taken excerpts out of emails that need addressing. Perhaps it is in the way I write, or perhaps it is the fact that text is without face, or tone, but sometimes it seems, things are misunderstood or not understood at all. Other times, someone is just wondering about something and would like my take on it. I appreciate every email I get, whether positive or negative. We can learn from the negative; we can learn something from every thing and every one.

All questions and comments are welcome, either below in the comment section or by emails. Typically, I keep emails personal and every effort will be made to continue to do so. It is just that some of the questions have been waiting an answer for awhile and I am way behind. Again, I apologize for this and hope that this endeavor will be satisfactory.

With that being said, I will now do something I haven’t done before. I will present a question and answer blog. It is my hope that it will clear some things up, address any misunderstandings or simply answer a question pertaining to the Word. Lord bless each and every one of you. May we all continue in our search for truth, looking to the Lord always, in all things! Let us prepare, watch and pray.

Be assured, as previously stated, all emails are welcomed and appreciated. If you do not agree with me, dislike something or question anything said, it is your prerogative and I am not offended. The truth is (and we all know this or should) that we are to try (test) every spirit (this includes me) to see if it is of God.

We do this by searching the scripture and by Yhvh’s (God’s) Holy Spirit. In this day and age (when it seems that so many have a ‘word from the Lord’), in these latter days (end times), we all must do this and that is whether we know the person or not.

Remember Peter? One moment, Jesus/Y’shua gave credit to Peter, stating that Peter had heard from God/Yhvh, when Jesus asked the apostles who men were saying He was. Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus said, “Blessed are you, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood has not revealed it to you, but My Father which is in heaven.” [Mat 16:16, 17]

The Lord went on to share with His disciples what was destined to take place in His life, in that He would suffer, be killed and raised up the third day. The word says that Peter rebuked Jesus saying, “Be it far from you, Lord: this shall not be unto you.” What was Jesus’ response as He turned to Peter? “Get thee behind me, Satan: you are an offence to Me: for you savor not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.”

Can you imagine how Peter felt? Just a little while earlier, Jesus/Y’shua was saying that the Father alone had revealed to Peter who Jesus was. Next thing you know, Jesus is ‘rebuking Satan’ who was speaking through Peter. The enemy can speak through any one of us, in any weak moment, particularly in matters of the heart. So yes, we have to try every spirit (and every word), especially in this crucial hour.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

[1Jn 4:1]

And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying (fortune telling).

She even knew how to ‘talk the talk’ (satan and his demons are not afraid to use scripture, as some think. Satan used scripture when he was testing Jesus/Y’shua in the desert (wilderness). As she followed Paul and his crew, the woman kept saying, “These men are the servants of the most high God, which show us the way of salvation.”

[Act 16: 16, 17]

“…shows us the way of salvation’? The woman was possessed by a demon. A spirit of divination speaking through her, just as satan spoke through Peter. A demon will not see salvation, yet it boldly stated otherwise to deceive Paul and the people with him.

So, yes, you are right to question me or try the spirit. Absolutely! The Lord will not conflict with or contradict His word. Everything He does is done decently and in order.

It occurred to me that if these thoughts crossed one person’s mind, perhaps others have had similar questions too, but did not choose to email me. It is my hope that this blog entry will answer some of those questions, as well as encourage others to feel free to write and ask away.

With that being said, let’s continue on now with the Question and Answer blog. I will insert the links if a person has mentioned a certain article, but otherwise, I will present the excerpts as written, whether there are errors in spelling etc or not. Text may be broken into paragraphs for easier reading. I also use only initials, to respect both confidentiality and privacy.

Spiritual ‘Covering’

Question: “When you spoke about a covering in (Clash of the Kingdoms - Part 3), it didn’t sit well with me. I have a spiritual mother and father who taught me and they are my covering. My mother is a prophetess and my father is an apostle, spiritual parents. In church we are tought to have a covering by those who are close to God, like my spiritual mother and father.

We can receive from their annointing and just being near them their annointing can fall on us. We sit up front to get the pastor’s annointingtoo. Pastors, apostles, bishops, prophets and everyone in the five fold ministry and elders, deacons, teachers are over us. If they tell us to do something we are supposed to do it or we are rebelling.” J. S.

Answer: J.S., I understand where you are coming from, but I stand my ground. Perhaps I should give more clarity to this. There are errors that are being taught in church and received by the multitudes. Not only are we, as believers, inundated by the traditions of men, but also by the doctrines of devils. Let me try and explain. I may be wrong on this part, but I think this ‘spiritual covering’ (especially apostolic/prophetic covering) and spiritual mother/father came in with the Charismatic movement.

It was sometime after 2001, when I was truly getting serious about knowing God that I first heard of the kind of things that you spoke about, J.S. Efforts were being made on my part to attend church on a regular basis, but really, I was absent from church more than I was in attendance. When I did show up, I often fell asleep due to medication that I was on at that time.

The church was a small church, a country church, with maybe 40 people in attendance on a good day. Word got around that someone ‘new’ was attending and that someone needed a spiritual parent and a covering. Several people, both male and female, approached me…mostly older couples.

The best explanation of this that was given to me at that time was that people who were mature Christians were to ‘cover’ me, tutor me, give advice and guide me in decision-making. Nothing was said about protection, but ‘accountability’ was one of the reasons I was to have a ‘covering’.

The problem was that I did not know any of the people and they did not know me. I had seen the church when I was driving and thought perhaps I would visit it. I really was searching for a relationship with God, but I needed to know more about Him and more than anything, I needed to know if God or Jesus loved me. For the most part, the pastor ignored me. He would greet me, along with others who came, but it was easy to tell there was no interest in me or my soul.

So many people stepped in to tell me how I should run my life and personal matters, without taking time to call, visit or get to know me, that I began to pull back. The advice left the Lord out of the picture; left the word out of the picture and prayer out of the equation. It seemed like it was based more on the personal knowledge and ideas of ‘man’ (people), rather than biblical doctrine and the LORD. (The advice rarely mentioned the Lord or the word of God, nor was prayer offered.)

I did try not to be rebellious though, but the advice was not consistent. One would tell me to do one thing; someone else would say something completely different about the same topic and I was getting majorly confused and depressed by it all.

The advice just seemed to have such heavy burdens that I could not bear. No one pulled out a bible to show me things either. It was all personal opinions, coupled with speculation and conjecture. I tried to keep going to the church, but as I stated, my attendance was shoddy, not regular or committed at all.

It was there that I first heard that my church attendance reflected my personal relationship with God; a spiritual ‘thermometer’, if you will, revealing whether I was hot or cold. People were nice enough, but the push to have a ‘covering’ was a pressure I was not ready for. It is much too difficult to explain it all here and still remain fair to both sides, in how it all went down, but the spiritual help and guidance I needed wasn’t coming from that church. I left the church, never to return to it, but the most Holy Spirit stepped in.

At one point, I had cried out to God about what I should do when the advice on every subject was different. It is very difficult to explain it all here. In all fairness to both sides, I would have to present my testimony here, which is not the time to do so. Suffice it to say, J.S., that I was exposed to the teaching and doctrine that you speak of.

This subject can go into a lengthy teaching, to explain where the truth lies and where the error comes in, on this topic, which is not my goal here. I just desire to present what I believe are facts, without ambiguity. Hopefully, it will clear up any misunderstandings and reveal where I stand.

Covering: something or anything that protects or conceals

The Lord led me to this scripture, which I shared in the Clash of the Kingdoms - Part 3 that you referred to.

Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of Me; and that cover with a covering, but not of My Spirit, that they may add sin to sin: [Is 30:1]

There are 48 instances of the word covering in the bible and none of them have to do with us being covered by anything except by the Spirit of the Lord, as shown above. Every other instance pertained to a covering for the altar, covering a naked person, covering of the Ark, a covering of badger’s skins for the altar of the Lord (several scriptures for that), a covering as in a blanket for the bed and a woman’s hair being her glory, her covering.

The only scripture that speaks about us being covered with a covering is the one in Isaiah 30, which is telling us to be covered by the Spirit of the Elohim.

I firmly believe that it is the LORD alone that covers us; He is the only one who can protect us and the definition of covering clearly states that a covering protects or conceals. So yes, I stand on my understanding of what covering means and am satisfied that only the Lord can cover me. Only the Lord can protect us.

Submit

Now to submit (submission) is an entirely different thing. We are told to submit to God, submit to those who have rule over us, and wives to their husbands (if married women, which I am not), youth submit to elders and submit to one another. This is scripture.

Submit: to give over or yield oneself to the power or authority of another

I decided to look up submission. It is really interesting! Look at this:

Submission: an act or instance of submitting; archaic meaning > a confession of error

Early 15^th century – a lowering, sinking, yielding; a sense of ‘humble obedience’ is first

Wow! Now I found that very cool! Scriptures that we are to obey:

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. [Eph 5:22 – Col 3:18]

Obey them that have rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you. [Heb 13:17]

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. [Jam 4:7]

Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble. [1Pet 5:5] (This scripture matches the archaic meaning of the word rather well, yes?)

So J.S., having a covering and submitting are clearly two separate things, according to scripture. Will I allow another person to cover me? No, according to Isaiah 30, only our Lord can protect us. Will I submit or be submissive to another? Absolutely! According to scripture, it is clear that we are to do this. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

If you still have doubts, the very best I can say to you is to take it to the Lord in prayer and search the holy scriptures. When it comes to the things that pertain to the kingdom of God, we can trust the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth.

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come. [Jn 16:13]

Five Wise Virgins – Five Foolish Virgins

Question: “The marketplace where the virgins can go to purchase oil for their lamps... it's an odd puzzle for me. Is it purchasing/spending time in prayer with The Holy Spirit? Yet even then, I haven't been able to do this in a busy shopping area/marketplace, except for speaking in tongues under my breath. Am I taking it all too literal?” S.D.

Answer: S.D., the King James (KJV), American Standard Version (ASV), Bishops and Geneva were the bibles I checked to see if it said anything about the foolish virgins going to a market place. We did discuss that much in email, so your concern was more about what it meant when it said to, Go to those who sell and buy for yourselves.

And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

But the wise answered, saying, Not so; least there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

[Mat 25: 8-10]

I am going to be very careful here in how I explain this and I pray the Lord helps me because there are so many false teachings and false doctrines out there, that I truly do not want to be responsible for leading anyone astray.

I openly welcome anyone to correct me if I’m wrong, but with this forewarning. In any correction, absolutely everything has to be from the word of God, in context. When I say, ‘in context’, I mean do not choose or pull out select scriptures, in order to twist the meaning to suit some ‘new revelation’ or some strange doctrine that only a ‘few’ can understand. Ah, may the Lord help us all!

First Things First

To understand the parable of the virgins, I had to read the chapter before. Y’shua was talking to His disciples and they wanted to know what would be the sign of His coming and the end of the world.

And as He sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of Thy coming, and of the end of the world? [Mat 24:3]

The very first word Jesus/Y’shua spoke to them was a warning, for them to be careful that no man deceive them!

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. [Mat24:4]

He went on to warn them about many coming in His name and deceiving many. He spoke of wars, rumors of wars, nations and kingdoms rising up against each other, famines, pestilences and earthquakes in different places.

He warned us about how all nations (different beliefs/religions) would hate those who followed Him (disciples). He warned that many would be offended (divisions), betray and hate one another and deliver His disciples up to be afflicted. The Greek for afflicted here is thlip-sis – which comes from the word pressure and means trouble, persecuted, anguish, tribulation, burdened.

He warned of many false prophets deceiving many; sin increasing and love waxing cold (hardhearted, without compassion). He continued on warning about the abomination of desolation, not to return to your home to take anything, not even to return for clothes. (To me, this speaks of things happening suddenly – no warning).

He gives instruction to pray and warns a second time of false Christs and false prophets, showing great signs and wonders; signs and wonders so stupendous that He warns that if it were possible, even the very elect would be deceived.

Jesus/Y’shua is very thorough in explaining what to watch for (Matthew 24). All these signs were given to us by Him. Then He said:

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

[Mat 24:29,20]

(No pre-trib rapture mentioned) After tribulation, where all chaos breaks out upon the earth, then the very heavens are shaken, with the stars falling, no sun light, no moon light. It is a time like no other time before since the beginning!

Then Y’shua goes on to mention the parable of the fig tree, saying that when we see the signs He mentioned, we know summer is nigh, so when we see all that He warned about, we know that His coming is near; even at the doors. [Mat 24:33]

He stated that no one knows the day or the hour, not even the angels. Just as in the days of Noah, everyone was carrying on with life as usual (not watching, not staying alert, not prepared) and then Noah entered the ark.

He spoke about the thief breaking into a house, saying if the owner of the house knew the thief’s plans and watched, then his house wouldn’t have been broken into (he would watch, stay alert, be prepared).

Again, the Lord gives another example about two servants. One goes about his master’s business (faithful, obedient, prepared), whilst the other servant thought, My lord delays his coming [Mat 24:48]

He eats, gets drunk and is abusive to his fellow servants (unfaithful [hypocrite], disobedient, unprepared). What happens to that servant? He is cut asunder, appointed his portion with the hypocrites; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. [v.51]. The unfaithful, disobedient, unprepared servant was not saved, but condemned. He was cast out from the presence of the Lord.

Then, Jesus/Yahshua speaks of the parable of the 10 virgins.

The Virgins

First of all, as we know, Jesus/Y’shua spoke in parables often because it helped the people to understand. People often think that Jesus just chose a random number when He spoke about the 10 virgins; five being wise and five being foolish.

However, it was not a random number. Jesus used the reality of the Jewish culture and customs and juxtaposed it with parables. In Jesus’ day, it took a quorum or a group of ten adult males to form or start a synagogue/service. This is why Jesus/Y’shua spoke in a parable about 10 virgins; five were wise, five were foolish.

The virgins were all waiting for the Bridegroom (the return of Jesus/Yahshua). All had lamps; but it says the foolish took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. Nighttime (darkness) fell upon them all. They all fell asleep (grew tired, weary).

Suddenly, a cry went out. The Bridegroom comes, go out to meet him. [v. 6] They all got up, trimmed their lamps, but the foolish said to the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out (not alert, not prepared).

And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom comes; go ye out to meet him.

Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

But the wise answered, saying, Not so; least there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. [Mat 25: 2-9]

The truth is that we all have the opportunity to be the wise virgins; every one of us. The foolish are the unprepared, the unfaithful, the disobedient. We all have the power of choice.

Choose this day who you will serve. None of us will have an excuse. We have the word of God to instruct us… repentance, obedience, abiding, watching, dying to self (pick up our cross and follow Y’shua/Jesus), prepare. He offers grace and mercy, through the blood of the Lamb. It is available to all who repent and believe.

We have the Holy Spirit to comfort, guide and teach us; leading us into all truth. (If you have not, ask and it shall be given.) It is all in there in scripture for us to hear and do.

The Lamp

The spirit of a man is the candle (lamp) of the Lord. [Pro 20:27]

Yet, what else does scripture say? Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. [Ps 119:105]

Bear with me; I’m working up to answering your question. It is likely S.D. that you already know about the things I am sharing, but let me continue just a little further. To me, it is all a matter of keeping it in context. The scripture flows together beautifully. Jesus/Y’shua has great wisdom and in His love, He gave severe warnings and examples.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Yhwh): [Eph 2:8]

And from Jesus Christ (Y’shua haMashiach), who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood. [Rev 1:5]

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

Make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. [Heb 13: 20,21]

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. [Heb 4:16]

The Vessels

The LORD has made bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward (rear guard).

[Is 52: 10-12]

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. [2 Cor 4:7]

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet (easily used, useful) for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. [2Tim 2:20, 21]

The Oil

We know that oil is symbolic of the Holy Spirit; other symbols are fire, tongues of fire, dove, light etc. So if our vessels (bodies) contain the oil (Holy Spirit) for our lamps (human spirit), we are filled with the light of God.

In the article called Paradigm Shift - Part 2, I spoke about Gethsemane and the meaning of the word. Quickly, Gethsemane is Aramaic (Jesus/Y’shua’s language); which is a dialect of the Hebrew language. In Aramaic, Gethsemane means oil press; in Hebrew, it translates as pressing of the oil.

This is only a thought that occurred to me, but upon pondering it, it became clearer. Jesus/Yahshua had the strength to endure such agonizing suffering, and the strength to go to the cross. He was as human as you and I. Many of the people who were flogged in those days did not survive the flogging (whipping) because bits of bone and sharp, jagged stones, metal were tied to the ends of the strands of the whips.

Christ is our example. We know we have to pick up our cross daily and die to self. We know that we will experience our own garden of Gethsemane (flesh does not want to die). When we cry out in our time of travailing, when we are in the fires that purify, the Lord is with us.

We are in the oil press when we are in the garden of Gethsemane. When we seek to do the Father’s will; when we cry out to Him, He strengthens us, if we do not quit and refuse the cross. He does strengthen us to endure. The oil press produces the oil. When we are crushed and broken, as olives are crushed and broken by Gethsemane; when we are poured out, emptied, the Holy Spirit begins to flow, begins to fill us to overflowing ─ baptism by the Holy Spirit and fire.

John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I comes, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:

Whose fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly purge His floor, and will gather the wheat into His garner; but the chaff He will burn with fire unquenchable. [Lk 3:16, 17]

Y’shua was without sin, but His very heart was to do the Father’s will, which was to become a living sacrifice offered up for the sins of the world, to reconcile sinful mankind back to a holy God. The garden of Gethsemane was Christ’s place of preparation for His death upon the cross.

When we go to our garden of Gethsemane, it is also preparation for our death (to sinful, fleshy desires, appetites). It is where we choose to die to self, to repent of our sins, to lay down our lives, to surrender to our Creator.

In the Old Testament, there are 32 references to a sacrificial offering that was mingled with oil. The altar was anointed with oil by the priest and sweet incense was placed upon the altar.

The Old Testament is filled with types and shadows. When we die to self, we lay down our lives on the altar of our heart; the sweet incense is our prayers and the Holy Spirit is the anointing oil.

Other offerings were fine flour (sifted) mingled with oil… made me think of when we are sifted as wheat; drink offering (when we are poured out); meat offering (crucified flesh); unleavened bread/wafers offering (purged of sins) … the word of God is so beautiful really.

The one offering mentioned in the Old Testament was the trespass offering, where they took a log of oil and a lamb and waved it before the Lord. Christ Jesus/Y’shua was the Lamb slain, filled with the Holy Spirit and crucified before the Father. In Jerusalem, the people had waved palms before the Lord and laid them down, as Christ passed by, riding on a donkey… Lamb + Oil = trespass (sin) offering (sacrifice)

Oil was also used for light for the candles/candlesticks. So S.D., we can see that the oil that the wise virgins need comes at a great cost. We must be crushed and broken, poured out, empty vessels. It will cost us our lives, so that we can gain life. Only empty vessels can be filled; purged, purified by fire and the Lord will fill us with the most precious oil He has. Then shall we be vessels unto honor, for His purpose and for His glory.

You wondered where the foolish went to buy oil, but really, it would not matter. The point was that they had no oil and when they went to the Bridegroom afterwards, He sent them away saying He did not know them.

When you keep the scriptures in context, it makes perfect sense. Immediately after the parable of the 10 virgins, Y’shua/Jesus spoke about the servants who were given talents. There were those who multiplied what they had and again, the one foolish servant who buried what He had.

In context, the Lord warned of the signs to look for in the last days, very strict warnings, then a parable of the fig tree, followed by the parable of the two servants, one faithful and obedient, one unfaithful and disobedient. Then He told the parable of the 10 virgins, followed by the parable of the faithful servants with the talents, who gave increase to their lord’s kingdom versus the faithless servant who brought no increase and did nothing for the lord’s kingdom, but rather buried that which he was given.

What was the common thread for the disobedient servant, the five foolish virgins and the servant who buried his talent? They were rejected, cast out; the Lord did not know them. They were turned away, and there was weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Hypocritical Servant

The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looks not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

[Mat 24:50, 51]

The Foolish Virgins

Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. [Mat 25: 11,12]

The Fearful, Unprofitable Servant

For unto every one that has shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that has not shall be taken away even that which he has.

And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. [Mat 25:29, 30]

You see S.D., where to buy oil from those who sell does not matter; it is not the point. The point is they were unprepared and had no oil.

The common thread in the parables is that those who were not alert, without oil and unprepared were all condemned. I hope this helps answer your question.

Paradigm Shift

There is much occurring in these last days, in the physical realm and in the spiritual. Many have suffered many years, going from faith to faith and glory to glory, learning obedience by the things they suffered, just as My Son Jesus did.

Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; And being made perfect, He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him; [Heb5: 8,9]

Multitudes have prayed for many years for true revival to come upon all nations. It shall come, not as the appearance of the false revivals, where unclean spirits cause the people to do everything except genuinely repent, looking to the Lamb slain.

True revival begins within My people. A paradigm shift is occurring where miracles shall abound; multitudes shall know the weight of My glory upon them, causing them to cry out to Jesus/Y’shua, My Son, whose blood was poured out to save them.

As in the days when My Son walked upon the earth, people will come from far and wide for salvation, deliverance, healing and restoration. Their hearts shall be pierced and they shall cry out to Me, for the weight of their iniquities will break their hearts. Their heart shall be broken and contrite. They will look to the Savior and not to any man.

Multitudes will turn their hearts as My judgments pass over each and every nation. My hand has not been slack concerning the promise (of My Son’s return), but I have been longsuffering, for I am not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. [2Pet3:9]

Yet, I have risen from My throne in righteous anger, declaring, Enough is enough. It has been prophesied by My prophets that in the last days My judgment shall be upon all nations. Repent (change your mind) and draw nigh unto Me with a broken and contrite heart; in spirit and in truth.

A paradigm shift is occurring…My people will move from areas of unbelief to steadfast faith, expecting to see the greater works as My Son prophesied, expecting to see miracles such as have never been seen before. My Son said, ‘Greater works… [because I go to the Father].

From children to the elderly, miracles will go forth through My vessels of honor, to those who are empowered by My Holy Spirit, and who have Christ reigning upon the throne of their heart. Many who have been hidden away shall come forth into plain view. Many, who call themselves by My name shall hate them, persecute them and seek to destroy them, but they have no power over them.

Those who have enjoyed the riches taken from My people; greedy shepherds who robbed the flocks shall be brought low. They shall try to rise again but shall not, for My hand will keep them in the place of lowliness.

Those who prophesied lies in My name shall reap great sorrow, for shame shall come upon their heads. The prophets who spoke things to win the people to them, but did not speak that which they heard from Me, will be known by the blood upon their hands. When did they turn the people to the Lamb slain? When did they cry and travail for the wayward ones? When did they cry out to Me for mercy for their sinful nation?

When were they concerned for the souls of the people, to warn them of the lake of fire and the second death? When did they put aside their reputation to urge them to repent, warning the people of coming judgment, as Jonah did? Who dared to sell that which they heard from Me for a price that was grievous for the people to pay?

Woe to those who have robbed the poor and hungry! Woe to those who kept the people at ease, so as not to offend, knowing that the very souls of the lost were held captive, in bondage and deceived!

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! [Is 5:20]

And all the trees of the field shall know that I, the LORD, have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish; I, the LORD, have spoken and have done it. [Ezek 17:24]

Indeed, a paradigm shift has been and is occurring. That which is on high shall be brought low; that which is low shall be exalted. That which is green shall dry up; that which is dry shall flourish. I, the LORD, have spoken and have done it and am doing it. Selah

Be aware; a paradigm shift is occurring…

Those who speak forth truth, setting their face as a flint, aching for the souls of the lost to be set free and saved; crying out for their repentance and pointing the way to Jesus/Y’shua the Christ of Nazareth, these shall be raised up. These are those who cry out to Me in the secret place for all the nations of the world.

These are those who burn with a desire to preach good tidings to the meek, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance that fast approaches. They long to comfort all that mourn and to give them beauty for ashes; and the oil of joy for mourning. [Is 61:1-3] They lead by example and esteem others greater than themselves.

Indeed, great revival and mighty miracles are soon here.

But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. [1Cor2:9]

I have been preparing My people; many have learned to walk in obedience, loving mercy and walking humbly before Me. Many have been waiting years for salvation to come to their loved ones, to see deliverance, to see multitudes healed, to see the restoration of many things and to see the visions they were given come to pass. How long, o Lord? They have cried out. It is fast approaching.

True revival and miracles shall soon manifest. I have heard the prayers and seen the fasting that My people have endured and once again, it shall be heard:

For ask now of the days that are past, which were before you, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there has been any such thing as this great thing is, or has been heard like it? [Deu 4:32]

A paradigm shift is occurring…

Nations that have had the freedom of reading My word and hearing those who prophesy in My name shall lose this freedom, for many put their hands to their ears saying, I do not want to hear.

Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: [Amos 8:11]

The mighty nation shall fall; her leaders shall not rise again, for the stench of their sins has come up into My nostrils. I sent My messengers to call them to repentance and they would not hear. They persecuted them, imprisoned them, beat them and killed them and still, I sent more messengers. The battle shall increase and great shall be the death and destruction upon the land, for the people have hardened their hearts and turned from Me.

For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. [Mk 13:19]

For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. [Mat 24:21]

Therefore, behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her. [Jer 41:47]

He that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remains and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish My fury upon them. [Ezek 6:12]

So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at My presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground

[Ezek 38:20]

All the heavens and all the earth have begun their groaning and travailing, as strange occurrences are seen in both. Keep your eyes upon the heavens; watch and pray. Cleave to Jesus, My people, for My Son is soon returning. I have revealed the things which must come; I have not held back, for even the heathen know danger is lurking.

Time is shorter than ever and still the people say in their pride, “We have heard this all before, trying to make us fear. We are not afraid; come what may!” Woe to those who wear the crown of pride!

Still the people long to repeat history, for once again, the people mock, reject and murmur about the warnings: And saying, Where is the promise of His coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. [2Pet 3:4]

Keep reaching out to the lost, My people, for soon many shall be mourning for their iniquities, but so many, including My own people, will not heed the warnings. They have not discerned the time or the lateness of the hour.

Yet now is the time that many will begin to “discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves Me and him that serves Me not. “[Mal 3:18]

Even amongst My own people, many have not got a reserve of oil for their lamps. It is almost the midnight hour. Did you not hear the watchmen as they cried out and continue to cry out?

Many watchmen are warning of approaching danger, and many other watchmen are crying out: Arise! Arise! The Bridegroom is coming! Awake, arise! … but many sleep on and that which is coming shall come suddenly, like a thief in the night. Selah

Great revival and miracles, the likes of which have never been seen before are about to manifest. Yea, but so shall great destruction, death and sorrow fall upon the wicked nations. Again, I call you to repent and return to Me. Will you hear or will you toss a hand, pushing away the very warning. The day must come… that day is almost here.

Indeed, a paradigm shift is occurring, the likes of which has never been seen before, nor shall ever be again.

To My people I say:

Because your heart was tender, and you did humble yourself before Me [God/Yhvh], when you heard his words against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, and humbled thyself before Me, and did rend (tear) your clothes, and weep before Me; I have even heard you also, saith the LORD.

[2Chro 34:27]

Arise, shine, for thy light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon thee. [Is 60:1]

Expect the paradigm shift, for Jesus forewarned as He prophesied. He warned about the signs and what to look for. Be at peace in Christ, for it is not a peace that the world gives, but a peace that passes all understanding.

Fear not; I AM your shield and your exceeding great reward. And shall say unto them, Hear, (O Israel), ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them; [Deu 3:22]

Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

[1Chron 28:20]

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. [Acts 27:24]

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. [Ps 20:7]

The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and He knows them that trust in Him. [Nahum 1:7]

There will be those who will not believe this paradigm shift; but all around them will be a two-fold reality… revival and miracles, the likes of which have never been seen before, and running parallel shall be war, death, destruction, calamities caused by both nature and man, yet by My hand of judgment.

Woe to those who remain behind for when the ‘day of the Lord’ is upon them. Woe to those who remain behind for the day of the Lord! Woe, I say, woe.

Again, I say to those who trust in Me, fear not that which you see around you in the great tribulation.

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. [Mat 10:28]

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. [Rev 12:11]

Fear not My people, for you shall not have to endure the day of the Lord, for you are Mine. Prepare, check your lamps… the Bridegroom approaches.

Paradigm Shift – Part 2

In determining to understand a couple of things, the Lord led me. In a paradigm shift, there comes an absolute change in a belief system, as well as in the way things are processed in our thoughts, our perception. This allows a new condition to be created, with things that were previously unacceptable or considered impossible.

This can be shaped by the choices of an individual or society or by ‘something’ (forces) beyond our control, or both. It opposes what you normally believe or have understood. I read somewhere (not sure where) that ‘when anomalies or inconsistencies arise within a given paradigm, presenting problems that we are unable to solve, our view of reality must change.’

We must be on guard because the Holy Spirit showed me that the way we express things in our faith, as disciples of Jesus the Christ of Nazareth (Y’shua ha Mashiach), is also the way that those who believe in a different god or different Jesus speak. New agers, mystics, Luciferians and Satanists (for starters) speak very similar.

They will speak of ‘the voice within’, Father, unity, love, destiny, paradigm shift, spiritual awakening, ‘voice of the spirit’ (not the most Holy Spirit, so which spirit?) and on it goes. Danger, danger, danger! Discernment!

We have to be so careful, truly! We must cling to the Lord (I just cannot emphasize it or say it enough!) and we must cry out for repentance, as John the Baptist roared it forth. This is most relevant today, as in the days of Noah, Jesus forewarned.

Also, about Gethsemane; the word is Aramaic, a dialect of the Hebrew language. In Aramaic, it means ‘oil press’; in Hebrew, ‘pressing of the oil’. In his book named, ‘Weight of the World, Ray Vander Laan explains: “Gethsemane was a stone column, under which bags of olives were laid and the weight of the column was allowed to exert a strong, steady pressure for the oil to exude.”

The garden of Gethsemane is a time of preparation; preparation for the death to self. Jesus/Y’shua went to the garden at nighttime (in darkness). He brought supporters (a few apostles) and asked them to pray for Him. He had to go into the garden (the time of preparation) alone, but His faithful supporters fell asleep.

In all His travailing, and as He poured His heart out to the Father, He submitted Himself. He was suffering; He prostrated Himself and prayed.

And He went a little further, and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as you will.

He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, Thy will be done. [Mat26: 39,42]

We go through a dark season. Many call it the ‘dark night of the soul’ and it is meant to be a good thing. We come to see God, to know Him in a way we have not known Him before, if we do not give up, but go through. He will strengthen us, only ask… He will minister to us, as He did Jesus.

The difference is that Jesus/Y’shua was without sin, yet He knew that His death was a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, to reconcile sinful man back to a holy God/Yhvh. Even Jesus/Y’shua needed to prepare for that which was ahead, the worst of his life… and the last, yet He also knew that He would be victorious after it all.

Remember, humility always precedes honor.

We have all fallen short of the glory of God. This time of preparation, this darkness that comes upon us will shake us to the core. It will be as a refiner’s fire and we (our flesh) will want out of that fire. The Lord will allow this purifying to bring the dross to the surface. It will hurt, but we will not be burned. We must go through because He is doing a good work in us. He will strengthen us, just as He did Jesus.

And He was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,

Saying, Father, if You be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but Thine, be done.

And there appeared an angel unto Him from heaven, strengthening Him.

[Lk 22: 41-43]

Garden of Gethsemane

As in the processes of dying and birthing, a paradigm shift is occurring, from that which was, to that which must be. It begins in your own garden of Gethsemane. Here is where great darkness falls upon the soul and spirit and the travailing begins. The flesh cries out, not desiring to suffer and die.

This is the point where many give up; they will only go so far, for as the rich man who could not part with his riches, so there are things that many of My people refuse to surrender. Therefore, in love and mercy, I send forth chastisement, to see if they will endure correction. Yet again, I shall purge My people and prune away many branches, to see if fruit will come forth in a new season.

This is where everything and everyone will seem to be against you; and things only seem to get worse – and darker; like a horrible pit full of miry (swampy) clay. This is where you will either cry out to Me, or turn away. Press in, endure, keep in the race, cling to Me, for I AM with you.

Immovable Faith

You will feel shaken, horribly shaken, but fear not. Have I not said that all that can be shaken will be shaken? Yes, you have heard this and you have read it in My word.

This is a good work, if you understand the purpose. The dross must be shaken loose, so it will surface, for dross is skimmed as it surfaces. Your faith must be immovable. Labor and travail, for it shall not be in vain. Let your labor be done in fear and trembling. Trust Me.

Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer. [Pro 25:4]

And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. [Heb 12:27]

To those whose house is built upon the rock, though the winds blow and the house is shaken, it shall not fall. Remain steadfast and unmovable in faith. Lo, I am doing a good work.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. [1Cor 15:58]

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. [Phil 2:28]

Who has not gone through these dark times? All My people have gone through great darkness; yet in great travailing, weeping and praying, they persevere and go through. In the shaking, your eyes shall be opened and you shall see all that is not of Me. Will you trust Me through it all?

All that is not of Me shall surface and nothing shall remain secret. Let it go in repentance and believe in Me. Submit yourself to Me, resist the enemy who seeks to keep you in bondage and he must flee. I have chosen this furnace of affliction for you, yet it is for good, as you cling to Me and follow the leading of My holy Spirit in you. Submit My child to the work I AM doing and fear not.

For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. [Eccl 12:14]

For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. [Mk 4:22]

Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. [Is 48:10]

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

[Jam 4:7]

Cry out to Me and I hear you. My hand is not shortened that it cannot save, nor is My ear heavy that it cannot hear. [Is 59:1]

Though He slay me, yet will I trust in him:[…] [Job 13:15]

Who is among you that fears the LORD, that obeys the voice of his servant, that walks in darkness, and has no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God. [Is 50:10]

Forgiveness is Crucial

Let no bitterness, no strife, no hatred, no anger, no jealousy, no envying, let nothing that is not of Me be found in you. Let forgiveness pour out from your heart, for it shall be a healing balm to you. Think upon Saul and David. Even when David knew he was anointed to be king and Saul sought to kill David, did My servant David rise up in pride? Did he kill Saul when he had the chance?

No, he cut a piece of Saul’s robe one time, to let Saul know that he had the opportunity to kill him, but did not. He submitted himself to Saul, who was still king and trusted Me to work things out.

David also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king. And when Saul looked behind him, David stooped with his face to the earth, and bowed himself. (submission) [1Sam 24:8]

Behold, this day your eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee today into my hand in the cave: and some bade (told) me kill thee: but my eye spared you; and I said, I will not put forth my hand against my lord; for he is the LORD'S anointed. [1Sam 24:10]

And he (Saul) said to David, You are more righteous than I: for you have rewarded me good, whereas I have rewarded you evil.

And you have shown this day how that you have dealt well with me: forasmuch as when the LORD had delivered me into your hand, you killed me not. [1Sam 24: 17,18]

Though he spoke fair words and understood the mercy David showed him, Saul did not genuinely repent. Therefore, I say unto you, do not be as Saul. Genuinely repent and believe, forgive and die to self; then shall you be raised up and become the new man. I shall have a holy people, without spot or blemish. Yea and if you fall, I say rise up, rise up again, and cry out to Me.

For a just man falls seven times, and rises up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief. [Pro24: 16]

Do Not Fear the Darkness

When the darkness comes upon you, as you go through the dark season, I shall shine My light upon your heart and reveal the secret things that you have not known are there. Fear not; neither be dismayed or confounded. Be strong and of good courage. I work in the darkness; I work in ways you cannot see.

Your emotional condition is not necessarily your heart condition. Allow this piercing of the heart, for out of the wound shall pour forth all that festers and infects you. Surrender it into My hands with genuine repentance, believe and I shall heal you; you shall have a new heart. I shall shine My light into the darkness, and shall shine light upon your heart. Then shall you see clearly; then shall you know my glory in the face of My Son.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. [1Cor 4:6]

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. [Is 60:2]

My people must go through these dark times. Many have despaired, been troubled, perplexed, cast down and cried out to Me. Those whom I have raised up mightily went through the darkness that came upon them. They cried out to Me, yet felt so helpless, alone and abandoned, not understanding the times of My silence. If you fall, rise back up again. Repent and believe and let your faith hold fast to Me.

Think upon My friend Abraham, after I told him about the son that he would have, and that he would be the father of many nations. What happened?

And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, a horror of great darkness fell upon him. [Gen 15:12]

Did Moses fear the darkness or did he know that even in the darkness, he would find Me?

And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. [Ex 20:21]

And ye came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness.

These words the LORD spoke unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me. [Deu 4:11 – Deu 5:22]

Think upon the apple of My eye, David. Did he not travail in times of the darkness that came upon his soul? Did he not feel so alone?

O LORD, why do you cast my soul away? Why do you hide your face from me? Afflicted and close to death from my youth up, I suffer your terrors; I am helpless (Psalm 88:14,15)

Then said Solomon, The LORD has said that He would dwell in the thick darkness. [2Chron 6: 1]

He has fenced up my way that I cannot pass, and He has set darkness in my paths. [Job 19:8]

You have laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.

Lover and friend have you put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness

[Ps 88:6, 18]

Two godly men who feared and obeyed God wrote about their dark time - their dark night of the soul. Oswald Chambers wrote a poem called, ‘Dark Night of the Soul’, in his book, ‘Abandoned by God’.

Cut it off. My heart is bleeding,

And my spirit’s wrung in pain,

Yet I hear my Jesus pleading,

Cut it off or all is vain.

So I’ve stopped my ears in terror

Lest self-pity make me quail,

Lest at last I take the error

And God’s purpose thwart and fail.

I am bowed to death in sadness,

For the pain is all too great,

But the dear Lord must find pleasure

In the way He maketh straight.

In the late 1600s, François de Salignac de la Mothe-Fénelon, often called Francois Fenelon was a French Catholic archbishop, theologian, poet and writer. He wrote: His [God’s] transformation is done on the cross in darkness, poverty and death.

Think upon Elijah, Job, Moses and Paul. Have you felt as they did? Have you wanted Me to take you away from the earth? Have you despaired desperately? Yes, you have. Lo, I AM with you.

But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers. [1Kin19: 4]

What happened? A paradigm shift… An angel came, touched him and Elijah went on his journey with new strength (new hope) after eating ‘meat’ that I sent.

And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.

And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God. [1Kin 19: 7, 8]

Moses, who was faithful and meek, despaired over the constant complaining and bitterness of the people. Now the Israelites were not satisfied with manna anymore; they wanted meat. It seemed more than Moses could bear because the people never seemed satisfied and were angry with him. He wanted to die.

I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me. And if you deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness. [Num11: 14,15]

What happened? A paradigm shift… I commanded Moses to gather seventy men of the elders of Israel, and I put the spirit that had been upon Moses upon them, so that Moses should not bear the burden of the people alone, and the seventy prophesied throughout the camp. Then I answered his prayer and sent meat to the people, but the lust of their flesh did anger me. [Num 11:25, 31- 33]

Even the apostles despaired at times and desired to leave this life.

For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: [2Cor 1:8]

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;

Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; [2Cor4: 8,9]

Yet again, a paradigm shift took place, as once again My people were strengthened…

But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. [2Cor 15: 57]

So shall it be with My people who persevere, who go through the dark seasons, who cry out in repentance, if there be need in any area for repentance. Yea, cry out to Me and I shall strengthen you as you go through purging and purification.

Paradigm Shift

I would ask that you read about Faith and Quiet Confidence first, if you have not already. It seemed that it would be a short article, when the Lord put 'paradigm shift' in my spirit some days back, but it seems not. He is Sovereign. This is the first part.

Paradigm Shift - Part 1

Can you still trust Me when you seemingly have no outward joy in life, faint hope and trials that seem never-ending? Will you wait upon Me and wait for Me, when I am silent?

Have you been in hiding or gone into hiding, just as Elijah was in hiding in a cave by Brook of Cherith? Yes, David hid in caves as well. Do you feel cut off from the world and everything worldly? Do you feel cut off by others who have called themselves by My name?

Do you feel bound, hand and foot – desiring to go where I will send you, but unable to yet go, for I have not said where, when or how? Do your hands feel inactive – desiring to do more, to do greater works, to be more empowered by My Holy Spirit?

Do you feel that I have passed you over? Do you wonder what you have done for Me that has pleased Me or been of any real significance? Do you search your heart and weep because you seem so far from where you desire to be, or think you should be, yet you know that I have brought you far from where you once were?

Have you covered your mouth at times, unsure if you should speak forth that which is burning deep within? Do you feel that when you do speak, it seems as though no one listens and those that do are few? Is your spirit heavy; are you struggling to speak life over the aching of your shattered heart? Do you feel at times as if your light is hidden under a bushel?

Does it seem at times like your candle has been put out or very weak at best? In a moment of weakness, do you feel as though your holiness is defiled? Do you feel burnt out; sifted as wheat; misunderstood, unappreciated, profaned or weak? Do you struggle within, desiring for it all to end? Do you feel close to death or do you desire that your time here ends soon? You have cried out like Job, like Elijah …

Let My people go, I spoke through Moses. Unbind him and let him go, My Son Jesus/Y’shua spoke about Lazarus when he came forth from the grave. Come out; come out from amongst them.

I have spoken to My people, come out of the tombs of the dead churches. I have said to come out of Babylon; come out of Egypt; come out from the world; touch no unclean thing. Be ye separate, for you are in the world, but not of this world.

As Lazarus, My people could not see ahead at first, nor were their steps sure. Unbind them and let them go, I have said to the tormenting spirits. Death must come, death to the old and you shall see My resurrection power in the new.

Shake off your heaviness and your multitude of sorrows, for I have not finished with My mercies towards you. I shall be glorified. When you bring forth in lamentation, sorrow and great labor, I shall give you rest, and ease your labor.

I shall strengthen you. When you go into the field, laced by the woods, it is a place of solitude, yea, but you shall be shut in with Me. Do not be afraid, nor let your heart be troubled. I AM with you.

For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. [Is 55: 12]

Travail and bring forth, for from the labor (great pain), miraculous victory is birthed.

Gethsemane and the Death Cry

In the days of His flesh, Y’shua offered up prayers and supplications with blood, sweat and strong tears, to Him who was able to save Him from death. He was heard because of His reverence toward Me, His Father (Heb 5:7).

In Rev 12: 1, 5-6, you read where the woman flees to the wilderness, where she has a place prepared for her. Cry out in your spirit, or even in your flesh and lament. I shall be with you to bring you over to the promise; to bring you through to victory. It is time.

There is a void in the hearts of the sufferers, there is a death cry that rises up from the lips of their spirit, yea, but I AM the God of salvation. Sacrifice up the voice of praise and thanksgiving. Yea, death is a lone journey, as is birth. When turning from sin to repentance, there is a deathly groaning, a cry that comes forth from deep within a man’s soul, a horror in his flesh, as he enters the valley of death.

I AM He who will comfort you in your suffering. In death, there is inward travail and outward conflict – so it is in birthing, there is inward travail and outward conflict, as a great shift takes place. Satan comes to destroy the victory. He can appear as a pharaoh, as he did in Egypt with Moses.

He can appear as a Pontius Pilate, doing as Pilate did with Y’shua, as he washed his hands, endeavoring to cleanse himself outwardly of any responsibility and guilt. Can you comprehend that satan is resisting your victory? He will oppose it to the limit of his power, for his power is limited by what I allow.

Weep, Lament, Travail

Like as a woman with child, that draws near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and cries out in her pangs (outward conflict); so have we been in thy sight, O LORD.

We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen. [Is 26: 17, 18]

Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. (*note-compare with Rom 8:28)

A woman when she is in travail (inward travail) has sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembers no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. [Jn 16: 20,21]

Y’shua/ Jesus travailed with My plan of salvation, for He knew the work, the suffering and the sacrifice that only He could and would make. The Garden of Gethsemane (oil press) was the beginning of His labor, the beginning of His crushing; the beginning of His ‘pouring out’.

Yea, travail is pain. You must go through it all, in dying to self, yet I AM with you. Only through travail and labor can new life be birthed; a vision becomes reality!

Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.

Who has heard such a thing? who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once?

for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.

[Is 66: 7-9]

Be in pain and labor awhile longer, you who are faint in spirit and weary of the pain. Now you shall come forth, as Lazarus. You shall dwell for a time in the field, amongst the trees… a place of solitude, yet the time of solitude is nearly over. (think upon Job, Joseph, David)

Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shall you go forth out of the city, and you shall dwell in the field, and you shall go even to Babylon; there shall you be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

[Mic 4:10]

This is My Will

Are you greatly vexed in your spirit? Are you brought very low? Do you feel so very alone? Have you come to the end of yourself? I looked upon your misery and considered your distress. I answer your prayers. Have you not prayed, ‘Not my will but Thy will, Father?’

Hold fast and pray, for the day comes when you shall say, ‘It is finished’. If you are full of heaviness, greatly humbled, mourning sorely, full of lamentation, let your lamentation be heard on high. Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help. [Ps 22:11]

Bring forth with labor, for this victory is birthed after great sorrow. Are you feeling very weary? Bear up with good courage for that which has befallen you. This is My will concerning you. Arise and do! Go through for joy comes in the morning.

Remember Joseph who had been given two dreams with a great vision, yet everything seemingly (outwardly)went [appeared] wrong in his life from his youth until well into manhood, before the vision was birthed. It was birthed after great sorrow and laboring as a prisoner. Having been hated by his brothers, sold into slavery, poorly treated, yet oddly respected ('his God is with him'), falsely accused of trying to seduce Potiphar’s wife and wrongfully imprisoned.

He was seemingly forgotten by the king’s cupbearer, who promised to say a good word to the king on Joseph’s behalf. To many, it seemed as though he were forsaken by Me.

This is war, from the time of man’s fall, and there are endless battles, but I am the Lord of the battle. Is the altar of your heart broken down? Does it seem that your temple has been destroyed and defiled by man (people)? Does the inner place seem laid waste? Is the music and the song of your heart put to silence?

Does your rejoicing seem to be put to an end? Is your candle put out, or flickering faintly, with barely any strength? Do you feel your holiness has been defiled by the things you are exposed to in the world; things you hear and things that pass before your eyes? Yes, this is My perfect will for you, for I AM the Alpha and Omega; He who knows the end result from the beginning.

Snake Vision

Snake Vision

Yesterday, in an open vision, I saw a very large snake with its mouth open to attack a man in a turban, with a bearded face. The beard was white. The man was not shaken, but calm. The man seemed to anticipate the attack from the snake, but was prepared. Unbeknownst to the snake, there were two powers coming up to support the man in the turban. Although I did not see it, I understood that the snake was overpowered. - vision ended -

I understood the man in the turban to represent a Middle East country, likely Iran, possibly Israel? The white beard is indicative of an 'old' country. The snake represented America. In the vision, the snake's bold and confident attack was anticipated.
Two powerful countries will rise up to defend this Middle East country. Even if I do not fully understand all I see at times, what I have presented, I am confident of. The snake shall be overpowered, but not killed (not completely destroyed), as the attack was anticipated.

May our Lord continue to guide us as we press into Him for clear direction. Our confidence is in Yhvh/God.

Trust in Him at all times, ye people; Pour out your heart before Him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. [Ps 62:8]

Walking in Humility and Unity

There is no doubt in my mind that it is very important to our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ (Y’shua HaMashiach) that we walk humbly before Him.

He hath shown thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? [Mic 6:8]

As of late, I have spent so much time in prayer and reading the Word, increased now more than in past days. Yet it has been a time of many tears and a lot of travailing. All of us in the Body of Christ know that we know that we know things are taking place mightily within the Body, and without. We know that something is about to break forth both in the spiritual realm and in the physical; both for the good and for the bad.

We know because of the work He is doing inside of us, and not all of that work is pretty, or easy, or even comfortable. In fact, at times we cannot differentiate in our understanding if we are going through a fire, a trial (testing) of our faith, or if it is the enemy and flesh coming against us. I believe it is both.

There are reports from all over where brethren are going through incredulous things and are almost undone by it all. Finances, sickness in themselves or family, accidents, trouble in personal relationships and the list goes on. It seems like every area for so many is being hit.

There is only one of two things we will do; we will either seek out our heavenly Father and cry out to Him in prayer, and obey His instructions (obedience), out of our trust, faith and love for Him, or we will walk in fear and unbelief (disobedience).

We must seek Him. He is our hope, our refuge, our strong tower. There are things I didn’t even know were in me, that He has brought to my attention and I don’t say it proudly. As many others, I’ve asked Him to complete the work He began in me, that He would purge and purify me, that I would be a vessel of honor and not dishonor; ‘not’ for any other reason than to please Him because I love Him.

If it was not for Him loving me first, and His undeserved mercy and grace and longsuffering with me, it is more than likely I couldn’t even pray that. Any good in me is only His work, what He has done, and what He has patiently worked out in me. Until the day I pass from this dimension, this earth, He will continue to teach me and mold me. He does this with all of His, all… but we must be willing! So great is His love.

Being confident of this very thing, that He which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ [Phil 1:6]

He gladly does the work, because when it is HIS work, it is good work and all work will come under judgment.

For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil [Ecc 12:14]

For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. [Lk 8:17]

See that? … even every ‘secret’ thing. Now if we are serious about our walk, which I know that the true Body of Christ is; then we are going to be guarding what we see, what we hear and what we do to the best of our ability. If there are things that are hidden down inside of us, buried from our past, He is going to bring them up and we will have the choice to either face it [responsibility] and repent [accountability] or we can reject it.

Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with you, and with thy children after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God. [Deu 12:25]

If we are serious and trust Him, He will purge it out. He will bring all walls down like the walls of Jericho. He will smash every idol. He will cause us to hear our own words (what we confess, what we speak to and about others).

He will open our eyes to see as He sees. He will search our hearts and our motives. He will command us to love others as we love ourselves and He will try us to see if we love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our soul, all our mind and all our strength.

Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer. [Pro25:4]

He will cause us to be a holy people, IF we let Him. He won’t force us, but our choice best be considered carefully. He will have His remnant; He has always had a remnant. Maybe now you are catching the drift of why I have been travailing with tears. It has been humbling to see how far I fell short of His glory.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the lord and He shall lift you up [Jam 4.10]

Laying aside all flesh (sin, fleshly desires) when we pray is humbling; when we take our eyes off ourselves and our desires and look to Him, confessing all and making the choice to change our minds [genuine repentance]. In praying for others, we find ourselves praying the best, the Father’s will, as Jesus (Yahshua) taught us.

When we pray for others as Jesus/Y’shua would pray, we find ourselves loving those we pray for. We will find that we cannot speak against those we pray for, because our heart attitude has been changed.

We must be done with the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. All of us! How else will we glorify Him? How else will we be a Bride for Christ Jesus/Y’shua, without spot or blemish? The Father, our Holy Creator must do the work and we must be willing. But let’s go a step beyond willing to doing, because we do not want to be hearers only of the Word and not doers of the Word.

We must bring every thought, word and deed into submission. Yes, submission ─ a word that is not popular today (especially amongst women’s libbers and prideful souls). God is a God of order; He has a government.

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves [Phil 2:3]

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another [Gal 5:13]

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world [1Jn 2:16]

There is much going on in my life also that leaves me not knowing where exactly He is leading, and my trust is being tried like never before, and at times, I do battle doubt, but battle it I will and do because it will lead to fear and that will lead to unbelief.

I would rather fear God than fear man or any circumstance. I have heard people say, “What kind of God wants us to fear Him? Is that a God of love?” That is our rebellious generation. We want a God who will serve us and our desires, rather than desiring to serve a holy God. Fear is said to mean respect, love, honor, be in awe of… yes, fear ─ He is God! Holy King!

With a word He created everything; with a word, He can destroy everything, including us. He has that right; He is the Sovereign God. We must fear God. This is what we are told to do. If the Father, the Almighty, Sovereign Yhvh/God tells us to trust Him, we do not want to disobey that.

I know that I cannot make it without Him; without Him, I can do nothing; any glance in retrospect would quickly remind me. Stay in His word and in prayer. We must abide in Him, as grapes that cling to the Vine, so we must cling to Christ Jesus; for He is the HEAD and we are the BODY. Just as grapes shrivel up and die apart from the vine, so will we shrivel up and die apart from Christ.

UNITY

Another thing He showed me was how He is uniting the Body. This is why each part must go through the fire and through the trials; the testing of our faith and love for the Father, Sovereign King and Holy God. Yet we see another force at work; the work of our adversary, satan and his armies.

We hear New Agers, satanists, politicians, many religions calling for unity; a global unity, a New World Order. We must guard ourselves so very carefully. We hear the words Lord, God, Father, love, unity and countless other words and we automatically think, ‘O, they are a believer. They follow Christ Jesus.’

Not so! It is a whole topic all in itself and I won’t get into it here at this time. However, a word of warning that just because you hear words that are often used in the Body of Christ, words used by the disciples who follow Jesus/Yahshua, does not mean that they follow after the Christ.

Jesus warned us of false teachers and false prophets, wolves amongst the flock. We have to be so careful, and the discernment we need will only come through abiding in Jesus (Y’shua) and being filled with the precious Holy Spirit! It is He who gives us discernment, through His Spirit and through His Word.

For there shall arise false Christ and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect [Mat 24:24]

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily [privately, secretly] shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction [2Pet 2:1]

All jealousies, envying, competition, strife, all of it must be done away with. Again, this comes back to dying to self. A few years ago, I wrote an article called Shout Ahead, Echo Behind. In it, I discussed how our Lord speaks through people.

The forerunners are usually the first to come out with a message, then it ripples through the Body, right down to the ones who are ‘echoing behind’, speaking what the Holy Spirit of the Father gave them to speak.

It could be the same message, centuries apart, decades apart, months, weeks or days apart, but we speak as the Holy Spirit leads us. It is like a relay race; each runner passing the baton to the next runner… all running to achieve a common goal; working together as one, in unity.

Now, as far as I can see, humility and unity go hand in hand. They have to; they complement one another. A few times, I was a forerunner in the giving of messages. I would hear others come out with similar words, a common thread, or the main theme of the Father’s message.

Sometimes, way at the first, I thought the ones who came out with a message that was almost identical to the one the Lord had spoken through me, were copying me and I was rather indignant. It is true that there are false prophets who do steal a word and run with it, but let’s think about it.

Better still, I will speak from personal experience about how the Lord straightened me out on this. First of all, it’s our flesh that would be offended at someone else speaking similar messages as the ones we give. Pride, self...call it whatever you will, it is our flesh and our immaturity in the body of Christ.

Secondly and more dangerously, are we seeking the glory for ourselves, seeking approval of man or are we simply being vessels of the Most High, seeking to please Him in obeying Him for HIS glory? I since repented even thinking it, as I was utterly ashamed and disgusted with myself.

Never shall I return to such immaturity and fleshly thoughts because I have learned and learned well. It is not a competition; this is crucial to understand. The enemy and the world want us to be like them, competing in everything. This is about our Creator, Savior and King and it is about the lost, those held captive and in the kingdom of the enemy.

We seek to speak forth what the Lord would have us speak. It is all for His glory, but always for our good. He speaks in various ways, through many vessels and through any means that HE so chooses. He is the Sovereign God: Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omni-competent and Omnipresent.

There may be times that we are forerunners with a message, shouting ahead. Other times, it seems we are running neck to neck or simultaneously with another who has the same message, and many other times, we may see ourselves echoing behind.

There have been times (before the Lord humbled me) that I thought I was a forerunner with a message, only to find out a similar message had gone out into the world through a messenger of God years before, sometimes even before I was born. Suddenly, I looked like the one who had taken the words of another, yet in the core of my heart, I knew the Father had given me that message through His Holy Spirit. So truly, we must take all things to the Lord, least we judge unwisely and incorrectly.

One thing for sure is that if I have thought these things, guaranteed others have thought like this or may be thinking so now. I would like to encourage you that if you know in your heart that the Father gave you a message in your quiet time with Him in prayer, be assured that He is speaking the same message to others. He is not the author of confusion. We are a body of believers, working together, for a common goal.

Let us walk in true humility and give Him thanks, praise and glory for who He is and the way that He works. He truly is amazing. There are no adequate words in our limited vocabulary to describe Him. Yes, there may be people who are not spending time with Him and steal a message from another, but leave it between them and the Father.

Remember, it is not our glory that they are taking; rather the glory belongs to the King only! Leave things in God’s hands, for He will surely deal with it in His time. If you are accused of doing these things, and you know in your heart that the Father gave you the message, then please, just pray for that person, that the Father show them His great love for His body. Our motives and intentions must be all for Him.

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart [Heb 4:12]

For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God [1Jn 3:20]

Now I have new understanding and it came at a cost to my flesh, a humbling. If we do not humble ourselves and get ‘self’ out of the way and off the throne of our hearts, our Lord will humble us; out of His love. We must allow the King to take His rightful place upon the throne of our hearts.

We have a GOOD Father who is not slack in disciplining and correction. Now I rejoice when I hear another giving a similar message. It is confirmation! O, how we long for and need confirmation to much of what we say and hear. When the Lord confirms through His word (which He will never contradict) and through other people, by His Holy Spirit, it lets me know that I am truly hearing from the Father and glory goes to the Father for His amazing love. He keeps everything in balance.

He truly is not a respecter of persons. He loves His Creation; His children; His people. Period! Therefore, understanding this brings unity within the Body and love wells up in our hearts. This is what the Father’s desire is; that the Body of Christ should walk in love and grace, loving mercy, walking in unity and walking humbly before our God.

We can trust the Lord God to discipline His people and we can trust Him to straighten out any misunderstandings (teach us), if we are willing to pray one for another and obey Him, as He directs our steps. Let us be submissive, as taught in His word. It is so crucial that we work together with ONE mind, ONE spirit and in one ACCORD.

Only let your conversation be as it becomes the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in ONE spirit, with ONE mind, striving together for the faith of the gospel [1 Phil 1:27] - (caps are mine)

Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace [Eph 4:6]

And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given Himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savour [Eph 5:2]

So may we seek God, staying in prayer, walking in faith, obedience, love, mercy and humility. Do we really have to make our Father humble us with chastisement, so that we learn obedience, or will we come to understand that in His love, He will do all that is necessary to teach us?

If we are sincere about being molded into the image of His Son, Jesus the Christ, we will embrace correction gladly, even if it hurts or is uncomfortable for a little while. Let all we do and speak glorify Him alone, for He is worthy. The time is short! The hour is late! Let us walk in humility and love; to be vessels unto honor; to do the greater works but mostly, to please our Creator and Father!

We are not greater than our Master. Let us quickly learn obedience in all any and all of our suffering as we go through the fire and the water; let us seek to obey our Lord, so that it may be well with us! Let us submit humbly, keeping the faith until the return of our Messiah, Jesus the Christ of Nazareth (Y’shua haMaschiach)!

Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; [Heb5:8]

Whether it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of the Lord our God, to whom we send thee; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the Lord our God. [Jer 42:6]

I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man comes, shall He find faith on the earth? [Lk 18:8]

It is my hope to show you why the Lord is allowing His people to go through preparation, purification and testing in these latter days, at the end of this age. By pointing out current events (only in part because so much is happening), we can see the urgency and know our Creator and Lord is Sovereign.

So, let us put together the news events that the Lord has brought across my path the last few years. Let us also keep in mind the seriousness of the hour and the call of our Lord to lay down our lives, in dying to self (fleshly desires etc.) and walk holy and obedient to Him. Is it not our reasonable service?

We are to warn others and not be dismayed at their faces. Three years or four years ago, the Lord spoke to me about the great darkness coming upon the land. I posted it... we are in dark times brethren, and yes, it is going to get darker, but we serve a God we can trust!

We walk by faith and not by sight!

Alex Jones and William Cooper – One Killed, One Spared/Same Type of Info Being Released

The following is VIDEO INFO posted on YouTube on January 27, 2012 from Infowars (Prison Planet) with Alex Jones. Even if I am somewhat skeptical (plus other cautionary checks within me) regarding Alex Jone’s motives for presenting information, the fact remains that he does come out with valid information at times.

I do think that he has come a long way from the night of New Year’s Eve 1999/2000, when he was live on the radio speaking about Y2K. (I did not hear the actual recording of that night until about 2007, when I came across a website that posted the actual radio show that night.)

It was obvious that at that time, Alex Jones was making some things up as he went along, likely for dramatic effect. He bore the ridicule of several listeners after Y2K came and went without incident, and he immediately lost a great deal of his audience.

However, the numbers of his ‘fans’ have once again increased by leaps and bounds, as the years ticked by. I am not a ‘fan’ or a ‘hater’, but I will research and dig for information, if I feel led by the Holy Spirit.

William Cooper was known in the public eye before Alex Jones was. In fact, Jones admired Cooper and sought to compliment him in the highest form possible – imitation. Cooper came against Jones publicly for fearmongering about Y2K etc, during a radio interview of the two going ‘tete-a-tete’.

Cooper was also the first one to warn the public that the United States was going to present a false flag soon, in order to lead up to and bring in a one world government, one world order (new order). Only months later, 911 occurred.

Less than two months after 911, Cooper was considered an ‘enemy of the United States’ and was gunned down and killed by law enforcement from another county, as he was running to go inside his home. A short time before that day, he removed his wife and children from the home, in order to ‘protect’ them. He knew he was going to be killed.

My reservations about Jones should not be your reservations. We are told in the Word of God to try every spirit to see if it is of God (and that includes me – every spirit) and we are told repeatedly to seek God.

To be exposing the information regarding fema camps, which are supposed to hold thousands of insurgents (rising in revolt against established authority, especially government), yet in the same breath, encourage citizens of America to resist (the American resistance?), seems like an oxymoron to me. Alarms go off.

With that being said, Jones has worked hard and has wrapped up the information he has in the two short videos below quite skillfully. (If you are led, join me and pray for Alex Jones; let the Holy Spirit lead the prayer.)

Still Time to Repent (Change Your Mind)

The agreements made between agencies and the Executive Orders spoken of within these videos have been passed. If you are interested, I would like to walk you through what the Lord has been revealing to me since I began my search for truth in mid-July, 2005. (Many others have done the same, but so many have to be reached. My heart is so people see the times we are in, come out of denial and rebellion, and turn back to our Creator, Savior and Redeemer!)

[The year 2005, when I began a deeper search for truth was a painful time in my life. A friend that I had known for just shy of ten years severed all ties with me. It was also the time that my eyes were opened and I saw, felt and experienced the raunchy presence of the Jezebel spirit. It was the first time that I cried out to God (Yhvh), ‘O Lord, where are the true ones?’ Mid-2006, I began digging even deeper.

If I am led, I will share it sometime soon, but to inject the story here and now would be to get off-track from the present subject. Suffice it to say, that the Lord is faithful. He does lead us into all truth, but like Daniel, sometimes we have to wait before we understand and before it all comes together, in order to be understood.]

Agreements, Programs and Executive Orders

Back in March, 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Cdn. Prime Minister Paul Martin, and Mexican President Vicente Fox announced the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership). Rumors echoed that this was in fact, the re-named NAU (North American Union). Such rumors were quashed. Here is a Wikipedia page, which posted the news regarding the signing of the SPP accord by the three leaders.

Oddly enough, someone else has gone to great lengths to downplay the NAU (re-named SPP), claiming it as a ‘theoretical economic union’ and “the subject of various conspiracy theories”. The author posted his/her information on the Wikipedia website - re: North American Union. Two conflicting pages on the Wikipedia site on the same topic might seem like a plan to confuse the masses.

Back in 2008, the Lord warned of civil unrest, children with guns and much more, which I have posted in separate articles (see archives). Recently, I posted on the blog that the term ‘Revolution’ (pertaining to civil unrest amongst the American people) was re-named the ‘Resistance’.

(I see the Occupy Movement as the beginning of this resistance, which will become full-blown worse and ‘possibly’ renamed as ‘civil unrest’, with protesters being called ‘terrorists’.) Some have shaken their heads in disbelief.

When looking for more info on the NAU/SPP, I stumbled upon this site. It is a link posted back in September, 2005, from a website that is ironically called: The American Resistance (theamericanresistance.com).

The owner of the website has painstakingly undertaken much research and homework to put this particular webpage together. He/she did provide numerous links to validate what was being posted.

Read what ‘The American Resistance’ website says about the North American Union, back in 2005, the date of the post. (note* - The official link that the American resistance site provided for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America has been removed from the internet, sometime between 2005, when the ‘resistance’ first posted it and now-2012.

You will see this message: “Sorry 'www.spp.gov ' does not exist or is not available’, when you click on the SPP link on that site.

Cozy US/Canada Relations – More than Allies?

The NorthCom agreement (between Canada and US) signed and in effect since February 14, 2005. I have shared this link over the last few years with many people to warn them (as led by the Lord). The link provided is the actual link for the NorCom military website, describing the U.S. NorCom and Canada Command established the bilateral Civil Assistance Plan.

The very next month after NorCom (United States) and Canada Command signed the Civil Assistance Plan the US President (George W. Bush), Canadian Prime Minister (Paul Martin) and Mexican President (Vicente Fox) met again. During the week beginning, March 21, 2005, the leaders met to discuss continental security, a joint security perimeter for North America, as well as an integrated terror watch, among other things. Their goal was 2010.

According to this report, it was “ jointly sponsored by the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations, the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations” .

Also, in 2005, the Canada-US Shiprider agenda was introduced. This link is from the official Royal Canadian Mounted Police website (www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca), but you can read about the Canada-U.S. Shiprider pilot on their website.

Shiprider involved: Five Canada-U.S. Shiprider pilots were conducted as a “proof of concept” for the Integrated Cross-border Maritime Law Enforcement Operations (ICMLEO). One of these ‘pilots’ that were conducted was: “The 2010 G20 Shiprider Security Operation in support of the G8/G20 Summits in Toronto”.

For those who may have forgotten or may not know, martial law (for the first time in history) was in effect in Toronto, Canada during the G8/G20 summit meetings. The legislation for martial law was secretly passed and most government representatives were unaware of it being passed in a secret meeting between five cabinet ministers.

(note* I remember a distraught Canadian mother asking for prayer for her son because he was called as a police officer to assist in implementing martial law, and as a Christian, he was against enforcing it, but did not want to lose his job.)

Ontario Ombudsman, Andre Marin released his final report on the G20 summit in Toronto and focused on the misuse of a wartime regulation called the Public Works Protection Act, which led to the largest mass arrest in Canadian history and a violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

(*note - the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is to Canadians what the Constitution is to Americans). Martial law in Toronto Ontario, Canada, in 2010 at the G20 summit was akin to the 1939 'wartime' regulation enforced in Canada during that time period.

I would like to direct your attention to a conference that was held 2007. The first link explains the reason for the meeting between Homeland Security and Canada-U.S. Border Trade. The second link is from the same website, but explains the agenda of the conference.

Two things caught my eye. Amongst the speakers was Steve Flynn-Senior Fellow, CFR (Council on Foreign Relations). Not only is this speaker a member of the CFR, but look at the titles of the books he has authored ─ “America the Vulnerable” and “The Edge of Disaster”.

Other points of interest were two topic discussions, in particular.

(1)Preparedness, Response and Consequence Management (2) Address: The Canada-U.S. Security Partnership. (SPP? – ed)

Homeland Security and Canada-U.S. Border Trade held a conference on October 25-26, 2007 in Windsor, Ontario to supposedly discuss and hold a "Implications for Public Policy and Business Strategy" conference. The conference was for 120 business executives, government officials and academics. You can read about the conference schedule, topics, speakers and agenda here.

In June, 2007, Canada joined the U.S. in implementing the Passenger Protection Program, bill C-42, where all airlines must share information with the DHS (Department of Homeland Security), pertaining to all passengers who have flights entering into and flying over US airspace.

Representatives (MPs) of Canada Parliament voiced their stands, concerns and opinions.

Joint Security Perimeter (United States – Canada)

The document itself is 40 pages long (in PDF). Some interesting excerpts from that document are presented here, exactly as they are in the document. The numbering is mine, as it is to show different statements (excerpts) pulled out from the document:

( 1)We intend to make the Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Canada on Emergency Management Cooperation, updated in 2008, a cornerstone of these efforts.

( 2)We intend to work together to defend and protect our use of air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace, and enhance the security of our integrated transportation and communications networks.

( 3)On February 4, 2011, the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of the United States issued Beyond the Border: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness.

The Declaration established a new long-term partnership built upon a perimeter approach to security and economic competitiveness. This means working together, not just at the border, but “beyond the border” to enhance our security and accelerate the legitimate flow of people, goods, and services. Leaders called for the development of a joint Action Plan to realize this goal, which is embodied in this document.

( 4)Develop a common approach to assessing threats and identifying those who pose a risk under the principle that a threat to either country represents a threat to both.

( 5)Measuring Progress: The U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Public Safety Canada, in coordination with relevant intelligence agencies in both countries, will produce a joint inventory of existing intelligence work and a gap analysis and identify next steps by September 30, 2012.

( 6)We will utilize the Cross-Border Crime Forum and create other forums to discuss ways to improve law enforcement information sharing practices, and to identify opportunities to improve effective and responsible national security intelligence information sharing.

( 7)Measuring Progress: By January 31, 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), DHS, Public Safety Canada, and Justice Canada will determine the way ahead.

( 8)Facilitate secure passage and expedite processing through implementing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology at appropriate crossings.

( 9)The United States and Canada will develop integrated cross-border law enforcement operations, including deploying regularized Shiprider teams.

( 10) The DOJ, DHS, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Public Safety Canada, and Justice Canada will complete the scope of operations and program architecture for the “Next Generation” pilot projects by spring or summer 2012, and two pilots will be deployed simultaneously by summer 2012.

(*ed.note – DOJ is Department of Justice; DHS is Department of Homeland Security). This report has the Seal of the United States President and was released just weeks ago, December 2011.

Here is the notorious National Defense Authorization bill that seemed to upset many people. Why? According to a post located at http://rt.com/usa/news/obama-hedges-ndaa-sued-933/, the paragraph below is why people are upset:

Obama amended the NDAA with a signing statement on New Year's Eve, insisting that while the Act does indeed give him the power to detain his own citizens indefinitely without charge, that doesn’t mean he will do so. Specifically, Obama wrote that his administration “will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens.” Under another piece of legislation, however, the government is being granted the right to suspend citizenship of any American if the Enemy Expatriation Act joins the ranks of the NDAA as an atrocious act approved by the president.”

Use of Drones to Keep Americans and Canadians Under Surveillance?

Nothing is etched in stone, but this article discusses drones being used for surveillance on citizens. NY Times newspaper expounds on drones further. One excerpt from the articles states:

In February 2011, researchers unveiled a hummingbird drone, built by the firm AeroVironment for the secretive Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which can fly at 11 miles per hour and perch on a windowsill. But it is still a prototype. [* note – a year ago, it was a prototype, and now?*]

Sopa and Pipa – Bills to Control Internet Rejected

Sopa and Pipa were two bills that had tongues clacking and anger rising; however, these bills did not pass legislation… this time. On January 18, 2012, when I was conducting research, I tried to access Wikipedia, but the famous ‘online encyclopedia’ had blocked access to their pages to protest those bills and to encourage their users to do the same.

The ‘block access’ (a 24-hour black-out period)was not only a form of protest, but may well have been to drive home the point of what it would be like to have the internet controlled by the government, disallowing certain sites to be displayed.

In Conclusion

For thus has the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he sees. [Is 21:6]

But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand. [Ez 33:6]

All of us who follow Christ and cling to Him understand the times we are in. It makes perfect sense to me why the Lord has spoken of the final purification of His people, including preparation and testing, for all that is coming. We must embrace the fires of purification and go through the testing. He will strengthen us.

The dream I posted in Clash of the Kingdoms - Part 3 on January 21, 2012 mentioned military activity and that it was not a drill. Here is an excerpt from that post:

I was sharing a dream I had the night before: As I was returning to my house, a radio broadcast put out by the government was announcing to the people not to be alarmed at increased military activity in the homeland.

The announcer urged people not to panic because the military were simply carrying out drills. I saw two warships with a small tugboat sandwiched in-between them. All sea vessels were in single file, but they seemed unwisely close together. Then, aircraft appeared in the sky. Two jets flew past, oddly low and incredibly fast.

“This is the real thing. It is no drill.’ I commented to a neighboring woman. She did not believe me. ‘The government would announce it!’ she said curtly and went back into her house. An abnormally large, triangular-shaped aircraft appeared.

Somehow I knew that it was not friendly, although it was traveling slowly and seemingly nonaggressive. Flashes of light were appearing sporadically everywhere in the distance, on the horizon. War was on. The government had not announced war in the broadcast, but had lied to the people.

We know that the Lord is faithful to guide us. We are not to fear, but we must be aware of what is going on around us. The prophets and apostles knew what was going on in their country. They well understood the Lord’s call to repentance and the warnings that He issued.

We can trust the Lord, but we must be holy and obedient, keeping a repentant heart. We are running out of time! These plans of the governments globally have been going on all the time, often behind closed doors. The people are kept ‘distracted’ with news of countless dead birds, fish and mammals, UFO news, underground bunkers, Elenin, etc. The list is so very long.

Let us not fear, keeping in mind the following scriptures.

The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. [Ps 18:2]

As for God, His way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in Him [Ps 18:30]

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusts in Thee. [Is26:3]

Urgent Message to All Nations

Brethren, I would like to share a few videos that the Lord led me to put together

about 2 years ago. After the Clash of the Kingdoms, it came to me today about these short vids. I had forgotten about them for the most part, but they really fit in with The Clash of the Kingdoms. The Lord is good!

Each one is approximately 10 minutes in duration, but the first series, which is called: Healed, Restored and Holy (Parts 1-4) comes out to a total of 40 minutes in order to get the entire message.

They were put into 10 minutes videos because they were put up on YouTube. Anyone who posts videos on YouTube and is NOT a paid subscriber is only allowed to post 10 minute videos. The videos you see on YouTube that are lengthy are usually on accounts where people pay to subscribe to YouTube.

The next two videos (also 10 minutes in duration) totals 20 minutes. So, if you have about an hour to spare to watch these videos, it is my hope that they will bless you.

The Lord is forever encouraging His people because He understands more than any of us just what it means to pick up our cross and die to self. Jesus (Y'shua) went through it literally.

Everyone wants to be the 'remnant', and I suppose most of us, if not all of us, believe that we are. Yet we know there is a cost; and laying it all down in sweet surrender is hard, painful and the flesh does not give up without a fight. Period.

This is what we must overcome - the flesh and all of its desires, lusts and appetites. It is a hard call! It is not easy!

Even in Jesus' time, it was the same:

Then said one unto Him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And He said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. [Lk 13: 23, 24]

It is not easy to die to self and we all know this. Laying down everything is incredibly hard and this is where we must count the cost. May the Lord strengthen each and every one of us, as we seek to walk by faith and not by sight, picking up our cross to follow after Him - walking as a faithful child, willing and obedient.

Coming out of a three day fast, with no food or water, prayers went up for every nation upon this earth and for the Lord to save many who would turn, within each nation. We serve a good King and Creator. I was given a message and it shall be posted here. Be prepared because it is lengthy. To God alone the glory!

My precious child, I have seen your sacrifices (denying self) and know the cost, for you have laid down your life.

The clash of the kingdoms has begun. All My people have felt the heart of the cleansing fires. All My people have experienced the great waters that purify. Many have experienced the final purging, cleansing, purification and many more shall soon experience it.

Faith is Tried

For the fire is as a refiner’s fire, yea, the cleansing, purging and purifying most necessary. I will have a holy people, separated unto Me.

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on My name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is My people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. [Zec 13:9]

That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: [1Pet 1:7]

For a season, I allowed Satan to sift you as wheat. [Lk 22: 31,32]

Though you have considered that I might have left you (Ichabod – Glory has departed) amidst your trials and tribulation, I have not. I have kept a watchful eye upon you and all that concerns you.

The trying of your faith has come forth as pure gold and fine silver. This is My doing, least any man should boast. Boast in the One who knew you before the foundation of the earth and who knit you together in your mother’s womb.

I have been preparing My people. I have been preparing the Bride. The sons of God are manifesting, yea, but so are the children of the devil. The enemy and his armies sought to destroy you, but I have not allowed it.

When you laid down your life, the enemy saw that the victory was Mine, for I AM the Alpha and Omega. I AM He who knows the end result from the beginning. Satan sought to steal your hope, kill your faith and destroy your destiny.

The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill and to destroy: but I have come that you may have life and that you may have it more abundantly. [Jn 10:10]

The process has been most painful for My people, but most necessary. I have taken them step by step, from faith to faith and from glory to glory.

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. [Rom 1:17]

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory,even as by the Spirit of the Lord. [2 Cor 3:18]

Great changes are happening. The clash of the kingdoms is about to escalate as never has been seen before, nor shall be seen again. My people know and understand the clash of the kingdoms, as they have sought to overcome the flesh; as they have daily picked up their cross to follow after My Christ, Jesus of Nazareth (Y’shua the Messiah).

And He said to them all, If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. [Lk 9: 23]

In the death to self (the fleshly desires, appetites, lusts), My resurrection power will be and is known and seen. Yes, My people know and understand the clash of the kingdoms, as satan (adversary) came against them and all that concerns them. For a season, I have allowed it.

For what satan intended for evil, I intended for good. For you know that all things work together for good, to those who love Me and are the called, according to My purpose. [Rom 8:28]

Yea, but now is the time that the world shall know the clash of the kingdoms. Evil and wickedness have corrupted this earth. Evil and wicked men who serve the adversary have been deceived into believing that they are as gods. [Gen 3:5]

With power, influence and riches, they carry out their secret plans and bring forth their wicked devices, hidden as it were in ‘plain view’. Many are asleep and completely unaware; others have awoken, yet look around in a confused state.

Sound the Alarm – Shout the Warning

Seek Me. I say, Awaken those who slumber. I say speak to those in a confused state. Tell them to arise! Arise! Tell them to seek first My kingdom (the kingdom of God) and My righteousness…

Speak to the wayward, the compromisers, the backsliders. Tell them; Woe to you, if you keep up your rebellious ways. Listen! Do you hear the approach of the King? He indeed offers grace and mercy, but He is also a God of judgment and justice. Awake! Arise! Choose, choose, choose this day whom you will serve! [Josh 24:15]

Tell them, Our redemption draws nigh. Open your eyes and see! Open your ears and hear! Turn, turn, turn from all wickedness and unrighteousness, and our King shall hear you, forgive and heal your land. Then shall His eyes be open and His ears intent unto your prayer. [2Chron 7: 14, 15]

Now I say to My people, My watchmen, My shepherds and My warriors: Do not be afraid of their faces or astonished at their words as you speak forth all that I would have you speak. Allow your love to grant you the boldness to speak forth, for their very souls are at jeopardy. Remind them of the lake of fire and the second death that awaits all who defy their Creator.

They will either turn or they will stop their ears from hearing and hate you to the point where they seek to kill you to stop your words. Come, come, for the harvest is ripe but the laborers few. The earth and all of its inhabitants, people of every nation, every tongue, every tribe and clan are about to witness the clash of the kingdoms as never before.

Death and destruction are coming upon this earth as never has been seen before and never shall be seen again. Those today who believe that you are fearmongering, and become enraged against you are as those who slew the priests and the prophets that served Me in days gone by. Yea, these are as those who slew the priests, the prophets, the apostles and even My only begotten Son, Jesus the Christ of Nazareth.

Great Tribulation – God’s Judgment

Just as Job experienced one catastrophe (calamity) after another in rapid succession, so shall the people upon this earth see one catastrophe after another, as great tribulation begins.

My judgment has gone forth. I have delayed (judgment) at times, in answer to prayers. I have repented (turned) from judgment in areas where people repented of their sins and cried out to Me.

The roar of My righteous anger has gone forth. I have told My people and some of My people heard. Many have spoken of the roaring of the Lion of Judah, but few believed. God of Glory Thundereth

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but He reveals His secret unto His servants the prophets.

The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy? [Amos 3: 87, 8]

Jesus Forewarned

Earthquakes, great floods (tsunamis) and war shall destroy multitudes. Death, famine, captivity and torment are moving and shall manifest soon. Tongues of fire and ‘rain fire’ (fire that falls as rain) shall consume man, beast and creation itself. War and rumors of war, My Son Jesus forewarned about, yea, but I say that war will soon be a rumor no longer upon the lands that have known peace for a long time.

The Devil’s Wrath

The earth moans and groans as it travails and the very heavens shall show forth My judgment. The prophets and My Son forewarned. Who is listening? Who opens their ears to hear?

The wrath of the devil (satan, adversary) is upon every nation and every people, for he knows his time is short.

Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time. [Rev 12:12]

Turn to Me now whilst you can, for if you close your ears to Me now, so shall I close My ears to you in the day of great trouble. The great and dark day, that which is called ‘the day of the Lord’ is coming. Woe to those who taste of My wrath! Woe to the prideful and rebellious, for many were the people I sent to warn, and still I send them.

My Son offered up His life and spilled His precious blood as atonement for sins and to reconcile man back to their Creator. Yet many trample on His blood, including many who call themselves by My name.

The Clash of the Kingdoms

The clash of the kingdoms ─ the clash of the kingdoms ─ the clash of the kingdoms has begun. The dragon shall be unleashed, as shall wormwood, yea, the destroyer shall be turned loose.

Turn, turn, turn now. I have been longsuffering, but now My righteous anger shall go forth in judgment and justice. NONE shall stop My hand.

To My obedient and loving children, I say: Fear not. Peace, be still, for I send forth My angels to watch over you. Cleave to Me, trust, continue in faith, trust and obey and I shall direct your steps.

True revival shall come upon the nations as well. Miracles of deliverance, healing, salvation and restoration shall be as in the days of Jesus. Greater – My Son promised greater things shall you do. This is where the clash of the kingdoms shall be seen. Miracles amidst great tribulation – running parallel.

Be on guard for the counterfeit, for the enemy is wise, crafty and subtle. Do not turn to other gods, for you will only see and know the deception when it is too late, unless you cling to Me.

Hear Me! There will be a parallel in the clash of the kingdoms. Were you not warned that if it were possible, even the very elect would be deceived? Cling to the Vine, ye righteous branches! Cleave to your Creator!

Give praise and thanksgiving, for your King shall come and is now approaching, with ten thousands of His saints, and every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord.

Beware of any Christ that appears in a way that is contrary to My word.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. [Mat 24:24]

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints [Jude 1:14]

For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

[Rom 14:12]

Be not deceived, for Jesus (Y’shua) warned that this would be after great tribulation. Get My word down into your heart and give Jesus, Your King (Who is the Word) His rightful place on the throne of your heart. Selah

Offer Praise and Thanksgiving

Stand fast. Be brave. The clash of the kingdoms has begun. Those who are Mine and those who turn to Me now, with a broken and contrite heart, repenting of uncleanness and unrighteousness (sins) need not fear.

Blessings are about to be upon My obedient children. The wealth of the wicked shall transfer to the righteous. They shall do great exploits by the blood of the Lamb and by His name.

Healing, deliverance, restoration shall be upon them as a cloak and their very shadow shall bring these things to multitudes, for they shall be filled to overflowing with My Spirit and Christ Jesus. Many shall be saved.

To the Lord’s Obedient Ones

To My obedient ones, all your mourning shall turn to joy. I shall give you beauty for ashes [Is 61] and I shall restore the years the locusts have eaten, that great army that I sent. [Joel 2:25]

Yea indeed, all that was intended for evil (by wicked man, as well as satan and his armies), I intended for good. Taste and see that I AM good and My mercy endures forever.

Yea, the clash of the kingdoms has begun (and shall grossly intensify). Yet fear not, for the King of the (heavenly) Kingdom approaches!

Clash of the Kingdoms – Part 5

Yesterday, at the end of my post, I put a portion of the word the Lord had given me, as He spoke and led me through the Holy Scriptures. I promised to put the rest up today for the brethren.

I decided to put the whole word in its entirety to keep the flow, so you can read it as I was lead and as it was written down. May the peace of God be upon all who read it. Truly He is a good God and His mercy does endure forever.

I have bore with great patience and longsuffering with you, as you suffered, and have not delighted in the great grief upon you, yet some of the suffering has been due to procrastination on your part. This delayed My hand, for I extended mercy.

The enemy tormented you and tore you as a lion who seeks to devour to satisfy his hunger. Yea, but you were warned to “be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour” [1Pet 5:8]

I have used this trial for good, as a testing of your faith and to purge and purify you. Now hear the word of your God: Procrastinate no longer. Do as I ask, so that all will go well with thee.

It is time, My Bride. Keep a repentant heart and be holy, as I AM holy.

If you will continue on in obedience, a hot coal shall be placed upon your lips and you shall speak with boldness. You shall be a pure, clean vessel unto honor and ye shall do the greater works, as Y’shua My Son decreed. I shall lead you in the way that you should go and you shall do great exploits.

War shall be upon this land within a year. Do not seek a date, but trust that as you cleave to Me, I shall direct you in all things. This nation as a whole, will not repent. Therefore, the enemies of this nation shall be allowed to ravage it for a season.

This war will affect this nation’s allies and great shall be the sorrow and grief of the people. This judgment is to bring people to repentance, to turn from their wicked ways.

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. [2Pet 3:9]

Yea, but those who have overcome and continue to walk obediently shall be mighty instruments in My hand. Multitudes, multitudes shall come into the valley of decision. Yea, they shall flee, mourning upon the mountains for their iniquity.

But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity. [Ez 7: 16]

I shall bring forth deliverance, healing and restoration through the hands of My vessels unto honor. I have begun revival, for it is beginning within My own people, as the fire of their trial and tribulation purges, and as the flood waters of their trials purified.

The waters of separation have purified and the fire has made My people clean. They separated themselves unto Me and allowed My hand to guide them, as they walk by faith and not by sight. They are washed and covered in the blood of the Lamb.

Every thing that may abide the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abides not the fire ye shall make go through the water. [Num 31:23]

Many false revivals have swept across the lands, yet these did not cause My people to repent. Yea, instead they see signs and wonders that satisfied the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life.

Seducing spirits caused them to offer strange fire upon the altars of their hearts to idols and unclean, unholy spirits. They acted as fools, giving glory to and following after man, rather than giving glory to and following after their King and Creator.

Yea, but those who sought truth heard the call to ‘come out from amongst them’ and deliverance, healing and restoration is and shall be the result.

Natural calamities shall manifest and come forth also, for My judgments go forth to yield yet more opportunities for the nations upon this earth to repent of their iniquities and idol worship, and return to their Creator.

For salvation is the reason that My Son Y’shua/ Jesus came, and the purpose of His life being offered up, shedding His precious blood as He hung upon the tree was to reconcile mankind to Me.

And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; [2 Cor 5:18]

I am not a God who is afar off, nor have My ears been deaf unto your cries. I have gathered your precious tears into a vial. I drew you close to My bosom when you were too afraid and numb to feel it.

I gathered you as a hen does with her chicks, yet your consuming grief made you unaware. Yea, I AM He who was rejected; He who is acquainted with sorrow; I bore your griefs and carried your sorrows
[Is 53:3]

Divorce, separation and infidelity has destroyed many homes, and the ruins of the people are scattered across the nations, yea, all the nations of the world. Yet I say to those who cleave to Me:

Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed: neither be confounded for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood (aloneness) any more. [Is 54:4]

For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee. In a little wrath I hid My face from thee for a moment, but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, says the Lord your Redeemer.

For this is as the waters of Noah to Me, for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be wroth (great anger, irate) with thee, nor rebuke thee.

For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall the covenant of My peace be removed, says the Lord that has mercy on you. [Is 54: 7 – 10]

I AM He who walks upon the winds of the wind; I AM He who calls things that are not as though they were. [Ps 104:3; Rom 4:17]

Behold, you shall call a nation that you know not, and nations that knew thee not shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for He has glorified thee.

Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near:

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the LORD.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and returns not there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. [Is 55: 5-11]

Yea, I AM He that is Sovereign. My hand is upon all that concerns you. Do not look around in terror and dismay. My greatest work is salvation through My Son, the Christ of Nazareth.

Eye has not seen nor ear heard all that is about to be revealed. Again, I say, eye has not seen nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which I have prepared for them that love Me. [1Cor 2:9]

Thus says the Lord: Keep ye judgment and do justice, for My salvation is near to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. For is it not written?: Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. [Is 56:1; Mat 6:33]

Be still and know that I AM God: I will be exalted among the heathen; I will be exalted in the earth. [Ps 46:10]

Observe all things I have commanded you: and lo, I AM with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen [Mat 28:20]

Remember what I said; I hear the cries of My people. I AM not a God afar off; I AM at hand.

The Lord wanted me to include a word He gave me on one and a half years ago. He has His reasons and He does not waste words.

Do you not know My voice? Have I been with you this long and you should doubt Me? Why do you think everything is coming against you now? To test you? - Yes. To try your faith? - Yes.

Do you think this is a strange thing? Yea, it is not, for I did forewarn you. Think JOB, I said.

I have watched you flounder - struggle. I held My peace, but I did not leave you. When you fell into sin, I turned My face. For a little while, I was angry with you and My silence broke you (broke your heart) and fear beset you, for you thought My love was removed.

In a little wrath I hid My face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer. [Is 54:8]

The Lord is nigh (close) unto them that are of a broken heart; and saves such as be of a contrite spirit. [Ps 34:18]

I have watched you and I have heard you. You have struggled in many ways with your emotions, but your faith in Me is true, for it is I who gives the measure (as I choose) to My people.

For by the grace given me I say to everyone of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. [Rom 12:3]

You have chosen to obey. You have set your face as a flint. NOW you believe and receive My love which casts out all fear (for perfect love casts out fear - 1Jn 4:18)

NOW I shall instruct you. Now you shall do, for now you are truly willing! I have not lied to you from the beginning, but the accuser of the brethren desired to sift you as wheat, and I allowed it.

Everything became worse. Even your body waxed worse. NOW I speak to you. NOW you are listening. I have come to heal My Body (Body of Christ) and make it whole.

Those who are serious, those who are wise have allowed all the filth and spots and blemishes to be exposed. They look into the violent winds and fly high into the eye of the storm.

They walk through the fiery furnace with Me by their side, fully aware that the heart has been increased seven times higher. They stay in the turbulent waters, crying out to Me and I have not allowed the waters to overtake them.

Great shame and sorrow encompass My people, as the spots and blemishes are exposed. They cry out to be purged and purified. These are those who seek their God and abide in the Vine, despite the tempest (the great storm) that threatens to sever them from the Vine.

Yet the branches remain intact on the Vine, for they are firmly grafted in. For it is I who builds the house upon the sure foundation, the Rock.

Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman wakes but in vain. [Ps 127:1]

They have set their hand to the plough, determined not to look back. The Bride has prepared and is being prepared. they seek their God to be sure their lamps are full and their wicks trimmed.

This has all been a cleansing, a purification. Much had to be exposed and brought to the surface, so it could be acknowledged and dealt with. The purification, justification and sanctification will be absolute, for the Bride must be pure and holy.

The sons that are Mine are manifesting. My Body (of Christ) shall be healed, restored, made whole and holy. Look up, look up, look up; lift up your heads, for your redemption draws nigh. [Lk 21:28]

Arise, shine for your LIGHT has come and the glory of the Lord has RISEN UPON THEE. [Is 60:1] Selah
