Quick Heads Up or Hair Up

 

Telling my age now, but does
anyone remember the gong show?

ATTENTION: (Note*: I got distracted when I was arranging this for posting yesterday and I messed up. I put a camel herd instead of a sheep herd, I left out about three pictures, and some text needed a fix. 

When it rains, it pours lol. A good laugh and a hearty smile were surely needed by me, and I am convinced that others could use the same, given all the seriousness around these days.

Okay, even if your laugh is more of a slight chuckle and accompanied by a shaking of the head and a lopsided smile. Now readers know why I am not a standup comic…perhaps not a sit-down one either. Lol

when things are hard to handle.

Well, that was fun. It's okay, brethren. I may be crazy, but not dangerous. At least, not yet lol 

ADDENDUM: The original post was yesterday, but when I went to add a couple of pictures, change one that I put up by mistake (camel herd), and edit, the site misaligned all the photos and text. I had to redo the entire thing. 

Now I am shaking my head just at the craziness of it all. Truly this cannot be made up. Well, I suppose it could, but why would one want to, especially knowing that our Lord sees and hears all we do.? A book will be opened when we stand before our Holy and precious King and Lord, Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah (Christ).

This was going to be a simple heads-up to let readers know that once again things have slowed my writing (hindered/interfered). Prayer does go up because, to me, these setbacks are frustrating, but more than that. 

I need to know that I am in God's will and not striving to continue writing as I have for decades if the Lord is shutting me down. There are so many intelligent, truthful, beautiful vessels that the Lord has created who are more than capable.

Many are still young. The community of faithful believers, the true members of the Body of Christ are of all ages. It is refreshing to witness those who earnestly seek to speak the truth, the true gospel which is the good news of Jesus Christ. 

But the wolves are multiplying, and the apostasy is happening, just as Jesus foretold. It is not just the time of year that brings conflict and spiritual battles - this being almost Halloween (Samhain festival), celebrated by pagans, Satanists (the ones who believe in him), witches, and even by some who call themselves Christian.

It is the time we read about in scripture, the time Jesus and the ancient prophets and apostles forewarned about. Some today are trying to push things into place behind the scenes, but instead, God has been revealing much to the world.

In 2012, right after Obama was elected to his second term, the Lord said, "Now it begins..." It meant things were going to pick up momentum as we head toward the days of the great tribulation. It will continue escalating and accelerating. More on that in the next upcoming post.

Back in 2008, when I understood that things (Biblical prophecies) were set up like dominoes that once the first one is pushed, things will continue with one event occurring right after another. Slowly at first, but as it progresses, the push will gain momentum until nothing but God Himself can stop it.

For now, He who "restrains" keeps the first domino held back. Is it soon to be released as the 'restrainer' moves out of the way? A year or so after Obama began his second term, the "time of revealing" was placed heavily upon my heart. 

The Lord was going to expose that which had been hidden. The radio program I had for about one year was named "Time of Revealing". The longer title was "Warriors of Endurance in the Time of Revealing".

We must endure, dear saints. Friends, let us encourage ourselves with each other, and when no one else is available, or we feel that no one can understand our situation, let us do as King David, Joshua, and Moses did, which is to encourage ourselves in the Lord.

Even more unnerving is the global elite (I heard that they like that title) who have an evil agenda and who serve the 'god of this world' [2Cor 4:4] not believing that the end-time victory will be (and is) in Christ Jesus alone.

They have been deceived by the master deceiver, Satan, or Lucifer - whichever title they give the original evil rebel, the devil - the dragon. It is only fitting that Satan's title of "devil" fully embraces "[d]evil.

Let us who trust Jesus not stray from the Word of God. Read a whole chapter, even two. Whatever it takes to keep things in context. I will get more into the wolves and false "promoters" (false teachers/preachers) in upcoming articles, Lord willing that the time is allotted that I can write. 

As far as Halloween goes, I wonder how any Christian could celebrate a night dedicated to great and horrific evil, death, witches, ghoulish characters, and every imaginable [and unimaginable] form of corruption - anything and everything devoted to evil. (NOTE*: This sentence was slightly edited to say what I had intended, but overlooked it in my notes. Also below, it simply says [edited] -BP Oct.26, 2024)

Some churches celebrate but only allow costumes representing good characters and only playing wholesome games. Is it still not celebrating that which is pagan, that which the witches and Satanists consider a time to celebrate the dark side of the supernatural realm (even if they 'think' it is good), and to celebrate the dead?

It is written that Christians are to abhor evil and cleave to that which is good. [Rom 12:9] It just seems like a compromise to me. 

Sometimes we do not even know we are in a battle [again] until it goes well beyond the norm of a 'bad day', and is intense, confusing, and exhausting. (How often we need to cry out to the Lord due to Satan's savagery?) [edited-BP] But then again, things have been beyond the norm since 2020, and they are never going back.

For a few years now, I have been moved by the Spirit of God to remind Christians, as well as to alert the undiscerning to be on guard at this time of year. Looking back in the archives reveals the faithfulness of the Holy Spirit, who always warns His people of things well in advance.

Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come. [Jn 16:13] KJV

Scripture reveals that these warnings can be years in advance, or sounded for something almost immediate. The enemy does not play fair or by any rules. He has not stopped rebelling [original rebel] against God; however, he cannot overrule the Lord, or take the Creator by surprise. God is Sovereign. That will never change. Hallelujah!

Halloween is considered one of the four [4] 'greater' sabbats by witches, Wiccans, Druids, and neo-pagans, but the Wheel of the Year cycle consists of eight [8] festivals that are celebrated; four being solar and four being seasonal. I have written about these over the past few years.

Each year as evil escalates, the global darkness becomes more foreboding, and the Holy Spirit gently guided me to post the warnings earlier. 

The reason for this is evident to Christians who are led by the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that the Spirit would guide God's people into all truth. The reason is that prophecies continue to unfold, and end-time events are aligning before the eyes of the world.

This means the soon-return of Jesus Christ, but be aware, it also means that the Antichrist of all antichrists, the one dubbed the "lawless one", amongst other titles, is ready to make his appearance. He who restrains holds him back.

Paul was warning the people:

And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work: only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. [2Thess 2:6-7] NKJV [emphasis mine]

El Shaddai [Almighty God] is merciful and so faithful, truly an ever-present help in trouble. [Ps 46:1] So, for now I will sign off and get the next post up (Lord willing) as soon as possible.
